The couch is absolutely gorgeous and functional! I saw this couch in store at the Wayfair location in Illinois and knew it was the best option versus a traditional sleeper sofa. Overall, the couch has really good functionality and it’s easy to convert into a bed. I did purchase a gel foam mattress topper for when I have guest day to add a little bit of extra cushion, not five stars was the delivery experience and the way that the couch arrived being a white couch it’s very easy to see there are multiple dust dirt and just brown spots on the couch which was disappointing. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service to see if we can resolve this issue without me having to return the couch since it did take two weeks for the delivery just to make it from the delivery center to my home. I bought this sofa a year ago. The only bad thing I can say about it is that it is gigantic, and very heavy, and even opening the box and taking it out piece by piece it was an absolute nightmare to make it fit in the elevator. I would suggest putting gliders on its feet before assembling it, because moving it is an undertaking. Apart from that, it is gorgeous, with very clean, minimal lines, and a richly textured bouclé. It is also very comfortable (both as a couch and as a bed), and it opens and closes with minimum effort. Also very easy to clean with a wet cloth, despite being a very light ivory color. (Though I use a cover on it most of the time.) I cannot recommend this sofa enough.
