I was at home all day on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I received a notification from UPS saying they were unable to deliver my package and they would try again the next day, and I of course had to work in the morning. So on the second morning I got a notification that my package was delivered with a picture! Sure cool right??!!! Well I had no idea where this picture was at except that I had never seen it before. so my first thought was since my package was apparently delivered to a different address that I have no idea where it is I should probably try to reach out to Walmart and UPS. I tried to contact both the seller and the shippI could not speak to a human, I was just pushed off saying a neighbor probably picked it up or it's running late, nevermind the message and picture attempting to "verify" the delivery, (we're using the word verify very loosely here) so after about 2 and 1/2 or 3 hours of missing work looking for a package 3 hours of driving around my package I end up on the other side of the road while turning around, and there it was! Behind Pizza Hut, on a parking block, next to a broken liquor bottle in kind of in front of a door, with a padlock on it.... What exactly in that description sounded like an apartment door??? Not to mention the complete WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD!!?? Anyone with half a BRAIN, who has ever delivered anything or navigated anywhere, knows that odd numbers are on one side of the road and voila, just like magic, evens are on the other. I do not understand how someone could be that ignorant and have THAT job. Like are you serious? And then to not be able to speak to someone to resolve my issue they're lucky I am an honest person, three of the four people have told the story to told me I should have told them I didn't get them and either got a second pair or a refund. I ordered them in December, attached are pics of the evidence i can still find in regards to the Beats delivery. But I'm sure they still have the pic I received of my package and I'd love to show everyone a side-by-side comparison so y'all can see how ridiculous it was. If you read it this far, thank you! I read reviews, I think that's the only reason I leave reviews, good / bad / indifferent.... It's like some good, some bad, and some ugly!
