[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overview: The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a powerful and capable multi-function printer loaded with features. More than enough features for small-office use, and great for a home power user. It has a great feature set and is easy to operate. Unpacking and setup were quite smooth, and I was up and running in short order. Configuration through the mobile app allowed for quick connection to the network and I was off to the races! I was able to use letter size, photo paper, envelopes, and labels. Remote printing is simple to do and a useful tool. This capable printer does everything fast and accurately. Very pleased with the whole process. \nDetails: \nUnboxing was made easy by the handled plastic bag inside the box that allowed the whole printer to be picked up without awkwardly reaching under the unit and trying to pick it up. Great idea!\nThe setup was not perfect but was still pretty simple. The mobile app allowed for a quick configuration, and it was not long before I was connected to the network and printing from both PC and Android. I was very quickly printing from both an iPad and an Android Tab. My only mistake was not skipping over the HP Instant Ink setup. I already had an active account for my existing printer, so I could have just added the new device and then removed the old one. It took a reset of the new printer to get it squared away, but not a big deal.\nTwo paper trays are a bonus, as I can keep Letter size in the main tray, and photo paper in the second. It is also great for envelopes or labels, and Legal size is an option, keeping in line with the business focus of this printer.\nI ran the 9135e through multiple tests, including labels, photos, envelopes, and lots of standard paper printing. This includes sending material from my mobile phone both on and off my home network. All items were printed without issue, including the items sent while a long way away from home. Dual-sided printing works without a flaw. \nScanning from the flatbed produced high-quality, detailed images, making the option useful for capturing digital copies of documents, photos, driver's licenses, and even a passport. \nSummary:\nI am very pleased with all facets of the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e. It is more than sufficient for small to mid-size office use, and very useful for home power users. It has great build quality, and a complete toolset, and is simple to both configure and use. This printer is a keeper!

This HpPrinter exceeds my expectations in all of these categories. Here are some highlights that I found important and I needed in a printer. Fastest color print I can get , copy, scan, and fax. With features like faster scan than in the past. Connectivity like mobile and wireless I'm able to print from anywhere easily.\nFir my business or kids school work I get Professional-quality color for presentations, brochures, and flyers. Since it's ink subscription ready and has HP Wolf Security\nPrint Speed: Black: Up to 24 pages per minute; Color: Up to 20 pages per minute. Equipped with two 250-page input trays. A Upgraded 4.3” Touchscreen control panel. \nI can actually see whats going on Inky sharp display. It allows on board Controller as well as Mobile app controls. The ability to print from anywhere with a data connection is Great and extremely useful for business purposes. I actually owned the last generations variation. I have found that everything feels more polished and fluid. So if you are looking to upgrade but wonder if you should? My recommendation is absolutely upgrade! You will definitely notice the difference. The build quality feels superb. It has a removable power cord. And that might seem silly to care about a power cord? But it really matters if you have ever had your cat decide to chew your cord lol. Simply replace it and you are ready to go. Bottom line is at this point I highly recommend This new printer from HP. It has all the features I need. Most importantly they work Flawlessly. It has beautiful Inky printing capabilities. Whether you want to print documents or photos. It all looks great. With many more options available. If you are in the market for a new printer? You need one that can literally be used for anything? Whether it be Simple everyday printing? Or printing for a small business? I say Look no further Then the new HP 9135e all-in-one printer. If you decide to buy it you will be happy you did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a fan of HP's printers for almost 20 years - maybe I've just had exceptional luck, but my OfficeJet Pro 8600 that I bought so long ago hasn't ever let me down. However, ink cartridges are expensive and wireless connectivity has certainly improved over the years. Basically, my trusty HP printer is due for an upgrade. \n\nThis OfficeJet Pro 9135 printer doesn't skimp on features - in fact, it's pretty much just the current-day version of the printer that I've been using all along. I love that it has features like full-duplex printing and two paper trays. Believe it or not, these used to be options that required additional purchases back in the day. The design of it is stylish, too - it brightens up my home office just by being in the room.\n\nSetting up the printer was a snap - there's a QR code that brings you to the online setup guide and I was up and running in just a few minutes. The printer connected to my wifi with no problems, and just like that I was in business. First impressions? This printer is FAST - it's much faster than my old one. Second impression? The prints from the OfficeJet 9135 are brighter and more vivid than what my old printer could produce. \n\nScanning is also very easy, thanks to the HP app. There are fax capabilities too, but they require connection to a phone line and I don't have one anymore. The thing I love most though, is the ability to use a regular ink cartridge without taking part in some sort of subscription plan. Keep in mind that there IS an option to get automatic ink delivery and the cost of it is reasonable. For me, I just like having more control over my spending and avoiding the possibility of being unable to use my own printer because I didn't upgrade my ink plan. Instant ink is great for some people, just not for me. \n\nI really do love this printer though; I run a very small business and could easily get by with a home-use printer, but I really like the additional features that come with using a printer designed for business use. I'm confident that the OfficeJet Pro 9135 will last for years and delivery quality prints each and every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup for HP printers has improved considerably in the last few years. I would still like if they came with a manual. I absolutely hate Instant Ink. Even more frustrating is how hard it is to opt out. During the setup it started the Instant I'll sign up process and there was no way to exit out. I eventually closed the app and started over but it still came back to the sign up with no exit option. You had to start the sign up process and then decline the free trial. Also, the setup seems to pause, I guess because I exited out of the Instant sink setup. It finally picked back up and finished, but took longer than it should.\nThe print and copy quality are good, which is never a question with HP printers. Fast and good quality. Scanning is also easy and fast.\nI like being able to print from my phone, though wish it did not have to be from the HP app.\nIt would be nice to understand how long the ink cartridges are expected to last. Especially when considering a new set of all 4 colors is half the price of a new printer. Crazy! Almost drives the behavior of just throwing the printer away when it's time for new ink. There is nothing else I am aware of that the main parts needed to make it work cost 50% or the price of a new one. Instant Ink is not the answer since it is subscription based and you have to pay every month whether you print or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with how easy it was to get the printer out of the box. The bag came with handles and this was very helpful since I have arthritis in my hands. The printer was not heavy or to big, it was the right size to carry.\n\nThe setup was super easy to follow and perform. The ink keep popping out when I tried to install it; however, it finally did stay in. I have printed several documents and the quality is very good. I have not tried to print pictures. I did try to print my insurance cards; however, the duplex ability was limited so I was not able to make them with front and back matching, the back was over to the side. When I looked at the shortcuts, there were quite a few that were locked. I will need to research how to unlock those as well as see how to make cards via duplex ability.\n\nThe printer noise when printing is reasonable, it is not as loud as the old dot matrix printers. I am looking forward to scanning and printing photos to see how well the printer performs.\n\nAlso, this is my first time using a HP Printer and so far I am impressed with it's abilities and look forward to using it more and more.\n\nBottom line, is this a good printer, yes. I would recommend this model to my friends and family (even my enemies, it is that good of a printer).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer was larger than I anticipated, and is probably much more capable than I really need, but it works well so far (although takes more space than I'd planned). It was pretty easy to set up, and the mobile app is nice to be able to print directly from my phone (I tested this out with a "sticker" of my dog from my photos!). I don't fully understand the implications of the whole HP ink thing where you can't use non-HP brands, or reuse cartridges- I'm sure I'll figure that out in time, but seems like a rude way to ensure the use of HP ink. The wording makes it sound like it's to protect the print quality etc, but I think that should be a user choice at that point.\nThe scanning function is really nice and easy to use, which is great because I like to keep digital copies of a lot of documents. The power cable is oddly short, and this makes it inconvenient. I'm sure I could find another longer cable, but I just wish they included a ~6ft cable with a tie, so that it could just be wrapped up if it's too long.

With my daily work from home printing and with my family taking on school projects, and picture printing. The HP OfficeJet 9135e really does outshine, easy to set up utilizing HP's Smart App, which allows for easy set up and gives you options to scan, print, and keep tabs on your HP+ account. It allows me to easily scan my documents and convert them easily edit. It can print a large document of 100's of pages in under 5min. We load the multiple trays with Photo Paper for when we need to print photos, and second tray for day to day prints. Makes it easy to manage how to load and use. My kids can take advantage when it comes to their school presentations, and assisting with school events and flyers. The large and easy to use LCD allows for easy copies, scans, and email with out getting on the computer. We have multiple devices at home from, all can find and easily use the printing wirelessly with our any effort to set up. You can connect this via USB, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet, so no shortage of connectivity options that will work on pretty much all devices. For being a business style printer it really does print some great photos, the instant ink capability really does shine when it comes to getting more ink with our interruption, it smartly sends you more ink when you need it taking all the guess work out of when you need more. All in all the HP OfficeJet really does live up to its Pro name, it takes care of all our home needs including my business and work from home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used many printers, and this one is by far among the best I have used when it comes to home office printers. Setup is a breeze! After pulling it out of the box and plugging it in, it walks you through the steps for setup, as well as providing a link for their website with more details to complete setup. I was up and running within five minutes. I print a lot for my home business and this printer not only keeps up, but delivers some impressive results. Whether printing in black and white or full color, the words and images are clear and crisp! I didn't even have it set to print at the highest quality and was still impressed by the results. Scanning and copying is a breeze and is quick as well.
Throughout my first initial weeks of use, I did run into one "critical system error". The screen was glitching out and it said the printer needed to be restarted. Nothing was functioning, including the power button, so my only solution was to unplug the printer. Upon plugging the printer back in, everything was normal and printer functioned as usual. I printed some pages immediately to verify it was working as intended.
Overall, besides the one error I ran into, I am very impressed with this printer and cannot recommend it enough. In fact, I have even encouraged several family members who were in the market for a new printer to look this one over and see if it is right for them as it is an excellent printer! I am very happy, with not only the speed, but also the quality and ease of use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging was great, easy to open and unpack. I love how they gave you the handle to pull the printer out of the box. As for installing the cartridges, it's kinda tricky but once you are done with the first cartridge, the next ones should be a breeze. I love how the display is a big larger than my previous old printer. It's fast too! The touchscreen is very responsive and easy to navigate. Although I wish they would've moved "Check for firmware update" in an appropriate tab, but that's not a big deal breaker. But the big deal breaker is for me as someone who is Deaf, I would like some kind of notification that tells me that the printer is now printing. Or scanning, or copying., at that. I gave HP my feedback and hopefully they'll listen to this. Because this feature was available on my old printer (which is like seven years old) and this notification feature is missing from this printer? unacceptable. As for printing speed, it does feel the same as my old printer. The first time you send out the printing job, it'll take you anywhere from 10 to 12 seconds (not as advertised nine seconds as they said on the box). And if you send out the second and third and so on, they'll print FAST. LIKE REALLY FAST. So I guess that's not a big deal. Overall, I'd recommend anyone on this printer, it's amazing.

While I did encounter a minor issue during the installation process, I was able to quickly resolve it with the help of the instructions included in the reference guide. After one month of use, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e has performed very well. I upgraded from the HP 8600 and 8620, and I appreciate the smaller footprint and faster print speeds. Print quality has been excellent, and setup was easy. I'm still comparing some features and evaluating long-term efficiency, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars for now, but overall I'm very happy with the printer.

The printer is great. It needed to be the office type printer not the home type. I had to send the home version back and reorder the office version which is bigger and better. The only complaint I have is the paper tray where the paper catcher pulls out. It is too small so it does not pull out far enough to adequately catch the printed paper.

This was bought for our office two weeks ago now. I find the printer to be quite noisy compared to the older model we had previously. However, the print quality is very good and clear and the two tray selection is great. the only problem is that i have to press confirm on the printer when i want to print letterhead from tray 2.

The printer is very good overall and works really well. However, when it comes to printing a document that is attached to an email, there's no way to print it directly. You have to download the attachment first before printing, which is inconvenient. It would be great if this could be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer has been a huge upgrade over our last one.......The interface is nicely done and without any lag, touchscreen is responsive, all tools and features are easy to navigate and find without having to keep looking things up online. The print quality has been amazing as well. Color prints are so even and realistic and both greyscale/color print very quickly as well. Havnt gotten into the fax or copy features yet, but I can already tell it does a lot more than our previous model. The Instant Ink subscription is amazing, totally worth it to not have to think about ink or even paper if you want to add it. Having two paper trays is an awesome feature as well. While doing bigger jobs we can continue to set two different media type jobs and use one type of paper in the top tray and another in the bottom. We're loving this printer so much....I cant see how we could possibly find something to upgrade to as this thing has it all!

The final document is a perfect document. I had issues with setting up email components. It is still difficult sending messages via email. The print is clear and easy to read. Have not use the fax component thus far. Ink appears to deplete fast.

This was an upgrade from the printer I had. I like the options screen better on this one. A concern I have is that it makes a lot of noise when it starts up. It takes a few minutes for the noises to stop. It does its job well for other tasks.

So it prints a lot daily! I would say it handles ink well too because I have yet to have to change it! I do have HP ink set up but it hasn't come in yet. Overall it was fast to set up and easy to use. The touch screen has been right on and only needs a light touch. It prints clearly and with beautiful color! In fact today another business asked me what my settings were because my invoices were so perfect! It prints quickly and double sided efficiently as well. I haven't experienced any paper jams so far. Though at one point it did just start beeping for no apparent reason. I didn't see anything in the manual but a quick google search told me to unplug from the back and the wall wait 30 seconds and plug back in to update the firmware and it worked. Definitely a happy user here! You can't go wrong with this printer!

It is perfect for business purposes, office at your home or for your students at college. It is not too big and bulky. It is super fast printing and little to no noise while it does the print job. It has 2 paper trays which is nice when you have a big print job to do. You can also sign up for the ink subscription, your printer sends information to Hp so they know to send ink by the # of print it has done. Love the fact to you have the option to connect to wifi which means less wires to deal with. This printer does everything I need it to copies, scans and faxes. This is a great printer, easy to learn and operate. Perfect for home business, school or work. I highly recommend this printer to anyone. Hp make great products.

Print quality is sharp for both text and photos, and it's fast enough that I'm not sitting there waiting around. The all-in-one setup (print, scan, copy, fax) covers pretty much everything, and the touchscreen makes navigating settings easy instead of digging through menus.\nSetup was straightforward with the HP Smart app, and printing from my phone works without any fuss. Ink situation is decent if you're on their subscription plan, otherwise cartridges can get pricey like most printers. Only minor issue is it can be a little slow waking up from sleep mode if it's been sitting idle. Overall, for home office use, it gets the job done without headaches.
