I evaluated most of the indoor pizza ovens readily available and chose the Cuisinart because none of the others had features that seemed worth the difference in price. \n\nAs a retired baker, in the recent past I have owned a commercial Blodgett stone deck gas pizza oven and an outdoor, custom-built wood-fired pizza oven. Now I have an outdoor propane Ooni. \n\nI wanted an indoor oven because every time I invite friends over for pizza night, it annoys Mother Nature and she summons the rain gods — even when no rain is in the forecast. Every single time. \n\nI have used this Cuisinart oven twice in the past two weeks. While other reviewers did not like the 30-minute preheating time to reach the highest heat, the time is similar to my outdoor Ooni.\n\nI have baked focaccia as well as thin-crust, Neapolitan, and Detroit-style pizzas in it with outstanding results. It did smoke quite a bit the first time I used it, so I learned to open a kitchen window and use my range hood vent fan set to high while baking pizzas. \n\nMy oven is right next to my kitchen range so the vent helps disperse the heat. It does draw a lot of power and when I turned on my Breville convection toaster oven to warm another dish, the combined draw flipped the breaker. \n\nThe suggested temps/times printed on the oven wndow have been surprisingly accurate. I did add a few extra minutes to my Neapolitan Margarita because I like my crust well done. \n\nI tested the stone using a digital laser infrared thermometer and the thermostat also is accurate. \n\nNote: Because I have an oak countertop, I placed my oven on a 1-inch thick piece of marble that I use as a pastry board. \n\nOverall I'm very pleased with this oven and know I'll be using it more often than I did the Ooni since cooking outdoors in Texas is a beat-down for about eight minths a year, and it's so much more convenient to bake the pizzas right where I am assembling them. \n\nI like the folding peel that came with the oven — it's a space-saver in small homes or apartments — and the pan that I used to bake focaccia. \n\nIt's about as easy to clean as my countertop convection/toaster oven. I did need to use a cotton swab to get the crumbs out from the gap that runs under the glass door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cuisinart indoor pizza oven is great for making delicious pizza at home, quickly! The oven is easy to use, seems very well made and from quality materials. Multiple adjustable temperatures (350°F-700°F) makes it perfect for different type of pizzas up to 12", so you can always nail it on game/pizza days in minutes. Oven comes with pizza stone, a tray for deep dish pizzas as well as a pizza peel for easy to insert and take out the pizzas.\nOven heats up much quicker than a regular oven and cooks pizzas to perfection in just a few minutes 5-15 depending on the pizza style and temperature selected. Cuisinart oven has a large window and combined with the inside light, allows you to see in real time the magic of great pizza creating in real time before your eyes.\nI have made regular as well as deep dish pizzas and so far I am very pleased with this oven. Lots of fun for Friday's game nights where kids can decorate their personal pizza and be done in a few minutes and ready to enjoy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy pizza and making my own, my way! The Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven is outstanding! Very high quality and build from Cuisinart as I expect from them, you can feel the thick metal oven door, and when you're finished the oven fan runs to cool itself down. The first pizza I made was Margherita pizza, I followed making the receipt for dough, which did taste better when you let the dough ferment in the fridge. I baked according to directions very tasty and turn out well. I did have an issue with the pizza peeler, I still have to master that but I do enjoy using it. The next pizza I made was Chicago deep dish in the 12x12 pan, using the temperature recommended 550 for 15 mins, it was too much and the pizza was too dark on the bottom crust for me. like any new oven trial and error. I tried a several thin and crispy, my favorite. used the pizza peeler again but put cornmeal on it and it slid off easier and finally I made a calzone. Love it and a must have for me now.

After watching the online reviews I was hesitant to buy, but with the sale price being 99 it was an offer I couldn't refuse. Only a fraction of what the others cost. Being from NYC and having worked in a pizza shop for 2 years, I have a strong preference for NY Style Pizza. Most of my at home pizza experience is on a Kamado style cooker that I keep at 650 to 700 degrees. This electric pizza oven is an excellent alternative that can be used in the home (rainy days, no charcoal) on the fly or taken on the road when we go glamping (primary purpose for buying). I set it to 650 and made the Pizzas in the pics. takes about 25 to 30 min to reach full temp. At temp, these Pizzas cooked in exactly 7 minutes. 2 minutes between pizza worked, next time will give it 5 minutes between pizza. I felt the second pizza could have been a touch crisper on the bottom (see picture). The peel is metal so I recommend it for pizza recovery only, not launching. Buy yourself a 12inch wood peel for launching.

Let's put things in context. A professional quality pizza oven is expensive in a home kitchen is too expensive and takes up too much space. An outdoor pizza oven is fine during the summer and requires a long trip between one's kitchen and the patio. Therefore, the Cuisinart indoor pizza oven is a perfect compromise. Using 1,800 watts, the oven can reach temperature well above the 500°F of a conventional oven and has the space to make a 12± inch pizza within a few minutes. I have made about 20 pizzas since I purchased my oven. All were easy to insert and remove from the oven. All were much better than those I make in my large oven -- which consumes far more power. But wait, there's more. Although it may be called a pizza oven, it's really a countertop oven. Therefore, I use it when I want to bake small items and do not want to heat my large oven.

I bought the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven on impulse, but I am so glad I did. I've been using an Ooni woodfired pizza oven. I was OK with the results but it was a lot of work to get it right and the pizzas didn't always come out perfect. With the Cuisinart, they're perfect every time. We generally make individual pizzas so that everyone can top theirs exactly the way they want it, but we also most recently copied our favorite pizza from a local place. The individual ones cook in about 5 minutes and the single large pizza cooked in about 12. You can actually watch the dough rising as it cooks! In my wood fired oven the dough never rose like it does in the Cuisinart. If you eat a lot of pizza, this is the oven for you.

This pizza oven makes such a difference tho! We are still experimenting with temperature and time but all of it is delicious. As the pizza oven heats up, I prep our pizzas (I pre bake my homemade crust to make it easier to transfer to the oven) then pop in the pizza! It’s done in 4 minutes!! The crust is just how we like it- crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. We tried the pistachio pesto recipe from the included guide and that was amazing too! I’m looking forward to scrumptious pizzas all year!

It was flimsy and didn't do much for me. So many people swear that sleeping on silk is great for your skin and hair so I tried again with this pillowcase from Madison Park. This one is so much nicer quality. It's thick and luxurious and the color looks almost molten. It's a beautiful case. It is cooling to sleep on so I will probably use it more often in the warmer months. I have noticed less creasing on my face when I wake up but I do still get crazy bedhead. If you want to try one out, this is a wonderful option.

As I've heard many times there is a learning curve on Working with the dough, putting the dough on the pizza peel, and then shuffling the pizza from the peel to the oven. Once you learn that, which can be found on many YouTube videos, you will be set.\nI checked the temperature with an infrared meter, and the temperature got to around 750° which made a pizza in less than five minutes.

I really love the Cuisinart Pizza Oven. It does everything as advertised and has met our expectations. The pizza we've created in the oven has turned out fantastic without exception. It takes a while to get the oven to 700 degrees, about 35-40 minutes, so you need to plan on starting your prep while the oven warms. We've been using plain dough purchased from our local grocery store and it has worked out very well. I haven't found any problems cleaning the oven itself and the stone just needs a hot rinse and wipe. The bottom line is we'll never order delivery and maybe not go out for pizza again. The Cuisinart is that good. After a few practice pies, it's a lot of fun to use!

Once it reaches the appropriate temp, you're only minutes away from enjoying a great pizza. The appliance itself is aesthetically pleasing and is elegant in its design. Even the included peel is high quality. I'm really glad Cuisinart decided to come out with this great little oven.

I had been researching indoor pizza ovens for a while, but couldn't convince myself to pay a grand for one. When I found this one, I had to give it a shot and wasn't disappointed. Internal temp hits 700 degrees F and fluffs/crisps the pizza nicely. Warning though, don't use too much flour when sliding the pizza in because the really high temperature burns the flour almost immediately. But that applies to basically any pizza oven. Overall, I'm really happy Cuisinart released this affordable option!

Physics being what it is, there is a warm up time for 650 F, but it you plan a little, and prepare other work, that is not so bad. Getting a good release from the peel takes practice. Overall this is an excellent way to make pizza.

When finished we remove stone and serve the pie on the stone so it stays hot!
