The iPhone X will always have a special place in my heart for several reasons, but the iPhone 13 Pro Max is, arguably, the best iPhone I've ever owned. Coming from the iPhone 11, this phone completely blows every aspect of that particular model out of the water. Outstanding battery life, stellar cameras, and a more smooth and seamless iOS experience (thanks to that amazing 120 Hz refresh rate) are just some of the several quality of life improvements over my previous smartphone that made the upgrade well worth it. I was hesitant about the display size at first and whether or not I'd like it, but I quickly adjusted to it, and now I can't imagine going to anything smaller. Highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a worthwhile upgrade from the iPhone 11 series and previous generations.

I'm thoroughly enjoying my new Apple 14 Pro Max I phone. The camera is my favorite feature, as I love taking photos of my grandkids. The battery is very long lasting between charges. I appreciate its ease of use. Lastly, it's very helpful that all my apple products sync together automatically.

A lot of the features are amazing but the only thing is that Siri hardly works half the time. Out weighting the pros and cons it is definitely worth the buy. All other features are splendid; camera quality is top notch, volume and speakers are loud and clear, no software delays. An extraordinary feat!

Apple iPhones are always great! Pro max might be too big for some users. Best choice is probably the pro. Anyways the i logo was 13 pro max battery life is amazing. Regular use and I went three days off 97% charge.

The screen had very minor knicks and display is responsive. Battery is at 100% and it the phone works how it should. The one down side is that the NFC tag for the magsafe function and tap pay doesn't work. It wasn't advertised as broken and it made a rattling sound when I tried to use it. Kind of a downer but the phone functions every other way.

Excellent speedy delivery. Setting up to icooud and my mobile carrier was easy. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were noticeable minor scratches on the screen. Otherwise I recommend purchasing refurbished electronics from Ebay. They are always excellent presents for friends and relatives abroad!
