However, because the dishwasher is an 'efficient' dishwasher, it takes much longer than expected to run. I'm still learning how to load the washer. Items in the very top 3rd rack do not seem to get as clean as items in the other areas. The dishwasher is somewhat quiet. The items are dry when complete and the cups/glasses do not have water on the top when the cycle finishes. The door is resistant to fingerprints. My only real issue is that there have been times when I closed the door to the washer and 'thought' it had started running but it had not. I had to learn to listen for the water running to know that the process had started.

It takes about 90mins for the normal wash and opens upon completion. I love the too third rack as it’s convenient to put baby straws and utensils on top. So far it has been effective in cleaning everything well except for one smoothie cup that I didn’t rinse out and had dried caked on liquid inside. Apart from that it works great. I don’t love the bottom black open panel as it could look a bit more concealed covering the screws but I guess it’s fine since I don’t normally see it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fingerprint resistant front is the best feature!!! I have 4 kids under 6 so that has been a game changer!! I have had some issues with water collecting in the bottom and the dishes being wet after a cycle. I love the extra space in the silverware holder and that the top rack has places to put larger utensils. I also love that the buttons are on top of the door instead of the front because of my small children. It is also super quiet when it’s running which is nice. Running a load during nap time if the kids fall asleep in the living room is no issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had been using the new Samsung Dishwasher for the past week and have to say that we finally have clean dishes and there is no need to manually open the dishwasher to prevent moisture to form as the dishwasher opens about 5 inches automatically when the cycle completes. \n\nThe dishwasher is fingerprint resistant so no more wiping down dishwasher every few days. And it looks sleek as the digital control buttons are hidden at top so there wont be any random tap of the buttons when the dishwasher is already started. \nThe dishwasher has 3 racks so it really helps with not having to mix silverware with other utensils. Its way quieter than the dishwasher we had before and we dont even hear the sounds as much while its running. \n\nAlso having a height adjustable rack really helps with loading large dishes at the bottom rack. \n\nNoticed that the way the pod opens is by sliding upwards, so this feature really helps when large dishes are loaded at bottom where it wont block the pod door to slide upwards to open. \n\nAlso the rinse aid window is clear and the level can be clearly seen and easily be refilled. \n\nAl in all, now with the new dishwasher, there is no longer a need to prep the used dishes by pre washing before starting the dishwasher.

This dishwasher doesn't come with a digital read out for errors, instead it comes with blinking lights! The issue with this is one it's not in the operational manual trouble shooting chart. I had to Google the issue with the blinking lights, and it didn't mention what I needed to know as to why the dishwasher wasn't working, and as a result I had the first dishwasher replaced! The dishwasher is amazing, very happy with everything Samsung, the delivery experience was a bit of an annoyance, was rescheduled 5 times. We dont live in an area that is covered by Samsung Delivery so it was outsourced to a 3rd party company that was extremely unreliable, you may want to contact Samsung before ordering to avoid any hassle that we dealt with Wayfair was no assistance at all during the process, any future home appliance orders will be done locally.

I really love the look of the dishwasher especially when it's grouped with my other kitchen appliances. The dishwasher is quiet enough, however I am not entirely thrilled with the way it cleans and it could be the way the drawers are positioned height wise. Overall I think it's a good dish washer.

I was so excited to finally get one and once this dishwasher was installed, we used it that night. It is extremely quiet, and you can barely tell that it is running. The door auto releases when it is done running. It is stainless steel and finger print resistant; it is very easy to clean. It has a third rack that is perfect for utensils or items that might easily drop through the other racks. It doesn't give much clearance, but it is perfect for what I have been using it for. It has been cleaning all my dishes perfectly and I'm not having any spots. I've been really happy with its performance. My only complaint is some of my glass 'Tupperware' does not sit very well in it so I can't put a lot of it in there together, but I am running it every other day, so I don't have any issues with space at all. We purchased this dishwasher and after it was hooked up it would not work. The only indicator of it not working was blinking lights! We followed all of Samsungs trouble shooting comments and it still didn\u2019t work! They replaced the dishwasher and again once it was hooked up the second one still didn't work! No one could figure out why it wasn't still working. It was only when my son told me what the problem was that it started working. This issue was not listed in Samsungs troubleshooting chart! How hard would it have been for Samsung to put a digital read out on this dishwasher instead o the stupid blinking lights?!

Detergent dispenser can be difficult to latch and it sticks out and will catch on rack when trying to close door. If not carefull it might off. Back lighting on controls is poor and can be difficult to read. 3rd rack is ok, but can only put small utensils that don't stick up very far. The unit cleans well and is very quite, but I t seems like corners were cut or were not well thought out. All the units in my kitchen suit have similar issues.
