It came delivered packaged well and in good condition. I got a good deal and was happy to have the stainless steel inside over the plastic. It functions as a dishwasher, and does better than my old one at getting the dishes clean. It is much more quiet than our old one, so that was nice because I wasn't necessarily expecting that. However, my two issues. One, the third rack on the very top limits the cups and bowls that can be placed in the top rack. So much so I took it out. It is just not practical. Secondly, our old dishwasher had a holder for silverware in the front of the bottom drawer, which made it easy to open the door, drop your silverware in, and close it. This new one has that on the side, so you have to open up the door and then pull out the bottom rack. The slots are also a bit smaller than I think they should be, and some of the handles on our larger silverware do not fit. This is a bummer. Because of these issues, I want to rate this three stars, but I give a star back because it is more quiet than I was expecting when running a cycle. It does seem built well to boot and without the top rack, fits our dishes nicely. All in all, I'm happy with the price we paid and what we got.

We have three of these dishwashers installed in our office and have been generally happy with them. There aren't a ton of options for dishwashers that can fit under our counter, and this ended up fitting perfectly. The door closes under the counter, so we're unable to see controls, but it's not a huge deal breaker. We've had all three for almost 4 years and they're run multiple times a day (2-3x). Unfortunately, we've already had to replace two of the heaviest used machines. The machines aren't the most expensive and replacing them is understandable considering how heavily we use them, but I was hoping they'd last closer to 6-8 years vs. the 3.5-4 that we got out of them. Due to our counter height and in an effort to get operational dishwashers back into the office, we are simply replacing the machines with the same item, but given the time and bandwidth, we would be considering other options for longevity sake.

First month of operation has been excellent. Research paid off. The dry boost works well, the third rack is useful and the dishwasher runs quietly. There's ample capacity and the hidden digital display is welcome given small children who make tinker with the dishwasher's operation. I waited for the unit to go on sale and so far it's a steal for the price.\n\nTwo items I'm curious about... 1) the middle rack slides out on its own! Not an issue at all, just curious as to why it happens. The unit is properly balanced (first thing I checked). And, 2) I wish the tongs in the lower rack were moveable. Again not an issue as one can ascertain how to position dishes, pots and pans, etc. but just curious why the unit isn't equipped with such a feature.\n\nThank you/ merci beaucoup!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher works fine, has a dry boost which helps and seems to clean pretty well. I tend to scrub my dishes before loading them however, so haven't tested the cleaning extent. There are two negatives I have with this dishwasher: the drying and the size. Even with the dry boost turned on there always seems to be at some dishes that are still wet (usually plastics or things on the top rack). As for the size, it is lacking from what I am used to previously. My family and I seem to be running our dishwasher daily. Other than those two things, I think it is a good dishwasher and has a good amount of features.

I haven’t had the dishwasher long enough to give it 5 stars although it has behaved perfectly during this short time. Like the adjustable second shelf although, for us, its use is limited due to the size of our dinner plates. The third shelf has become a necessity for us. The regular cycle takes over 3 hours! Looks nice. Have only ran one cycle so far as i just got it and while it works as expected, it is a little louder than I thought it would be and makes a thumping type sound when draining . My old white GE DW was 18 years old and still working when I switched to stainless steel so it may be that today's units sound different. Default settings don't have drying turned on, so you have to tweak it to be just right. \nIsn't as spacious as the older machine, but love the third drawer. Control buttons on the top are aesthetically nice, but get touched inadvertently all the time. \nAlso, the front IS magnetic if thats important.

Easy to use, straightforward machine. The 3rd rack feature is my absolute favorite. The bottle jets function is also a plus (though mine was missing the associated clips for this but a quick call to GE and they mailed them to me). I think it cleans exceptionally well (I use the recommend Cascade pods), but I wish the drying feature didn't add so much time to the total wash, which can take upwards of 3-4 hrs.

It is large capacity but it is not drying completely but that may be something I'm not doing correctly. I really would like to have an owner's manual but am not certain how to obtain one. Overall I like the dishwasher. Although does not have the utensil section in the door area so you lose some space on the bottom tray for plates. The drying is pretty good and stuff does come out clean. The upper tray had paint drips leftover with a sharp end. My wife hurt herself placing things, had to go with a bit of sandpaper to even out a bit. Hopefully this doesnt open tray to rust.

When loading the dishwasher it is easy to accidently touch buttons changing settings but takes multiple tries to get the dishwasher to start. This is a good dishwasher. Does the job. Nothing special about it. Interior is a nice size. My sheet pans fit as do large/tall glasses. It’s quiet but not silent. Has a few cycles to choose from, including sanitizing. It was the nicest option our home builder offered but I’d prefer a Cove or a Bosch. Will likely upgrade in a year or 2.

Looks nice and does a nice clean job. However doesn’t have a handle in the front like my old one did for hanging a towel. Also the control panel might stop working at some point since they are touch sensitive and I would much rather prefer some type of feedback when I push the buttons to start a wash.

Dishwasher works good. Surprised that water stays in the bottom of the washer even after the pump completes its run cycle. Also, surprised that the bottom rack doesn't close without the sidewall flashing catching the utensil tray. So you have to wiggle the utensil tray just to close the washer.

Dishwasher is easy to use, load and cleans well. Only complaint is the holes for the silverware in the silverware basket are a tad small to hold the knives of my silverware, and if you are using reusable straws, you have to be careful of placement or they fall through the bottom of the basket.

I love the dishwasher, but Lowe’s was very dishonest about how the $200 rebate worked. It is NOT automatic, and it’s not cash. You have to jump through a myriad of hoops on their app, and then they’ll notify you in 8 weeks, when they’ll process it. Ridiculous process. Do better, Lowe’s.

Poorly designed racks. Tines are so close together that there are no places to hold cereal bowls upright. The silverware holder rubs on the door seal when moving the lower rack in or out. Cleans dishes okay but takes over 3 hours to do a normal wash with heat drying.
