As a family of seven, we do many loads of laundry in a weeks time. We are a perfect family to do a product review on the Electrolux washer and dryer set. \n\nThe first feature that I knew I would immediately love is the location of the controls on the stackable unit. I'm an average height for a woman, so on our original units, they are at the top. There are many times I can not see what I am doing. Electrolux thought that out and moved the controls eye level, which I love. I no longer have to get on my tippy toes and struggle to see what settings I have chosen. \n\nElectrolux has so many different settings for all types of laundry. We can see all types of laundry in our household , from different sports uniforms, track, cheer, baseball, and softball. We all know how those baseball and softball uniforms can get. It's nice to have so many options to help get them cleaned and dried, from light to heavy washes to high to eco dry.\n\nDoing so much laundry with so many kids, it can be a very loud process with the washer and dryer constantly going. I have noticed that the system is very quiet. I am very thankful for that. Our laundry door can be open, and we can't tell too much difference if it was closed. \n\nI have been very pleased with Electrolux and the design of it. We were immediately thrilled with this purchase! We have had it for about three weeks now and can't say enough good things about it. Our previous machine was an all-in-one washer/dryer which seemed to have alot of bugs and quirks and it ultimately died at only 2.5 years of use. As a result we decided to go in a different direction and hoped the legacy name of Electrolux would give us a reliable workhorse of a machine....it has not disappointed us! We also wanted to keep the space saving that the previous all-in-one gave us. This Tower has been exactly what we need and want! Even hubby noticed that the towels came out soft and fluffy...a noticeable difference from our previous machines! He's never noticed before! I am actually thrilled that there is no AI attached to this machine and no app! The lint screen is a great size; it gives me confidence that it truly is trapping the lint and keeping it away from the motor. I even experienced having left a tissue in a pocket and ALL of it was trapped in the trap..none of it was on the clothes! I've never had a machine that good before! I love the different cycles especially the 15 minute wash/dry. The control panel is so easy to see and very responsive to touch. The machine is also quieter than I expected; overall not noisy. Overall, I’m really happy with this Electrolux Laundry Tower. The compact, all-in-one design is great and saves a ton of space, especially if you don’t have room for separate units. Now that its made more space in my Laundry room I plan on adding cabinets for additional storage. Both the washer and dryer clean and dry extremely well, and I love how easy the lint basket is to access and clean.\r\n\r\nThe only downside I’ve noticed so far is that it can shake quite a bit when running a full load. I live in a two story townhome with the laundry room upstairs, and a heavy load definitely makes the whole second floor feel it 😅. Because of that, I’ve been sticking to smaller loads, which solves the issue.\r\n\r\nAside from that, it’s been reliable, efficient, and convenient. If you’re mindful about load size, especially in an upstairs laundry room, it’s a solid choice and well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functionality wise, this unit has been amazing. It's quiet and cycle times of the washer and dryer are super quick. The clothes come out smelling and feeling great, and the touch button user interface it very easy to use. It's currently only being used for my wife and I, but I could see this easily being able to keep up with laundry for a family of 4 or 5. \r\n\r\nThe drain hose, gas inlet, and water connections on the back are easy to find and hook up to. My only *minor* gripe is about the dryer exhaust. It was a bit difficult to secure the ducting to the metal tube on the backside due to how stubby it was. Also, the lint compartment in the dryer is easy to get to and clean. \r\n\r\nOverall, I'd give this unit a 10/10. The minor inconvenience around the exhaust port was not enough to detract from the rating since the functionality of the unit is superb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never considered Electrolux for a washer/dryer before. I am sure glad that I did! This compact size looks, feels & acts like a full size machine. I allows me to wash a complete queen size bed linen set & blanket without it struggle to wash it or not getting the load clean. I love the easy set load options for both the washer & dryer. I really appreciate the Eco modes for both as well. My only wish is that there was another products compartment for adding Oxywash along with the liquid detergent. Until I get used to doing it this way, i have found myself having to unload the washer to add Oxywash in the tub first. It would also be nicer if the washer was set a little higher so I wouldn't have to really bend down quite low to load & unload at 72 years old. Otherwise, I really love this Electrolux stackable system.

I have only used the washer/dryer tower a couple of weeks. So far, they are pretty good and a space saver. I didnt give it 5 stars because I personally like to use a little powder detergent AND liquid detergent but with these i have to remove the liquid detergent component when using powder detergent. Therefore, wont be able to use a little of both to wash. Its one or the other. I have only ever had top load washers and this was not an issue so its something to get used to. Also, the whole compartment itself retains a lot of water so not drying it out after use can lead to mold. I think it requires more than just leaving the compartment door open. The washer door, I leave open to dry, but not the detergent/bleach/softener one. This one should be dried. Other than that, I am happy.

Chose this model because it’s Electrolux a brand I’ve been consistently pleased with over the years. Laundry time is almost a pleasure since we got this stackable washer & dryer. Really can’t say enough great things about both machines. The delay wash is a brilliant feature! It’s super convenient and easy to figure out. Spin cycle sounds fantastic like precision control. Clothes are never wet at the end of a cycle. One thing to consider is there’s no cancel option. For resetting it’s done by having to turn the machine off and on again. Not a big deal especially if you’ve ever had to experience going to the dreaded laundromat. Visually it’s nice to see with a simple white design. Love this stackable design as both control points are in the center. Not having to reach up for the dryer controls is pretty nice!

After walking around the showroom, we decided to go with this Electrolux set. The price was right for the features compared to other brands, and we have been very happy with the cleanliness of our cloths, the options available, and how easy it is to select the correct wash type. Best laundry combination we've ever had, and we've had three different models from three different manufacturers. This one is well constructed and appears durable. The electronic controls are a concern because electronics can be "fragile" and subject to intermittent problems. We had a problem with a sensor two weeks after installation but it cleared up spontaneously after a week - before a tech could come. But electronics are standard in all available systems. I recommend an extended warranty.

They are much quieter than our former LG set and they are getting our laundry nice and clean. The LG was about 7 years old when it broke, but ever since it was new I have never able to wash anything to bulky or heavy, as the washer would go off balance. The Electrolux passed the test when I washed a large dog bed and it came out perfectly. I am so happy that I no longer have to bring my large items to my daughter's home to wash them!

This dryer fit right into our cubby perfectly and runs great. No learning curve needed. With our old washing machine, we needed to leave the door cracked open otherwise it started smelling. Even so, we would have to run a "self clean cycle every couple of weeks. With the Electrolux we can set a wash cycle with a cup of vinegar to keep it fresh - no need for aftermarket and expensive products. Thank you Electrolux!

Its pretty compact considering how much laundry it can handle. The controls are elegant with a pleasant jingle at the end of each cycle. \r\nThe installation was quite tedious because of how heavy it is. Also due to its stature it shakes a little bit when it's spinning a load out so I can't place anything on top. I cant speak to the reliability because I've only had it for a few weeks.

With a lot of research we decided on the all in one Electrolux tower. It works like a DREAM. We have a lot of pets and it takes out all the pet hair with no problem. It is also extremely quiet. I would say that my only issue with it, is having to wipe it down after each wash due to all the hair coming off the clothes, but that just might be a me problem.

It does not effect the performance, however, it is noticeable to me. I like the various setting options. It is easy to use. I like that both are front loading and glass front that you can see through. My previous stackable had a top loading washer which made it difficult to reach in because it was on a slant. Sometimes the washer has a little water that lingers after the wash. I make sure I leave the door open (there is a kickstand type piece to prevent it from closing) or just wipe it dry.
