Good quality queen bed, as described. We bought it for our daughter, she is very happy. Very nice color, a lot of shelves and 2 drawers, assembly was easy for my husband. We are very pleased. We had a bit of a delay with the delivery, however after contacting with customer support the issue was solved immediately and we got our last package in couple of days. The 2 drawers underneath were a bit off as nothing to attachhold with the frame. Your kids easily push them futher under the frame or pull them out else where. The corner really sharp which definitely not kid friendlyMore

Assembly was a little daunting as there's a lot of packages and the packages are large. However, the instructions were quite clear and straightforward. My daughter loves having the extra storage above her head, as well as down below the bed. We were able to even sneak in storing a few additional things behind the drawers under the bed as the drawers are just on wheels. More

Love the bed !! Only issue I had was there weren't any small holes pre drilled into the pieces of wood there the wheels go for the drawers.More

The bookshelves are great and in 2 different heights. My only issue is that the two roll out drawers have nothing to hold them in place. I really like the set so I found a way to make the drawers work for me, but it would have been nice to know in advance. The wood look is beautiful and delivery to my doorstep was great. More

Looks great, as others have said there's no stoppers for the drawers at the bottom but it's an easy fix

The product that we purchased was completely unusable. It took over 5 hours to build, and though the instructions say you don't need a driller you 100000% need a drill. Not only did some pieces come chipped/scratched, the bed frame we bought was incapable of being used as intended. The drawers in the bed frame were not attached to the rest of the frame, and thus rolled around all over the underside of the bed. The bed itself is so lightweight that I, a 5 foot 3.5 pregnant woman, could move it with my foot (literally). The feet holding up the mattress (keep in mind the bed was supposed to hold 500lbs) broke after one night. In addition, I had to argue with customer service over getting our return back. While I'm grateful we did, it was much more difficult than it should have been considering the product is literal garbage and going in the trash.More
