I have only had the iPhone XR for a week, but so far everything is working as it should. I got the coral one and it is so pretty. It does have a couple of small scuffs on the corners, but not really noticeable once you have it in a case, even a clear case, which is what I have. 100% recommend this company, shipping was fast, no problems

The charger was not included in the package, which it said going in. I had an old charger so no problem. The XR has a lot of nice features that my old 7 didn't. Set up was simple just charge them and set them down together and magic! Connects to my iPad and computer. Great Battery. 5 stars.

So I brought this iPhone and it came very early and it was in amazing condition no scratches or anything nothing broken battery is at 100% and the phone is amazing and it comes unlock with phone charger and a 1 year warranty I love it and it comes deep clean

The phone is good almost as good as new. It looks great with just a few minor scratches, great battery life, and there's no sign of the phone slowing down like my old one which was the same model.

I've only had it for a couple days, but this appears to be a great product the process of switching from one phone to the other was very, very simple and I was actually quite surprised.

Bought this phone for my son's 7th birthday. Phone was in great condition minus a few scratches but everything works fine. Will be ordering another phone for my daughter soon.

I can't even dent the battery on the XR - amazing. 2.The unlocked feature allowed me to find the best plan at the cheapest price. In my case, Spectrum Mobile 1 gig plan ($14 mo). [Note: you don't use as much data as you think. Really. 1 gig is plenty for most users - no need for expensive unlimited] 3. I have the yellow and I love it. Lots on color options on tlhese XR phones. 4. This is a 4G phone and it works beautifully anywhere. Have spent a few days with the device. It is definitely pricey, but from the user experience point of view, I am pretty happy with the device so far. Here are a few things:\r\n\r\n1, The Face ID works well 99% of the time. Pretty responsive, too. For those with glasses I would suggest capture the FaceID with glasses off. \r\n\r\n2, I like its front camera portrait mode. Could take much better selfies. The stage lighting portrait effect could use some improvement, though. The rear camera works better than the 8plus/7plus in low light situations, and generally provides greater contrast and details. \r\n\r\n3, The size is just right. I feel the 8plus is too big, but this one is just about right. I do prefer the size if used without a case, but there's no way I am doing that. The phone has a sleek look and nice finish. Stainless steel frame gives it some extra shine. \r\n\r\n4, It definitely needs a case to protect its fragile glass back. \r\n\r\n5, the wireless charging is a plus. But it charges rather slowly, since I mostly use the iPad USB charger. \r\n\r\n6, the OLED screen is gorgeous. Better images all together. Apple says it helps save battery life. I will see about that. \r\n\r\nVerdict: if you are on the fence between 8Plus/8 and X and have the extra budget to spare, go with the X.

My existing phone is lovely, but it takes too long to charge (10 hours).\nI need a phone to guide me on walking trips using a Map app, and it may need to guide me for over 8 hours.\nThe iPhone X is a quality option I would like to try, so I ordered this refurbished one.\nThe phone arrived promptly, and included the iPhone X, plus the following accessories:\nAn iPhone X protection shell case, pre fitted with a glass screen protector.\nA separate screen protector\nAn Apple charging lead, 1m.\nA SIM hatch access tool\nThe cosmetic condition front and back is excellent. A small amount of scratching on the side will not be visible when in its protective case.\nI have not yet transferred the SIM card from my existing phone yet, until my son can help me with this, however the phone communicates OK through the house Wi-Fi perfectly well, and I have been able to install a map app, and a pedometer. The map app works, proving the GPS function. The pedometer does not seem to agree with my existing phone, so I need to do more testing on that function.\nI noticed the amount of memory is 256GB. This is a bonus, because I ordered 64GB!\nI look forward to adding the SIM to prove all of the additional functions.\nSo far I am pleased that I chose this supplier for a good refurbished phone.

The camera doesn't work it's shakey and I can't take pictures I may need to call about it also the cost to repair that would be almost what I paid and the one bottom speaker doesnt work at all and my speaker period sounds terrible it cuts in and out when I'm on the phone I only have it for almost a week now
