I am the facility manager at a church, so I wanted to test the ProForce 1500xp vacuum since it cost less then my current Windsor Versamatic. I am very impressed on the suction power of the ProForce, it seems to even pick up glitter (which my other vacuum just spread it around). I will be changing over my older units to the ProForce vacuums.

I own a cleaning business for 27 years and this by far is the best vacuum for the buck. I currently I have 15 vacuums in service and only minor breakdowns that I repaired during their monthly servicing. Some of the vacuums are over 6 years old and zero issues.

This is the best vacuum cleaner we've used at our agency. We have 6 in our fleet and rarely need servicing. Meets federal government contract standards for HEPA filtration systems and bag. Easy to repair on your own. Easy to use.

Vacuums is quieter than the 40 year old model it replaced! Trick is that sometimes the beater bar does not come back on. There is a short somewhere or the disengage switch in the hose or deck is sticky. Need to drop the whole thing a couple of inches to have it come back on. Not a sign of great engineering. Hose is a little short compared to the 40 year old Electrolux it replaced.

This is one of the best industrial vacuums in the market. It doesn’t trap any hair in the roll, has potency and it’s relatively silent

I'm happy with this vaccum. Works well! Only thing is wish the wand hose was longer or had a extension for a better reach. Kinda short!

To heavy for lifting into cleaning carts will break cart. Not at all good in small apartments. It's equal to A bull in a China Shop. Brutal in lure weight carpets! This is a conversation center or church vacuum

I've had this vacuum for about three months and have really enjoyed it so far. You can really feel the power of the machine when you turn it on with the brush roll. I use the vacuum for home and office cleaning as I have my own cleaning business. This thing gobbles up paper clips and tacks without any problem. I've heard it can handle sucking up change and screws but I haven't really experimented with that. One pass on heavy carpet gets it clean, there's no need to vacuum the same spot more than once unless a kid built a sandcastle on your carpet. The vacuum head looks a little funky but with its shape and low profile it's actually great for getting in tight places.\n\nAfter I got my vac in the mail, the small guide wheels on the bottom were squeaking like crazy, but after a little silcoln spray they were good. The only thing I would change is the bag. It's easy to get to and easy to replace, but I hate bags because it's an ongoing expense with the vacuum. Plus if you are using it for your business, employees are less likely to change the bags (out of site, out of mind).\n\nOverall if your looking for a powerful vacuum that can get the job done quickly, this would be the one.

I use the Proteam ProForce in my cleaning business. It is a excellent vacuum and has several advantages over other vacuums. It is made on the same pattern as an Electrolux upright vacuum. It uses the same bags. The hose and wand are very useful and save time from having to put the hose in to vacuum areas. It has great suction. The only fault I have with the machine is the material it is made from. I have trouble with parts breaking off of the machine - like the area around the wheels, cord holder, etc. The plastic is brittle. Of course it could be my employee's lack of care with the machine. Another problem is the cord twists on the machines that my employees after a few months of use. I have purchased over 15 of these vacuums in the last 3 years. I still have one of the first vacuums with no problems. All of my employees have had their vacuums replaced more than once. For home use I believe that this vacuum would last a long time without the concerns that I stated above.

I recently purchased this vacuum to replace one that died at one of our condominium corporations. The cleaners at the building say that this is THE Cadillac of vacuums and they are very pleased with my purchase. A local vacuum store was selling the same model for almost $400 more, so I am thankful every day for the Internet and the ability to source things on my own!

We used to have these vacuums years ago for our Housekeeping Department and they were horrible to use on a daily purpose, unless you like to have very sore elbow joints from pushing and pulling them. No height adjustments or suction adjustments, so very difficult to use on many different types of area rugs. Gets expensive too when you have to change out the bag frequently.
