I've owned this coffeemaker for a couple months now, and overall I'm happy with how the machine brews. The only slight issue is the single-cup brewing, which leaves a little coffee residue at the bottom of your cup. Even when I do a larger grind, some of that coffee dust gets through the included mesh filter. Mini paper coffee filters would probably solve this issue, but I haven't found ones that fit.\n\nOne great feature is the auto shutoff, which kicks in at after 2 hours. I thought every decent 12-cup coffeemaker had an auto shutoff (I'm looking at you, Mr. Coffee), but I guess you have to pay extra for that now.\n\nSo, overall, if the single-cup feature isn't important to you, I'd find a cheaper drip coffeemaker (with the auto shutoff). But if you occasionally like to have just one mug of coffee, this is a good option. Just resist drinking that last sip.

My favorite feature is that you can program it so you can wake up to hot brewed coffee. This is important since it does take a little long to brew a full pot. Coffee stays hot. The pause feature is also great in case you forgot to pre program for your wake up pot you can always pour a cup without the full pot being done. Also like that the basket is dishwasher safe. And just in case you forgot to shut it off on your way out the door, it does it for you in 2 hours.

I really like that it has a hinged on top so it is easy to pour the water into the reservoir and not spill the water all over the countertop, If you have a shaking hand like me.It is easy to clean up after using. The filters fit perfectly in the basket. Not having to adjust them for a good fit so coffee grounds don’t spill out into the coffee. It has easy touch programming with a large digital display. The cord storage is a great feature for safety reasons. This coffee pot is very user friendly.

I have the same exact coffee maker that is 12 cup capacity. I needed something bigger as we use huge coffee mugs for our coffee. When I saw I could get the same one but 14 cup, I jumped on it and purchased it! I LOVE it! There is now a bit of coffee left over after 4 large mugs full! There is another design that has a detachable reservoir, but I don't like that design, I like the design I already had. I would purchase this one again!!\nThe noise level is not too loud, not to quiet. It does have a clock, however, the clock is difficult to read as there isn't a back light on it. \nYou can use regular filters, not the cone shaped. I don't know if they make a reuseable filter for this size coffee maker.\nVery easy to program and set the time.

I am replacing my older version of this coffee maker that I have had for at least 12 years. While it still worked, it wasn't tasting the best so I decided to replace it. I went with the same exact coffee maker because I loved that it didnt use KCup style baskets in the mug side so I can customize how much grounds I use. I also found this style basket easier to clean. I also really liked that it doesnt have a reservoir and you just put in the amount of water you need each time. This takes the guess work out of what size mug you have and also keeps the water from going stale sitting in the reservoir. This is a great machine that I hope will last me another long time.

I don’t feel like I will miss and spill the water when I fill the machine. I also like that the coffee brews faster than my older model. The carafe is well made, I do not think it is too fragile. I wish there was a clean cycle, with this model you start the cycle, wait a few seconds, then start it up again.

we have been using a Keurig with the carafe and the single serve, for roughly 8 years. we went through three, the first one was the best second one and the last one didn't even make it a year. I have no idea why it took us so long to get this one, it was a great price, the looks of it is very fancy, two separate water compartments, there is a switch so that you can choose which one you would like, it pours out nicely without making a mess, we love the timer part, we enjoy it, it has all sorts of features the Keurig does not.. I will be recommending this product to anybody who is interested in a good coffee pot.

This coffee pot has everything I was looking for in a coffee maker. First, it's the perfect size to fit neatly under my low kitchen cabinets. The features of this coffee pot are unlike any other I've purchased. The option of just lifting the small front tab, without moving the entire unit to fill, and the swing-style filter compartment are super convenient. Another important feature is the carafe, there are no spills when adding water to make coffee or when serving a cup of coffee. I'm very happy with this purchase. It also looks modern and elegant with the stainless steel on the front. Highly recommend!

New in box, so can't really go wrong there. However, on the description, here is what is not shared: single cup brew cannot use pods but can use tea bags, cannot run at same time as full-size pot, does not get very hot for single brew (but makes it perfect temperature for tea). The water reservoir for single brew is separate from the pot reservoir and neither holds enough for more than one pot or cup.

I had one of these exact coffee maker. Thought I loved it because of the single cup along with the full pot. I guess as we started putting the water in the night before noticed it was leaking all over the counter. So I bought us a new one. And right away as we put water in at the night before the water was all over the counter. I think it's a defect in the coffee brewing system itself.

very pretty but the white gets stained by the coffee after a month. I wash it every time but the lid is still stained. I love the ability to brew a single cup or a whole pot. I do not like that the water reservoir is not removable. I have hard water and had to clean out my reservoir. In my old one, it was easy to do this. I cannot clean out the water tank by itself.

After years of use, my husband and I needed to replace our existing coffee maker. We chose this one because it's a 14 cup rather than the standard 12 cup maker. It's really easy to program and use. I gave it an overall 4 star rating simply because it offer an audible beep to alert us to when the coffee is ready or when it turns itself off.

I love this coffee maker. The controls are at the top. Very convenient. The size is perfect for my counter as I have limited space. I have had it for several weeks now and it brews a great cup of coffee. I love that I can set it to brew a stronger pot and my friends set it to the regular strength. It is a little more expensive than some other coffee makers I have tried, but you get what you pay for. I had a Black and Decker before this and it lasted less than a year. So far so good and I am really happy with my purchase.

I like that I can make a small pot for myself or up to 12 cups if I have family & friends visiting. It's so simple to use and brews a delicious pot of coffee. The digital settings and clock are also a plus to make this Brewer one of the nicest there is on the market. I really enjoy using it and will be for many years to come.

Both carafe and individual cups work wonderfully. \nI use my tall insulated mug for individual brewing and the only bad part is the mug can't sit flat in the well. the well has a domed bottom. I can make it work but I'd prefer this flaw to be corrected. So 4 stars not 5.

It is perfect for when my family comes to visit. It makes good tasting coffee quickly. The only thing we didn't like is that it does not shut itself off after a certain amount of time, so we had to remember to do that when we left the house for the day.

I'm not a coffee drinker but I like hot tea throughout the morning. I set it to "Bold" and I can make a 10 cup pot with only a couple tea bags! I put the bags directly into the pot and turn it on. I leave the bags in the pot throughout the morning. Much easier... and MUCH HOTTER than the Keurig ever produced. I've made single cups of coffee for friends and they say the taste is good. I'm VERY happy with this purchase and highly recommend it!

The digital display is at an angle that makes it harder to see. Also, the display buttons are too sensitive. If you barely touch a button by mistake it changes the previous setting(s). It feels a bit light and cheap but so far it works well.

I've been using this product for 9 months now. I give it 3 stars for 2 big reasons:\n%231 Water and coffee build up under the plastic ring on the rim of the carafe and is near impossible to get out. Yuk.\n%232 If you overfill the water and/or the grounds in the basket on the single serve side, even if by just the tiniest amount, you are going to have a huge mess on your hands and no easy way to clean it. I've had this happen about 3 times in the 9 months I've had it and each time it's taken me tons of q-tips, quite a few paper towels, and a bare minimum 30 minutes of my time to get all the grounds out of the apparatus where the water comes out.

great coffee pot, second one purchased. one bad review: lid on water reservoir warped after a few uses and would not shut flush. did not effect the coffee taste, but was irritating. finally I taped it shut and used the front water fill.

I like the size and cup capacity. Replaces my 4-cup coffee maker. Great thing is even when you leave it on but (don’t do it) it doesn’t burn the glass canister. Great surprise and grateful it didn’t. “Smile”

unless they meant 5 little expresso cups; this is NOT 5 cups. Using standard measuring cups it's only approx 3 1/4 cups. Using what I would call a normal coffee cup-it's only 1-see photos. It's fine if I only want 1 cup of coffee in the am; but I specifically got this machine so that I could save room and still be able to offer coffee to a guest. Now I have to use MORE room because I am keeping this machine and still have to keep the other 12 cup machine as a backup. (no I'm not going to return it because I don't feel like driving an hour to bring it back to the store-which I'm sure they count on anyway). Other complaints would be the same as other reviews-can't read the 'other options' window, it's not possible to flap the filter over the sides because of the design of the basket so grinds get in the coffee, etc. They really should give me my money back. Only reason for getting this particular model was to save space, (cup amount-falsely advertised), it's programmable, brew selection and has auto shutoff.

Got this on 6/3/26 and had coffee the next morning. Coffee is hotter than my old Cuisinart. Taste is great, and only ran 12 cups of water through it once before using. Uses the white round filters. My only issue was that you can only see the measurement of water added at 4 cups, which is what I use everyday day. So it would be easy to overshoot the 4 cup line if you pour in water to quickly.

Solid piece of equipment but I realized after the first use that the basket filter makes a difference in taste compared to my old cone filter coffee maker. I prefer a coffee maker with a cone filter.
