I purchased this for my brother. He needed a new phone, but did not have a lot of money to spend, and he is not tech savvy. I was able to move all his contacts and other data from his Android phone to this refurbished iPhone, which is as good as new!

I needed to upgrade from 4G to 5G and something affordable so I picked this. I bought it with a case separated and replaced the battery because the health was sitting at 73 when I got it. Other than that, better than the iPhone 11 Pro Max honestly :)

Phone came in great condition. There were some scratches from using a MagSafe but it's not like that matters when you're just going to put a case on it anyway. The screen is in great condition. Works great and highly recommend.

other than noticeable scratches, battery life at 78% serviced according to the history,it could have been priced a little less but for 512 gb it makes sense, packaging have room for improvement! TY.

Phone look good works good but the volume is low. People complain they can't hear me especially when I'm on FaceTime. I can't play music because it'll be loud one minute low the next.

Phone had a speedy delivery and is fully functional but I must say it is very scratched and has so dings in the frame it's a little worse the good condition

Back camera does not function properly. Try to take a picture. Will not take shows it's locked to the right side. Attempted several attempts with no luck.

It over heats really easy but works great

At first I loved this phone it was great but the battery compacity went down very quickly and I got this in February 2025 and it's now may and it's already on 76% and it started off 93% but besides that the phone didn't have no scratches not that I seen the camera quality is nice.

The battery life was less than 78%. I think it is not advisable to buy a used cell phone, after 2 hours of use, from 80% charge I now have it down to 19%.. Everything works on the phone... I won't say anything bad about it, but the battery doesn't work.

Sadly the phone was extremely scratched all over the screen and the battery life capacity was only 70% when the product claimed to be good quality but other that it works and was unlocked

Don't waste your time or money. I needed a new phone asap and found this, thought it would be ok… well it wasn't. Slowing started to notice things, when I first got it, the volume/speaker wasn't good I could barely hear phone calls and they could barely hear me. The volume (up%26down) and the power button don't work. Obviously it's a pre-used phone, but it is advertised like new and far more expensive than the other used phones, so I truly thought it would be good. It wasn't. Along with the things I have already said are wrong. The phone has a bad battery.. of course that is not listed in any of the descriptions. I didn't find that out until I got the phone and went in the settings and saw the battery health. I tried to start a return, but it will not let me. to get the phone fixed it would cost just as much as buying a new phone.

The ability for expansion and imorting , you have to have an up dated I tunes and for music for other files you need to have the latest mac or subscribe to icloud and even then Word documents dont edit to good. As for a pocket HI Fi and TV its fantasyic. Video i am sure is great. But the rest. If Android designed there better for feel and size and bought the price down. i would have another andrid. I am 1,000% sure this is the worst phone purchase I have EVER made in the 30 years I have been buying phones!!!!! When I got the phone it had a tiny crack since I was in desperate need of a phone. I thought it would be OK if I put a case and screen protector on it however, it has not stopped cracking my rear camera and flashlight stopped working after two months. Everything on this phone have been replaced with the cheapest parts possible. My phone does whatever it wants goes to any app it once any webpage it calls whoever it wants usually the people I don't want it to. Do the right thing and just buy a new phone!! Save yourself money and a headache!!!

I received the phone with a damaged touch screen. Since arrival it was not working properly, The vendor just follow the Walmart policy return and do not gave me a hope that they can have a look to review the damage, only told me NO to everything and that is nothing that they can do for my problem. I explained to then that the phone was posted as with good condition but that was not true,
