But ever since I have it to him I've been wanting it back because I live in ny and it's so much easier to carry around and has pretty good noise cancellation for the noisy city. I had these for years, and then they died. I tried a bunch of other options (jabra, MSFT, etc) and ultimately bought another pair of these on a sale, and I'm glad to have them back. They are not the best audio experience, or filled with amazing features like noise cancelling, but they just work, they fit my ears and I'm totally satisfied.

These airpods have been a great purchase for me. The sound is balanced and crisp no static. The mic picks up well when I am making a phone call and that's saying something with my accent. lol. They are small and compact and it's a plus that the case charges them on the go. One charge last forever. When I wear these I can't hear outside unwanted noise and the comfort level is outstanding. These are the first headphones I have had that don't hurt my ears. They connect easily with all my devices and within seconds. I love I can change the song or pause by just touching them. The only issue I had with my first set was the right one stopped working but that was after 5 years of continuous use and many drops I think I might have even washed them. All in all these head phones are one of the best

Battery life is great! I've had for a couple years now. The sound quality is good too. The one thing that stinks is sometimes the connectivity isn't 100%. When I put an AirPod in, it doesn't connect sometimes. But once I turn off my Bluetooth and back on again, it works!

I love this AirPods, and fits comfortably in the ear. It doesn't easily fall out. The sound is clear and easy to understand. I wish on the case it shows how much charge is left on the pods and case, instead of going to the iPhone. It's more convenient this way.

I bought this item refurbished and so far enjoying it. The box was pretty worn out when it arrived but the item inside was intact. It looks and functions like new. One issue though is with charging. I'm sure Apple would replace the case if I contacted them.

Vacuum created in the ears is bit irritating while noise cancellation otherwise its a good product. Some scratches do appear from day one of usage!

Since using the 1st generation AirPods Pro I was hooked how convenient it is to have when working remotely or on the go. Especially when doing phone or video calls. It???s efficiency is too class when switching from one Apple device to another. The comfort is great for long hours working. I rarely use these for working out but I hard decent reviews how others use them to workout. Overall performance is similar to its previous model only reason for switching out from the 1st generation be because my new iPhone Pro 14 won???t connect with my old one.

The tried and true! I've tried many other earbuds, and these reign supreme. Especially if you already have an Apple device/Iphone- the connectivity and features that work together in harmony is an even better plus!\nThey fit comfortably in the ears, easy to clean if need be. The charge lasts a long time on the buds themselves, but the case doesn't last QUITE as long as they do on its own. \nSuper portable and easy to use on the go. Overall, the best headphones for whatever you want to use them for!

If you are having trouble connecting the airpod to your current case leave them in the case for 30 min AFTER unpairing the original airpods from the phone. After some time open and press the back button of the case until the white color appears. Connect the case to your phone and it will work.

My son really loves Apple products "from Best Buy" they really back their warranty and you dont have to stand in tbe store for hours at a time after you make an appointment for a product under warranty just to be told you have to pay more money. BEST BUY WARRANTY IS THE BEST WAY TO GO!!

What can I say these airpods have been around for a while. These are my second pair and they are great for every day use. I bought the air pods pro after my first pair of air pods and I still like these better. Great fit and sound for the money.
