I finally upgraded my trusty old iphone 7 with a nicely-refurbished iphone 12. I am retired- and don't need the latest or greatest phone, (I've never taken a selfie in my life- and lots of people should follow my lead) so this was a good affordable option for me.

I got a refurbished iPhone 12 Pro. It came in great condition, no scratches or cracks on the screen, and only tiny, micro scratches on the back. The maximum battery was still at 100% and I didn't notice anything bad about how the device worked. The cameras and functions worked perfectly. It really felt like a brand new phone!

I love the phone and I'm so grateful but I didn't see in the prescription where it said the speaker on top would be a little off. I was a bit disappointed because I chose this one since the other option had a broken speaker but I hear okay it's just low.

Could be in better overall shape and a new battery should have been installed. That said, it works well and I had very little trouble getting it working. All apps and data transferred with no problems. It's a good upgrade from my old iPhone 10.

I bought the iPhone 12, and it remains an incredible value phone. The flat design still looks modern, the OLED screen is crisp, and the performance is fast enough to handle everyday apps and multitasking without stuttering!!! \u2665\ufe0f

Getting a phone that is now on the older end of iPhones, I was shocked that it actually worked quite flawlessly. I thought the charging port was going, but here it was just the cord that was sent with the phone. Very satisfied!

Hello I just got phone however I have not turned it on yet. The phone looks great there is a few marks outside of the camera ring the round patt but other than that no scratches etc

Work good no scratch

Cosmetically, this refurbished phone has too many visible scratches. The battery maximum capacity was lower than I anticipated (80). I'm sure it'll work fine, but the appearance is worse than my current phone. I wanted a phone with more GBs than my current phone which this phone has (128 GB), but the appearance is not buying me. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to return it.

There's a weird buzzing like noise that happens sometimes when I open the cameras. It doesn't impede function but it scares me. Also there's this weird green colored dot that appears on my screen sometimes that looks like it's a light behind the screen. Not sure what to make of it.

Honestly I haven't powered it on yet but to be honest this doesn't seem to be “like new” in my opinion. These imperfections actually stood out to me without me looking for them.

Unsure about this product. Face is scratched and sound on incoming calls thru speaker sounds tinny. Will give it time to see if it clears

Did some research to find that the battery struggles when charging and fully using at the same time, witch. is normal at 1% full. Subsequent charging got somewhat warm, but then heat leveled off. Also read that this particular model has a inherent heat issue. But I am happy to say so far, So good. Bought iPhone 12 Pro described as “refurbished- like new” this was said on product description to mean among other things, Battery 80% or above, \nPhone arrived with battery 74%. With notification that the battery is severely degraded and should be replaced. \nDoes the warranty cover battery replacement?

At first I loved this phone it was great but the battery compacity went down very quickly and I got this in February 2025 and it's now may and it's already on 76% and it started off 93% but besides that the phone didn't have no scratches not that I seen the camera quality is nice.
