Super Quiet. Cleaning appears to be better than the LG we had and I loved how it cleaned. Sure, plastic might be damp when cycle is finished, but everything else is dry and I don’t have to worry about warped plastic as much. WiFi connection fought me for a while, then suddenly was fine. The app and instructions via the app are super helpful. We got used to the controls on the front so we could see what the old dishwasher was doing, but we are adjusting to the cleaner look and the lack of random turning the unit on because we were leaning for a something above it. I would have given this a 5, but the door feels flimsy, and the front of the silverware tray pops off often when trying to move that rack in or out (it’s the center part of the rack and even looks like it was designed to be a pull). I think we can get more dishes in this than before (great capacity), but we had to learn how to place the dishes to get the maximum fit. Overall, we don’t even know it’s running it’s so quiet, and the dishes are shinier than before, (there are no spots and we don’t even use a rinse agent, just pods) and although it was pricier than we would like we are anticipating a long life out of this since the mother in laws Bosch has been around for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the previous model (8 years old) of this dishwasher. They knocked it out of the park with this newer model. I love the Wifi connectivity. Since this model doesn't have a displays on the front of this unit, there is no way to really know when the dishwasher will be done. The app tells you how much longer the dishwasher will be until it's finished. The new CrystalDry feature works well. With the old dishwasher, we had to hand dry the plastic. CrystalDry makes the plastic almost completely dry. There are only certain pieces that still need a little bit of drying (mostly ones that have deep grooves and are not stacked sideways). The one thing to be cautious about is that you can not put any thin plastics near the CrystalDry mechanism. We had a plastic water bottle near it and it melted the top of it. The dishes come out clean every time and the new targeted washing is a nice feature. I also like the fact that you can now change how much JetDry is being used. The only thing that I didn't like about this new dishwasher is that they only give you a small silverware caddy. I guess you're supposed to put the silverware on the very top tray. They didn't work for us, so we reused the older larger silverware caddy. Overall, we've been super happy with this dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dishwasher.

I needed to buy a pocket door dishwasher for my remodeled kitchen so I chose a Bosch since I was happy with my last one. The new one has some features which I'm not really happy about. One of the worst features is the door slams closed if you don't open it at least half way. Which is inconvenient since I usually only open it 1/3 of the way to put silverware or small items in the top two trays. My old Bosch stayed open no matter where I left the door. This door has nearly slammed on my hand a couple of times. Also, the dishwasher was not coming close to drying my dishes even with the crystal drying feature. I'd open up the door and there would be moisture everywhere. I finally had to to turn on the sanitation cycle and go on their app and extend the drying time. That finally worked, but it defeats the purpose of energy consumption when it takes 2 hours to finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very apparent when comparing our old dishwasher to the new Bosch dishwasher that there is a HUGE difference in quality. Our old dishwasher was mid-level, and the Bosch far surpasses it in both workmanship and materials.\r\nThe installation instructions are clear with plenty of diagrams. \r\nThe new Bosch is so quiet you almost cannot tell it is running (but it is!). You can barely hear the water filling the dishwasher, during the wash cycle, or as the water is pumped from the unit. The touch feature of setting the features takes a little getting used to; that is, you have to press a little longer than the old-style buttons on our old dishwasher.\r\nOne item I wish we could adjust is the "child protect" feature that keeps the children from playing with the buttons. After you press START, you have to close the door within 4 seconds, or the dishwasher won't start. I wish there were an option to disable this feature or set the door-closing time to more than 4 seconds.\r\nThe lastly, it does a GREAT job of cleaning the dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that this dishwasher cleans all my glasses (both wine and drinking glasses) so well has made it worthwhile to me. However, I do find it difficult to load. On the top shelf on the left, it seems as if all my mugs and glasses are too big to fit next to bowls on the rack (these are neither big mugs or glasses). And same thing on the left, glasses don't fit securely. And the wine stem holder is too narrow for almost all of my wine glasses. It just seems odd, as if measurements were off in the design phase and no one actually tried to load dishes. Obviously, I have figured out how to load my dishes but it seems as if it should be easier. But, again, I am thrilled that I no longer have to wash wine glasses by hand.

Thank goodness for the little red light on the floor that tells me it's still running or it's done. \r\nMy Bosch from 12 years ago was going strong when we sold that house so I made sure we put a Bosch in the new home. I appreciate the adjustability of the top cutlery tray that now lets me put ramekins and little dishes up top. However...I REALLY MISS the full length utensil holder on the bottom rack. As well as the tall rack thingie that was great for washing a vase or a tall mug on the bottom rack. I know it's available as an accessory but at the Bosch price point....c'mon.\r\nDrying, especially plastic, is always dicey in a dishwasher and this one is GOOD at it. Sure, there are a few drops here and there on the plastic, but it's very minimal. I also appreciate the adjustability (in the app) for the level of JetDri you want to use in each wash.\r\n5 Stars for this dishwasher---and with any luck it is as reliable over the long haul as my last one was.

Bosch dishwasher is in the 2nd week of constant use. It is so quiet, that installer thought that is was not working. The 2.45 hr cleaning cycle really cleans dishes, but CrystalDry does NOT dry the dishes. Bosch is 2-3 times more expensive than other washers and we are hoping to get 20-22 years of use like we did with our old Maytag washer.\r\nIf your old washer was hard-wired or hard-piped, you will need to change this out before installing Bosch. The sales desk where we bought our Bosch was told that our current installation used both hard-wired and hard-piped and we were assured that there would be NO problem with installation - WRONG - which delayed installation until electrical and plumbing was changed to accommodate Bosch installation.

Ran first load without using the Home Connect App and just read quick start instructions, so, very disappointed when I opened the door and everything was still wet, I did select the CrystalDry option. I purchased the 800 series with CrystalDry, because I like my dishes dry! So I downloaded the app and this time I selected CrystalDry and Sanitize options, it was a good 4 hours after wash completed before I opened the door, and everything was dry, maybe 1 or 2 cups had a tiny bit of water, I was so happy! I am still fine tuning the drying time, but, decided to set the washer before I go to bed and everything will be dry in the morning. I have read so many reviews complaining about the wet dishes, but happy to have figured it out. Not sure if it was the app, still trying the different settings.

We had a Bosch 500 series for years and were very pleased with how quiet it ran, the awesome 3rd rack and how well it cleaned the dishes. We recently purchased an 800 series. It washes well, runs a little quieter than our old one an has that 3rd rack I now cannot do without. If I had to buy it all over again I really don't think I would. The little aggravation is the 1 janky silverware basket that now comes with it. The tops of the basket don't provide enough spaces for all of your silverware if you have a big family or wait until your dishwasher is full to run it. (They also seem to let your silverware fall around willy nilly.) If you open and don't use the 'tops' of the basket the silverware basket is so short not all of the silverware will stay in place. You may not have room in the very top rack to put the additional silverware. My plan is to buy 2 new silverware baskets that are not made by Bosch. (I wish I would have kept my old ones.). The 2nd thing that really makes me regret purchasing this dishwasher is that even though we leveled up and bought a nicer dishwasher with more options, we don't have access to all of those options unless we connect our dishwasher to wifi. The very basic options are available on the dishwasher itself but the extra options we were looking forward to are only available through the app - you cannot use the app without connecting your dishwasher to the internet and cloud. Ridiculous. There is now a blinking red light for 'machine care' and you're supposed to use their special detergent and use the machine care cycle to disinfect the dishwasher. Not a bad idea, but the there is no machine care button on my 800 dishwasher. It's on the app. I guess it will be blinking for the next 7-10 years - if I can handle it that long. SO VERY FRUSTRATING.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Bosch dishwasher lasted 15 years, and l was able to use the "Half-Load" setting for most almost-full loads. The new dishwasher is nearly silent, but a "normal" cycle is close to 3 hours. The timer reads "1:58" when l select the "Auto" cycle, but l usually start it when l go to bed, so l have no idea how much it adjusts that time for each load. It seems like the dishes are maybe 95% dry in the morning, but l have not tried the "Crystal Dry" setting yet, and have not really felt the need for it, as l prefer to save thr energy it might take to get the dishes100% bone-dry.

The dishwasher itself works well, but the installation design was disappointing. The water supply connection on the dishwasher side is made of plastic, which makes it very easy to over-tighten and potentially damage during installation. A metal fitting would have been a much better and more durable choice.\r\n\r\nThis design made the installation unnecessarily stressful, especially in a tight space where you cannot clearly see the connection while tightening it. If the plastic fitting breaks, replacement looks like it would be difficult and costly. For a premium dishwasher, Bosch should really reconsider this part of the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me three you tubes to learn how to ser the 60 minute cycle. I could not get the light to light by the 60 minute cycle. I learned you have to press on the light bar. This is NO where in the book. But after that you tube all is fine now. The third rack works wonderful for silverware. The basket that came with the dishwasher is useless. Very small. Top rack is nice. Silverware actually gets cleaner then in the basket. I previously owned a Bosch for 17 years, so I was so used to loading it. I am still learning how to load this one, totally different. Not in a bad way but different. The sanitize really gets HOT. That is nice to know the dishes are clean. Some drying is still nessasary but not as much as the old one. If you want a quite dishwasher, this is it! Would I choose a different dishwasher? No! This is great!

Purchased to replace a previous Bosch 800 series dishwasher. We were very happy with the previous machine and did not hesitate to purchase a new replacement. Noticed that a couple of accessories that were included on the orevious machine must now be purchased separately. Installation was easy and it is performing exceptionally well. Previous lower each was much better than what's currently offered. Middle and upper racks are\r\nBasically the same. Bosch should consider bringing back the old lower rack design as it was much more flexible for loading. Most of the times were able to be folded down on the old rack.

I bought this a month ago. The dishwasher is pretty quiet. It cleans and drys fine. I thought I’d like the third rack but it takes space away from the too rack so taller glassware and plastic cups won’t fit as they hit the third rack. Also, the installation was horrible. They didn’t turn it on and check they did the connections to our sink correctly. After we ran it a few times, we noticed everything in the cabinet under our sink was wet. We’re pretty sure had to call and have them come back to fix tge hose they installed!

It is super quiet and I love the red light beam on the floor to remind me that it is still operating. I also love the extra upper silverware tray\u2026very convenient. I am somewhat disappointed that it doesn\u2019t completely dry the plastic food storage container lids, so I still have to wipe them dry. Overall it is a great appliance and I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Love the my newer Bosch dishwasher, however a little harder to clean the all the parts to make sure nothing gets caught in the drain. There is not a clear direction on how to snap out the second part of the strainer drain to make sure all clear.\r\n\r\nHad for only 6 months and clogged. Had my last Bosch dishwasher over 25 years and only 2 times needed to really clean the drain catcher. Was advise on the newer one to clean monthly.\r\n\r\nOnly reason I got rid of my last Bosch was racks were breaking down.

Love the top rack for all my silverware giving me more room in the bottom rack, plus I feel the silverware gets cleaner not "stacked" in a basket. The top rack allows for the water to flow freely across all pieces of silverware. I like the alert on my phone/watch when the dishes are done so I remember to empty the dishwasher. Dishes are hot when finished but you're still able to empty the dishwasher immediately because the dishes aren't scorching your hands, and no 'puddles' on the bottom of glasses/coffee mugs all excessive rinse water is gone. Wish I would have made Bosch my first dishwasher instead of the replacement dishwasher.

I replaced a 19-year old dishwasher with the Bosch 800. With my old unit we used 30-minute (or less) quick cycles regularly. You can't really do that with the Bosch. The inside started to smell so we decided to upgrade. After some research, we settled on the much hyped Bosch 800 \r\nSeries. Our kitchen opens up to the living room and now can watch TV or entertain guests while running the dishwasher. It is unbeeivably quiet! I find myself looking for the "running" light just to confirm it's on. It does a great job on the dishes and the third rack on top is super convenient for kitchen utensils and knives. Dishes come out dry and spotless. We got the dishwasher on sale, but even if it wasn't, this dishwasher is worth every penny. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a Bosch 800 Series Dishwasher to replace our 12 year old GE. The front is very fingerprint resistant; quite different from the stainless steel front of the GE, which was always stained. The dishes don't need to be rinsed before loading and get cleaner than the GE although an occasional dish or eating utensil needs a small touchup. There seems to be much more space inside this dishwasher than the GE so we don't need to run it as frequently since it takes more meals before it's fully loaded. Even so, the top or bottom rack may not be full when I finally decide to run it. I like controlling it and tracking it with the phone App, as well.
