I purchased a set of the Prime towers nearly one year ago and have been absolutely thrilled with them. They are powered by a pair of MA-500's which is fed signals by an Outlaw Audio 975 prepro. I used this set-up in a small living room with great results for music and movies. The towers produced a surprising amount of punchy bass and for the small room I wasn't hell bent on needing a subwoofer._x000D_\nI recently moved and now have to fill a much larger space with sound... the primes are still doing a great job but I have added a PB-13 Ultra sub. This simple combo is phenomenal at accurately reproducing music with a great amount of detail and all the crazyness of an action movie._x000D_\nI purchased the towers and the sub from the outlet section here on the website and I must say, SVS is giving customers an amazing deal with the outlet. Will be adding to my system over time with some surrounds and a center but the 2.1 is performing great!

These are the best sounding speakers I have ever owned. After the drivers on my first (inexpensive) pair started to die after less than a year and a half, I decided to spend some real money and upgrade. I did a ton of research. _x000D_\nThe burn in period for my pair has only been a few hours, and I can already hear a difference. I'm not a bass kinda guy, and these have the perfect amount, for me. If I want more bass, I just turn up the bass knob on my receiver. Shipping was pretty quick and a big deciding factor was the 45 day in-home trial and the five year warranty. Needless to say, I shant be returning these! I can see how some people feel the highs are a bit shrill, but it was not so bad, to my ears, plus, I just turn down the treble knob on my receiver. I can also understand, why some people would add an amp, as the louder the volume, the better these sound. But an amp is not necessarily necessary, they are perfect for me, as is.

I replaced $4,500 Martin Logan speakers with a $2,000 pair of SVS Prime Towers. WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT!_x000D_\n_x000D_\nActually, I started out by getting a 1000 Series Sub. It was so great I wondered how good would a 2000 Series be? I traded up using the wonderful SVS 30-day trial (45? day?). Amazing. Then I added an Ultra Center. Later I added Prime Bookshelf Speakers and a pair of Prime Satelites._x000D_\n_x000D_\nI do have some height in ceiling speakers that are "non-SVS", but I love my system now. I hear nuances that never came through with Martin Logan, Infinity, and Bose speakers. _x000D_\n_x000D_\nMy dream is to go full SVS Evolution Pinnacles and Ultra with twin SB-16" Subs...but I need a much larger room and slightly thicker wallet.

Over the past couple of months I have put together a small 3.2 SVS Prime system that includes two Prime Towers, one Prime Center, and two PC-2000 subwoofers and we could not be more happy. This 3.2 Prime system really does well with all kinds of music and movies. We primarily use this system for 80% music and 20% movies. I suppose I should not call it small as the clarity of sound from low to high frequency and amount of sound volume this system produces is rather astonishing. In short, everyone in our household is extremely pleased with this system. We will definitely be buying more SVS products in the future.

The Prime Towers are fantastic. Impressive bass for 6.5" drivers, clear mid-range and crystal pure highs - just as advertised. I bought direct from SVS and was rewarded for doing so. Working with their professional staff has been top notch in terms of pre-purchase information, proactive communication through shipping delays (not SVS's fault) and after the sale follow up. I have already and will continue to recommend SVS products to my discerning friends. I added the Prime Center (not part of original plan) and it too blows me away. Well done by SVS all the way around. I will be back for more!

I have been an audiophile for over 30 years and have used everything from Bose to Infinity and many different speakers and sub brands in between. I recently added the Ultra series to my home theater after having the prime series in both my home theater and family room due to their unparalleled sound. As good as their products are I have t say their customer service exceeds their speaker quality. It doesn't matter if you purchased 1 day or 1 year ago they will take the time to talk with you and make sure that your questions are answered and your issues are solved.

After many years I moved from some very nice wall mounted speakers (not SVS) that were designed to look good with flat screen TVs to a pair of SVS Prime Towers with a Prime Center as well as some nice SVS wall mounted surround speakers. We have been impressed at the dramitic upgrade in movie and TV watching. Voices are clearer and the base is certainly more compelling. We frequently do not run our two SVS subwoofers unless the particular movie we are watching has low bass requirments. Very pleased withe the Prime Towers.

Great experience - good price, fast shipment and high-end speaker quality. They look great and sound incredible. My wife vetoed my ADS 810's for our new townhouse because of their appearance. I couldn't hear the Prime Towers locally so I took a chance based on user reviews. I bought them direct from the SVS web site. I use them in a 2-channel system for music and power them with an Adcom GFA-545. Everyone is blown away and asks where is the subwoofer. I can't say enough positive things about these speakers.

I don't consider my self a true audiophile or an audio/visual guru. But, I wanted something better than what I had to listen to my music. I solely bought these based on reviews I read, I never listen to them before I purchased them. Couldn't be happier!! Sure, someone could say it's missing a little here or this isn't right but, in my opinion, for the price, you are getting an amazing speaker!!! Totally recommend!!!

We've had the SVS Prime Towers for about a month on our home stereo. In that time i have become enthralled with their clean crisp highs and mids, and their unexaggerated but solid lows. The music they produce is so pure that you can hear harmonies and instruments that are lost in other speakers. We find ourselves playing selections we've had for thirty years just to hear how much better they sound now.

I bought the Phone Towers to replace a pair of Atlantic Technology 4400LR bookshelf speakers (which I absolutely loved, btw). And the difference in sound was immediately noticeable, especially when playing music! This is my very first pair of towers, so I've not had the pleasure of comparing with any other towers. Stylish in the room, not overlarge, but still has, to me, sound that I like and appreciate. Voices, instruments well defined and "natural", to coin a cliche'. Warm sound at lower listening levels but can blast one out of the room without distortion if that is desired. \n\nI think the SVS prime towers were a good choice for me for the money.
