I can't hear holding phone to ear but works fine with speaker phone. Volume is turned all the way up and I can't figure why it sounds muffed, very low so I have to use speaker which is inconvenient when having a private or sensitive conversations. Frustrated to say the least to get it all set up and realize it's flawed sound/volume or whatever it may be because all else good so far expect that and I'd like to have privacy.

I was nervous reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the phone is. It's older, so there are little scratches on the sides, but nothing a good case can't cover up. Screen is flawless and works as described.

Phone is great. Works perfectly and saved a lot of money by purchasing it refurbished. This is the way to go!

Well so far it seems the speaker is not as loud as my old phone when playing music. It came with the wrong charger. Idk if the earbuds work. And I think I can only talk on speaker but it was a bit of a hassle to get set up so now that it's set up after 3 days I'm planning to keep it and hope for the best.

This phone looks good the battery is not at 80+ it's at 76% and it's a little bit of blemishes on the back but that's fine . And the phone moves a little slow with the touch it's kind of delayed .

It would be great if the front camera worked. Which I had to take to a phone shop to get it fixed, Other than that everything perfect even down to the packaging.

Gift for teenage son. The speaker on the phone doesn't work. My son won't let me try to return the item because he can't bear to not have a phone for an entire month. He uses iPods so he can talk on the phone without the speaker working. My daughter got the same phone , ordered at the same time and it is perfect.

The phone itself is fine it's brand new and unopened the only thing that annoyed me is that charging cable stopped working after a month.

less than expected. came with deep scratches, almost like someone took a knife to the screen in a couple spots, can even feel the cuts. battery is at 83% could be worse, but when it says refurbished id expect a new screen or at minimum small scratches and then atleast a 90% battery or new. and then on top of that it came 4 days after the arrival date, very unpleased with this service/ product.

I try to adjust settings %26 no matter what I do the volume is very low. The screen is also peeling apart %26 I’m constantly getting glass stuck in my fingers. But I’ve had it because i need it and can’t afford much else. It works despite the shards of glass and low volume and ringtone.

bought the refurbished like new iphone expecting at least 80% or up battery life because thats what was promised in the description and its only 76% the phone was also almost dead when it arrived.

This phone looks new, no scratches or cracks but it does overheat while charging. Battery life was at 78 and charged very slowly compared to my old iphone XR with 81% battery life. The main problem is that it would not activate with my provider meaning I was not able to make any calls or texts outside my own home.

Ive been trying to call people and they can not even hear me. I even tried to voice record my self and i couldnt hear anything except me blowing into the mic i am highly disappointed in my purchase i will not reccomend to other people and i will be conducting a refund this is not OK at all Bad for your business
