So before this I had the 11 and as of right now I don't really see a huge difference in them besides the thickness of the phones and a little bit of the cameras. I'm having trouble with the 5G; all I'm getting is the LTE and my other half that is on the same plan in the same spots as me is getting 5G service….but on the side note I do love the blue color they came out with!!

Although I did like the concept of the IPhone XR. I love the that Apple went back to the more square body of the phone. It is a lot harder to bend and break. I use my camera very often and enjoy it so much. I also love that my battery stay charged through out the whole day!

I love this phone. It's very durable and the battery life was great for nearly two and a half years. Now however, the phone gets hot and the battery dies much earlier. I will be buying a new phone soon. The camera quality is great and of course the iOS interface is amazing.

The phone is almost Awesome. My only issues with the phone are the battery life: I play Merge Dragons and keeping it running in the background during events runs my battery down A LOT faster than with my old Samsung. My other issue is that when I want to send an Avatar "emoji" in messenger, I constantly have to go to Facebook to "get" the avatar. This issue though might be attributed to "user error".

I have had so many issues with this phone and have only had it switched from my XS for three days. The problems began within the first day. I was unable to send texts and it was a known problem with iMessage is what I had been told by more than one person trying to help me. I then experienced more problems on second day and couldn't reach my kids while at work via text again. Then it had terrible reception. On day three called techs and got some help, still had issues…won't sync to my new Jeep which had no problems with my XS. Spent my one day off work dealing with this half the day. Hopefully second call to techs has fixed issues but I'm not holding my breath. I would not recommend this phone and am regretting this purchase so much!

The phone it's self works great. The camera when doing video and when it captures light orb light appears this is a issue with iPhones. It takes amazing pictures but the video is just so so.

This brand new iPhone 13 was still in its original box. Battery still has a capacity of 96% even though it had been in there for a few years, so that was really great. Moving from a 8 Plus has taken a little getting used to, and still learning about the differences. So far, like it a lot. Had a little trouble in the setup, transferring data with the cable provided. Turns out it was not a good cable, when we changed to a different one, the changes went fine. So that's just a heads-up for everyone.

It does have a long battery life and works great. the only downfall is that because the battery is aftermarket, I can't charge it on a wireless charger. But if that's the worst, then I am super lucky!! Great item for a great price. Shopping was fast. The iPhone 13 Pro is excellent in appearance and usage. The only issue is the battery capacity is at 83 percent. I have to take time to allow it to cool down if I’m using my gps while using CarPlay in my car because the phone will get extremely hot.Shopping was fast. The Apple iPhone remains my favorite smartphone of all time with each upgrade the phone appears smarter with more sophisticated design and looks. The iPhone 13 Pro is physically identical to several of its predecessors, with the exception of the receiver moved slightly higher near the edge. The sierra blue color is both soothing and therapeutic to even look at during times of relaxation.

I was coming from a iPhone 12 Pro Max and battery life was just barely ok. When the iPhone 13 Pro came out I saw that it had longer battery life than my 12 pro max, and I was wanting something smaller. I\n\nIt has been an excellent phone, the battery lasts over 6 hours of screen on time, and the display is so smooth, the cameras are great. I would absolutely recommend it.

The charger didn't have the square gadget to put into an outlet. Also, no instructions. I'm elderly and the fella at Verizon did his best to get my data transferred; also pointed out some features that I've already forgotten. So I need to purchase that gadget & download at good old Youtube on the features in the new (used & certified) iphone 13.
