The sofa is attractive. I love the color and it is very comfortable. HOWEVER, the cushions cannot be flipped up or down. The cushions are finished on the top side, but the bottom has a silky covering half way across. If I had known this prior to purchase, I probably would have selected another sofa. I am a cushion flipper/rotator. It extends the life of a couch. I can rotate the cushions, but they cannot be flipped. As a seamstress, I look at this and wonder why they couldn't have gone the extra 2-3 yards of fabric to make this happen. With all this in mind, I'm still presently happy with the sofa but I am so relieved that I bought the warranty. Not being able to flip cushions (in my opinion), decreases the life of the seating cushions. For the price, I'd recommend. For the function of the cushions, I would not. If you're more of a disposable personality, the sofa is great. If you're expecting years of use, maybe not.

I was afraid to purchase something like this online, unseen, but it's perfect. The color is exactly what it looked like online. The guys who delivered it and set it up in the room for me did a wonderful job. It was difficult to get into the room I bought it for. They had to maneuver it down a hallway and around a corner and into a small door opening. They were so careful to not bump a wall or a corner, I was afraid it wasn't going to fit! They did it and it was not easy. I was so grateful that they managed to do the impossible. They deserve so much praise.

Wow!!! Exceptional quality and beautiful!!! I bought the blue one and wow! Soft and comfy. The pillows are beautiful and very heavy in the sense of quality. Everything is perfect. Highly recommend! I found it by myself online. To be sure I went to the showroom and I found it immediately--YES! My feeling and reaction were confirmed immediately. While the sofas are a little firmer than I thought and not as deep as I hoped, they still are great and look beautiful in my living room. I ordered two sofas because I have a large room and I wanted to be able to seat 6 people. We have a big family. I have ordered a much larger rug but you can still see how great they look in the space in the photos. I thought that I was going to change the pillows but they turned out to match perfectly with my decor.

I love this sofa!! It is exactly as it appeared online...no surprises! I did have some help assembling it, but probably could have done it on my own (57 year old 5"2' female!!) It is firm and easy to get out of, that is good for my knees. When you remove the back cushions, it's quite comfortable to sleep on. I absolutely love everything about this and would highly recommend it. I only wish I had room for the matching love seat.

This furniture is good quality for the money. I was hesitant to purchse online because I couldn't test the quality, but I am super pleased with how comfortable it is. This isn't a room we use every day; therefore, I am not as concerned with durability. We are giving this love seat and sofa a 5. We have only had it a week so there maybe some negatives down the line. We love the fabric and the color; sometimes ordering online can be tricky with the color. This was spot on. Very comfortable with fabric that is durable but elegant at the same time. Purchased color ice. Didn't think we would like the pillows but they tie in nicely. Only owned it for 4 days but no red flags have popped up. Seems durable and the 2 kids love it. It's not too big and not too small. Just a comfortable and moderately sized set with thick cushions and pillows that haven't been sinking or anything. I'm happy and confident in the purchase thus far and have no regrets.

This is the most comfortable sofa ever, at least for me it is! I'm not very tall & this is the only sofa I could find that I didn't need 10 pillows behind my back for support. Two reasons for the 4 vs 5 stars rating: the legs are bulky black plastic, sort of cheapens the whole look. Also, back pillows don’t move and nothing is washable in this sofa. So overall great value for a sofa you might keep just a little while.

Couch is super comfortable and provides a great support. It is plush and firm at the same time; the ottoman is a perfect complement which turns the sofa into a sectional. The pull out mattress works perfectly but the mattress is a little thin and firm, however it provides a good sleep. The color is amazing!

We have not used the sleeper feature yet, but the couch itself is wonderful. It is firm but soft to sit on. the fabric is also nice to the touch, not scratchy and it looks like a very durable fabric. It is absolutely beautiful and I love it. I will say that the throw pillows that come with it are very bulky and take up almost 2/3rds of the sofa!

I love the color it is a bit hard but it's getting worked in now The pillows it comes with on one side where the colors are The stuffing kind of sticks out and pokes a little bit so I'm concerned about that if it can be changed? Other than that I think it's going to be okay. I may call the store and find out if the stuffing can be changed.

I really like this couch. But disapointed that there are lines running across back cushions. I think because the driver took off plastic before shoving through my door. I think they are from scraping the sides of door. There are not lines anywhere else. So also a little disappointed. I would recommend 'if' no lines on back cushions.
