May be easiest to say everything is great with one minor issue (so far)\r\nRight ear bud does not always connect. This requires it to be placed back in the case and removed to connect.\r\nA bit of a nit pick as the sound, build & comfort are top notch.

I bought these and used them for a week and had to purchase a replacement as I grew more and more frustrated. \r\nFirst Impressions were amazing; straight out of the box they are amazing the spatial awareness was impressive and they work great for phone calls. Though majority of my headphone use is active use. As in working out, biking, or working outside. Once I started to move these slip out of my ears. They required constant adjusting when running it seemed every 100 yards I would have to reposition them. When performing weightlifting I had to turn all the smart features off as they kept pausing my music. While performing simple things like pushups they would fall out. Not to mention while sitting at my desk at work the left ear bud would skip for about 3 seconds every minute which was driving me up a wall. \r\n\r\nI really wanted they ear buds to work as they reminded me of my old galaxy buds I used to love but these are not made for active lifestyles. If you are using them for wearing in the office or for flying on plane, I believe they will work fine but if you find yourself using them in active scenarios I recommend to keep looking.

I bought it for a friend who works in a very noisy industrial invironment. when I called him during work hours, the noise cancelling feature did not work well. I had much better experience with new samsung ear buds.

Not sure this is as comfortable or as intuitive as my previous samsung FE'S. Although I am impressed with the audio.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nDelivery and engagement from only fantastic.

Fantastic product as you would expect from Sony’s top range earbuds but the acquisition of these was fantastic. Price was the best and for OE not reconditioned product in fact cheapest I could find, I thought that delivery might be slow as a reason for the low price but Wow was I wrong, Item arrived beautifully packaged for safe transit and within 48 hours of order . This is “Amazon” style service. Never used “Onbuy” before but going forward they will be the first supplier I check. Well done to all at “Onbuy”.

The Sony WF-1000XM5 delivers quality sound at the expense of multiple aggravating issues and a significant hole in your wallet.\r\nThe touch controls are incredibly sensitive and an accidental brush of the earbud easily causes a pause/skip/restart. The buds do not agree with long hair. Trying to wear these buds after a shower will cause the buds to execute touch commands the moment a wet hair touches them.\r\nThe buds are quite large and uncomfortable and do not work for long use. Your ear will be sore after and extended wear.\r\nThe charging prongs for the earbuds are very inconsistent and require regular cleaning. Failing to do will lead to the buds not charging properly or even connecting to your phone while in the case.\r\nThese issues do not warrant the high price tag. While possibly enjoyable for brief uses these buds fail to be a multiple hour earbud

I've had these for a few years use them at work daily. They are amazing and the nosie canceling works incredibly well. In the industrial setting of my workplace they help cut down on the annoying and loud machines noise.\n\nThe audio quality is unbelievable for such a small device. One of the best audio quality and active noise cancelling in the market, although the anc depends of the memory foam pads as passive noise blocking, still being really awesome. And also the best Bluetooth connection to multiples devices i have ever experience. Overall it covers all my audio and video needs. Thanks Sony keep it up.

So happy I got these. Best set of ear buds I've ever used. The Sony app gives you lots of features to tune them to your hearing preferences and the noise cancelling is amazing. Noise from a busy train just disappears with these on. Battery life is great too, I can get a full work day out of a single charge.

Brilliant flagship class earbuds. They're an older model now but they hold up and are certainly a lot better than my budget Soundcore ones. ANC and passthrough modes are where I appreciated the quality bump the most. Sound quality is also amazing.

I own 3 pairs of Bose Quite Comfort Headphones every one broke. Bose would not honor the warranty. I decided to buy Sony. The Sony headphones are incredible for streaming music. Much better quality and sound than Bose.

Very happy with the earbuds. Can now enjoy music in the gym without it being drowned out by weights banging constantly in the background. Great price too

I bought these because everywhere online said they were 'the best' ear buds for noise cancellation and what not. But as much as that might be the case, they don't stay in my ears at the gym at all. I have to be totally still for them to stay put. Plus the controls on the buds themselves are SUPER annoying and hit or miss to actually work. They didn't come with instructions...so I'm still always online trying to find out how to skip tracks and adjust volume without the use of my phone...I wish I could return but Walmart's policy says no.
