I bought these computers for my kids to game on. one was just a reset cycle from the get go. it would say PC needs to restart them id restart and it would continue to do that over and over. I finally called the tech support and was directed to literally take the whole PC apart and put it back together again. If I wanted to do that, I would have just built the PC myself. I sent it back and got a working one and In fortnite, to not lag completely out, you have to have the settings to the lowest quality. I recommend this PC if you plan to play things like solitaire or mahjong but not for fortnite, Roblox, or deep woken. I saw all the good reviews which made me confident with my purchase at first but after trying it out myself, I would have def went with another company with higher quality products and customer support. who in the world left the good reviews and what games were they playing because it couldn't have been the popular games. the good reviews have to have come from sometimes granny who is used to ibm.

I would have liked the keyboard to have matched the Tower, but its a nice tactile keyboard with lights, but they are of a different color scheme and quality that the tower. The mouse is nice, and has accent lights as well. Love the aesthetics of the Tower. Its not high end, but enough for a casual gamer like myself. USB ethernet plugs into tower for wifi internet, would like that to have been integrated, but first world problems, as they say. The box says there was a mouse pad included, but there was no mouse pad. If that is the worst thing that happens this Xmas morning, I'll take it. Mice pads are the cheapest thing to buy :P Overall nice first time gaming PC for my sister.

I'm sure during quality inspections it worked, but it should be a plug and go situation. I could never get a display. There's only one HDMI port on the back of this machine and it even has a sticker saying use this for you display. My laptop hooked up great to the monitor so it wasn't that. The ram was in there correctly. It either has bad RAM, I think it's a bad graphic card. Either way for Christmas gift it should work right away and it didn't. I'm having to return it because I can't get a hold of the manufacturer to replace it.

Pc works really good! It comes with the ramstick glued I wish it wasn't though because I needed to move it in order for it to work on my monitor so I picked the glue off and it works just fine now!

I thought I was getting a budget build for a budget price. What I got was an old, outdated, pc. I built a PC roughly five years ago for cheaper than I paid for this and it didn't have a video card, but it still had better performance than this pc. \n\nIn hindsight I wish I had done more research but I'm in a bit of a desperate situation and don't really have a lot of options. \n\nThe motherboard is ancient and it doesn't allow you to play any sort of riot games because it isn't compatible with their anti cheat, vanguard. This is my biggest complaint. The performance is whatever. I mostly play older games that do not require a lot of power anyway (WoW classic, OSRS, league of legends, emulators). \n\nIf you have the budget look elsewhere do not look at STGaubron. I will absolutely not be purchasing from them again. If the RAM market wasn't so bad I would've just built another pc like the one I had.

Not sure if it is an issue with the vide card or my tv, but had issue with the video not displaying when I first booted the computer up, then after turning it ff, and rebooting it the next day, same issue. But overall, I would say is a decent computer for gaming.

I bought this for my daughters 16th birthday. For about 2 month it seemed ok. This morning she turned it on and it went to “fixing” something and it didn't work. I tried to do a factory reset BUT it wouldn't allow this … it's terrible that they are selling stuff like this that's obviously trash . So now what? Perhaps they will ship another one but it may be just as much JUNK as this one. Walmart needs to police themselves and STOP using terrible companies because in the end Walmart sells this stuff and customers have many problems

this is a very old computer put in a new case. it is an i7 4700 4th gen 2013 processor with 16 gb of ddr3 memory. very old stuff put in a new case. comes with windows 11 but shouldn't because it doesn't meet the minimum specs to have windows 11 so obviously they used a work around to install it.

would not display on monitor. straight from the box to to the desk. Reseated the ram and graphics card. Finally got a image on the monitor. full of colored lines. reseated the card again and still same thing. then after a few seconds would not restart or show an image at all. changed cables and still same thing. I am sure some are good but i seem to have gotten one of the bad ones. take your own chances

I am an associate. Bought this for my son to use. Set it up and it worked for 30 minutes before resetting itself and entering a boot up loop. Can't get it to work. Tried for a month to call customer service with no results. I basically paid for a very expensive desk ornament.

Runs very well for price and looks pretty clean. Would recommend getting either another WiFi adapter for like 30 bucks or run an Ethernet cord. It is easily customizable, I put in a new power supply, graphics card and RAM within 30 minutes with no issues.

I wouldn't recommend this purchase. It claims to be a Windows 11 computer, but Microsoft has confirmed it's not compatible with Windows 11. All measures were bypassed to install it, but it won't receive Windows updates, which will eventually cause problems—especially if you're working from home.

Out of the box it was broken. Which is so sad because it was for my daughter for Christmas. It hurt to see her face in Christmas that it wouldn't work. I was so disappointed. The game would turn on and immediately turn back off. I would not recommend.
