[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my s22 5g for basic everyday use and side work such as uber, door dash ect.. if I'm being honest I prefer the s21 ultra over the 22 . Seems like ny battery is constantly dying I have to turn it off to charge it or it will take hours to fully charge.\n The pros of the 22 it's smaller the the 21 ultra and has a pretty great camera . I wouldn't buy this phone again .

I bought this phone as a replacement for my S10e that was accidentally damaged and needed to be replaced. While the phone is noticeably a bit faster and smother, likely do to a higher refresh rate, I am not enamored with many features of the OS. This includes the color options and the extremely intrusive presence of Google, which is constantly popping up asking questions and making me navigate through it to get to what I wanted. I am thinking this is because of the OS and not the phone. Hopefully I will eventually learn how to turn a lot of this bloat off. That said, the weight and over all size is quite similar to the S10e but the screen appear larger and sharper. Although this phone has "better" and more feature rich photo capabilities but for my application this is not significantly different from the S10e. I do miss the ability to add storage with a micro SD and a 3.5mm jack for head phones (features that existed in the S10) but have learned to live without them. I am not sure I would have upgraded had the S10 not been damaged but for $200 if you need a new phone , for me, this was a better option that spending 4X as much for the S24

RIght after warranty ended my camera started taking low quality pictures. Battery life is atrocious (coming from s10+), bugs in dex (can't even import photos). USB-C port easily disconnects when connected to anything, it also burns aux C adapters (I tested this with 3 different types and they all stopped working after 10minutes). No good features like an actually aux outlet, or sd card. Also bulky, heavy, and big (great if you like carpel tunnel). Phone quality seems to be getting worse, not better.

heavy scratches on screen under the protector it came with light scratches on frame but the worst screen burn will keep because i hate the hassle of sending back and wait for a replacement my son is fine with it so will keep please check your screens before you send a 300 plus phone out to your customers

I like small size as it could easily fit shirt pocket. Battery seems to drain quick from 100-84%, thereafter battery performs well. I'll have a better idea after I receive the case and shield for the phone face. I had no trouble with the sim card switch then the transfer of my information, and pictures went smooth using wifi. Battery lasts only half a day with very little use compared to me previous android phone which even after 3 years still lasts a whole day. The box seal was broken even though inside the screen protector was still in place, so can't really say if the poor battery is due to the device being handled before. Only bought the Samsung phone because I damaged the previous phone camera. My first Samsung and experience has been poor with bloated ui and poor battery. It takes three steps to do a simple task, and i tried optimising my battery with no difference. Samsung doesn't provide you a charger so it's kinda difficult to charge unless you have one before. The cable they provide is a C to C cable which is kinda useless if you have chargers requiring one end to be USB. Good camera range, quick response, small size so good for someone like me who has small hands, and was easy 2 set up. The only reason I've given 4 instead 5 🌟 is the battery doesn't seem to last very long. But other than that a good buy.

Not White!! i also paid more for it to be in like new condition!! this 1 is very scuffed up on the sides, thankfully the screens not cracked. also the back isnt glass its plastic i think..

I love the phone i have another S22 because of the size of the screen but the battery did not last long and it's the same with this one so I'm putting it down to how old the phones are.

The phone is greate , but one thing is the crackling sound on the ear speaker mostly when playing music. Above all I'm satisfied with it
