I bought this phone as a replacement for my S10e that was accidentally damaged and needed to be replaced. While the phone is noticeably a bit faster and smother, likely do to a higher refresh rate, I am not enamored with many features of the OS. This includes the color options and the extremely intrusive presence of Google, which is constantly popping up asking questions and making me navigate through it to get to what I wanted. I am thinking this is because of the OS and not the phone. Hopefully I will eventually learn how to turn a lot of this bloat off. That said, the weight and over all size is quite similar to the S10e but the screen appear larger and sharper. I do miss the ability to add storage with a micro SD and a 3.5mm jack for head phones (features that existed in the S10) but have learned to live without them. BestBuy gave the superb trade in value for my old S20. It was no brainer to go for an updated mobile. The staff and process was quite smooth. I will definitely recommend this product and shop to everyone.

Great Phone, just what I needed. Very girlish colour, which is great. Quick to charge too. So much more up to date than my old phone. Kept up to date on delivery too.

i had the S20 fe 5g for 5 years before it quit on me! so i went with this one the S22 it has the same things as the other one and i love it

This phone is small, the battery life not good, but worse of all is that it gets hot in just a few minutes of use. I have a s20 that just stopped charging. I loved everything about this phone, so i figure the s22 will b even better, but I am so disappointed. I think I need to return it asap.

Nice quality. The neck hole is eoomy \n However, the cut is too small. My daughter is in the 44th % of her weight and 80% of her height and these shirts are very narrow.

love the phone esp the picture and video quality. The only downside to this phone is that the battery drain so fast and it gets warm too on the back of the phone.

It said it would be in "excellent condition" but theres scratches all over the phone including the screen. The battery also dies really fast so unfortunately I'm going to have to return it and save up for a new phone

this phone shuts off only 5 minutes. if you're doing something and the next thing you had to login again!!!

Phone worked fine initially, but the battery life was very short and the sound was wonky. Need to return.
