We were immediately thrilled with this purchase! We have had it for about three weeks now and can't say enough good things about it. Our previous machine was an all-in-one washer/dryer which seemed to have alot of bugs and quirks and it ultimately died at only 2.5 years of use. As a result we decided to go in a different direction and hoped the legacy name of Electrolux would give us a reliable workhorse of a machine....it has not disappointed us! We also wanted to keep the space saving that the previous all-in-one gave us. This Tower has been exactly what we need and want! Even hubby noticed that the towels came out soft and fluffy...a noticeable difference from our previous machines! He's never noticed before! I am actually thrilled that there is no AI attached to this machine and no app! The lint screen is a great size; it gives me confidence that it truly is trapping the lint and keeping it away from the motor. I even experienced having left a tissue in a pocket and ALL of it was trapped in the trap..none of it was on the clothes! I've never had a machine that good before! I love the different cycles especially the 15 minute wash/dry. The control panel is so easy to see and very responsive to touch. The machine is also quieter than I expected; overall not noisy. It seems to clean our clothes much better than the old unit it replaced, and they have come out smelling so fresh. Dryer is efficient and effective too, hardly any clothes need a touch up except a comforter. Seems to be well built and sturdy, once level it does not wobble or vibrate excessively. Noise level is not too bad either.\r\nWe liked how the controls are separate and if need be the units could be serviced separately as well. The washer seems to have every feature we could ever want or need, and have yet to explore all of the options, but the pod setting is a nice touch. \r\nOnly downside so far is that the washer sits low and it can be a bit straining on the back if you have a ton of clothes to wash. The price was right and we don't regret our purchase at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never considered Electrolux for a washer/dryer before. I am sure glad that I did! This compact size looks, feels & acts like a full size machine. I allows me to wash a complete queen size bed linen set & blanket without it struggle to wash it or not getting the load clean. I love the easy set load options for both the washer & dryer. I really appreciate the Eco modes for both as well. My only wish is that there was another products compartment for adding Oxywash along with the liquid detergent. Until I get used to doing it this way, i have found myself having to unload the washer to add Oxywash in the tub first. It would also be nicer if the washer was set a little higher so I wouldn't have to really bend down quite low to load & unload at 72 years old. Otherwise, I really love this Electrolux stackable system.

Received my wash tower on Saturday, May 9th, so haven’t been using it that long. I will admit, I was thinking it was thinner than it is, but it fits in my laundry room nicely and we still have space to move around (purpose for getting the wash tower). Love the optic whit cycle, 15-minute dry cycle, and the fact that I was able to wash my queen size comforter and dry it with no problem was a sure win for me. I still need to see how it does with my ruggable washable rug (true test), but I have no doubt right now that it will delivery since it did great in my bathroom runs. I used the allergen wash for those and my comforter, just be prepared to go 2 hours with that cycle, but it was worth the wait. So far I am loving the tower, and hope to continue learning about its many cycles and feeling the same feel I felt with my first wash/dry for many years.

Overall, I’m really happy with this Electrolux Laundry Tower. The compact, all-in-one design is great and saves a ton of space, especially if you don’t have room for separate units. Now that its made more space in my Laundry room I plan on adding cabinets for additional storage. Both the washer and dryer clean and dry extremely well, and I love how easy the lint basket is to access and clean.\r\n\r\nThe only downside I’ve noticed so far is that it can shake quite a bit when running a full load. I live in a two story townhome with the laundry room upstairs, and a heavy load definitely makes the whole second floor feel it 😅. Because of that, I’ve been sticking to smaller loads, which solves the issue.\r\n\r\nAside from that, it’s been reliable, efficient, and convenient. If you’re mindful about load size, especially in an upstairs laundry room, it’s a solid choice and well worth it.

Chose this model because it’s Electrolux a brand I’ve been consistently pleased with over the years. Laundry time is almost a pleasure since we got this stackable washer & dryer. Really can’t say enough great things about both machines. The delay wash is a brilliant feature! It’s super convenient and easy to figure out. Spin cycle sounds fantastic like precision control. Clothes are never wet at the end of a cycle. One thing to consider is there’s no cancel option. For resetting it’s done by having to turn the machine off and on again. Not a big deal especially if you’ve ever had to experience going to the dreaded laundromat. Visually it’s nice to see with a simple white design. Love this stackable design as both control points are in the center. Not having to reach up for the dryer controls is pretty nice!

Over the yrs we have gone thru just about every style and make of washer and dryer. This time we bought the Electrolux Tower. We were skeptical at first but after the first load we were hooked! Not only are they space savers and sleek looking but they actually get our clothes cleaner. Don't know how thats done but it's true. Being 72 I was tired of dangling over the edge to retrieve my clothes from the washer. Yes we had front loaders too but their bulky size wasn't conducive to some of our laundry rooms. The size of the washer accommodates my king size bedspread and shams. I guess what Im trying to say is we love the Towers performance and knowing it's an Electrolux we feel secure in the workmanship that was put into it.

I have only used the washer/dryer tower a couple of weeks. So far, they are pretty good and a space saver. I didnt give it 5 stars because I personally like to use a little powder detergent AND liquid detergent but with these i have to remove the liquid detergent component when using powder detergent. Therefore, wont be able to use a little of both to wash. Its one or the other. I have only ever had top load washers and this was not an issue so its something to get used to. Also, the whole compartment itself retains a lot of water so not drying it out after use can lead to mold. I think it requires more than just leaving the compartment door open. The washer door, I leave open to dry, but not the detergent/bleach/softener one. This one should be dried. Other than that, I am happy.

I usually have smaller load so I love the Quick Wash setting if I have only a few items to wash. My only issue with the machine is the difficulty with fully drying the rubber piece in the wash machine. I always leave the door open to allow it to dry and wipe the rubber piece with a towel to help it dry, but there are hard to reach spots that I've noticed have developed mold. It would be great if this rubber piece were removable or if there was a tool to allow you to fully dry and/or fully clean that pieves

I'm glad I did. Not only did this unit make my laundry seem 10x more spacious, this thing looks clean. And to top it off, I can get a normal load of laundry done from start to finish in about 30-45 minutes with the 15 minute fast wash/dry options. So if you're a "1-load-a-day keeps the crazy away" type of person, or you wait until your "closet has no options left to give" type, either way, you'll get laundry day knocked out in a jiffy. 10 out of 10 would purchase again.

They are much quieter than our former LG set and they are getting our laundry nice and clean. This dryer fit right into our cubby perfectly and runs great. No learning curve needed. With our old washing machine, we needed to leave the door cracked open otherwise it started smelling. Best laundry combination we've ever had, and we've had three different models from three different manufacturers. This one is well constructed and appears durable. The electronic controls are a concern because electronics can be "fragile" and subject to intermittent problems. We had a problem with a sensor two weeks after installation but it cleared up spontaneously after a week - before a tech could come. But electronics are standard in all available systems. I recommend an extended warranty.

Recently bought the all in one laundry tower for a new pantry renovation. Most recent laundry were top load so I was nervous about front load space. Previously we had a washer/dryer stackable pair in our laundry room. They were a large pair of appliances that we danced around. The controls for the dryer were so high up I could not reach all the options without bringing in a 6 foot ladder. Now with the Electrolux Tower I can easily reach the controls because they are in the middle of the appliance. The tower takes up less space than the former stackables and my clothes are so clean! Great design!

Replaced a 3 year old LG wash tower combo that after three trips over four and 1/2 weeks LG decided it could not be fixed. (washer controls failed) Hope that this unit gives better service. Clothes that I thought we'd have to throw away because of a small stain are perfect again and I couldn't be happier. Our only complaint is this machine is huge! I would prefer it to be a little bit smaller, but at least we can do big loads or wash comforters if we need to due to the size. 10 out of 10 recommend!
