WE (I needed help) had a terrible time setting up this awful machine - I bought it because I had an earlier model (MFC-L2750DW) for years and wanted to replace it when it just wore out. The helper was a person who works with this technology and swore he would never sell one of these again after this experience. We printed out your manual, which in general is very little help, and way too many pages (we used up the small printer cartridge that came with the machine and a whole lot of paper!!!), then had to spend much time pushing the terrible buttons - one at a time- on a tiny screen - to enter information.. \n\nWhen I called your company asking for the model # to replace the model I had, no one was certain which model I should buy (and they were not very nice!!). I finally got 2 people to agree that this model (DCP-L2640DW) was replacing it\n\nI had to get another (3rd) person to help set up the "scan" feature and it's clunky...bottom line - I HATE this machine but am stuck with it because now it is "used." \n\nIt seems that the tech designers are professionals who know too much about how your machines work so they think everyone else does too!! - do you ever have "new" users test your machines (like in a focus group") before you add them to your product line and inflict them on paying customers? - who like me, even though experienced, satisfied users, are likely to become EX-customers.\n\nI gave your product 2 stars because this document would not let me correct down to 1 star and there was no "0"stars option.! The machine is finally working as a printer - I am still hating what I have to do when I want to print 2-sided without sending a doc from a document. And when I need to push these awful, small buttons I want to throw the whole thing out the window. I could say lots more, but have no interest in improving your business. Thanks for inviting me to get this off my chest - it's really a horrid wast of money, and I'm done with Brother!
