Pros: Price point was important as I needed to make a bulk purchase for an office upgrade. Purchased 1 as a test unit, was pleased until graphics card died. You'd think that's where this goes south ...instead, the company provide top notch service like I haven't seen in years. Phone call, email follow up, replaced video card, follow up after that, etc. For the record, the machine performed great in all other respects, and I did purchase 10 more. Cons: Honestly, no cons here. I've bought enough computer equipment over the years to know that occasionally you get a bad card or something is DOA. It happens. What is more important is the service, after something happens, and this company has it. Overall Review: Yes, 100% recommend the product, would absolutely buy again.

Pros: Works as expected. Lots of standard memory. Price (on sale) was great. Cons: Lacks an optical drive, and standard storage is limited, but I knew that going in, so they're not really cons. Overall Review: If you don't want/need an optical drive, or an additional storage, a nice little computer. If you want to add those things, as I did, it's easily accomplished: the box is very easy to get around, and well laid out. Very happy with it so far.

Pros: It looks like a new system. As with all SSD drives It boots very quickly. Cons: The only problem thus far is the on/off switch needs to be pushed for about three seconds for \nthe unit to boot. Overall Review: With most electronic devices today the switches are one of the first hardware things to fail. With computers, the hard drive is more likely to die first and then the switch. This system seems to be in good working condition.

This is supposedly a "new" computer, but it was manufactured almost two years ago (5-19), buyer beware. I thought the price was reasonably good for an i7, which is what I wanted, but discovered when I tried to load my netgear router software, it didn't have a CD drive. Ha! I guess I should have read the fine print. Had some malfunctioning issues (freezing and not waking up, etc) so I returned to Dell and they replaced the Mother board. Still having some issues with the router disabling itself, another "ha!", but have only had it back two days, so this review is limited in scope. Speed is fine which is what I was looking for.

This PC unit did not meet my expectations, even though I thought I had read through the item description. I have had to buy extra components in order to replace the setup I used to have before purchasing this new CPU. It works fine, but it doesn't have the capabilities I wanted and expected to receive.

The only issue I have ran into was that I had to update the audio drivers in order to use the headphone jack. Other than that everything worked great straight out of the box.

This is not even the product that we received. The one received was a different model, not 3060. It was refurbished and if I had seen that in the description, I would not have ordered. It had been sprayed with some sort of "perfume" to mask any previous odors. I returned and still have not received a refund 6 days later. I would never trust Walmart to order something to be shippped again. Their 3rd party sellers are not reliable. I may have to protest on my credit card to get a refund. The other online retailer refunds within 4 hrs, not 14 days.

Pros: Decent PC with Windows 11. Not a lot of junk programs to uninstall. Good to go out of the box besides the annoying Edge and Bing browser elements. Cons: Keyboard and Mouse are completely useless\nMouse cable is too short to reach anyplace.\nKeyboard has unreadable keys since the back light has no effect. Only way to see the keys is by using a reflection (see photo) Terrible design. Don't be fooled by their photos. Overall Review: Buy this PC but tell them you want a better mouse and keyboard.

Great little computer, takes up very little room. Ideal for most computing tasks especially home office computing. Only draw back is the processor is not currently capable of operating Windows 11. I imagine that by the time windows withdraws support for windows 10 I would be looking to upgrade this computer anyway. Overall this is a very good quality Dell computer which I would recommend to anybody looking for a reasonably priced computer capable of running the majority of current business and leisure software. Computer is very easy to upgrade with additional hard drive and Ram installation a breeze.

I bought the computer in November 2024. The computer hard drive went out in March 2025. Had to have a new one installed. When it was installed the repair person pointed out there was no sticker on the device for windows with a key code. Therefore my windows are no longer working. Per the order I contacted Blair Technologies who sold the device. It states I would receive a response within 48 hours that was well over 48 hours ago. Buyer beware! Do not purchase!

Overall, its small, efficient, and low profile. It gets the job done. I wish it were faster, but it will do for now. One issue I keep having is it keeps turning on intermittently after a full shut down. Oh well.... I will fix that later.

This was a great way to slowly update my computer from my huge dual core from over 10 years ago. It runs about 10 times faster than I was expecting. This computer runs Windows 10 very efficiently and it is super quiet running that I forget that it's even turned on.
