I believe the controller is an official Xbox 360 controller and the controller is well made, it feels good and authentic in the hands. The controller came with very minor scuffs on the controller and on the thumb stick. I was able to test the controller on both a Xbox 360 fat model and Xbox 360 slim model, the controller worked for both Xbox 360 consoles. The pads in the buttons felt new and so did the springs in the triggers and bumpers.\n\nThe only reason I cannot give five stars is because the controller is black but the item shown in the picture is metallic and the controller I received is flat black, I provided a picture to help give an idea of the flat black color of the controller.

This controller is perfect! It's great for beginners and pros! Customizable for any game. The battery life is off the charts and the fact you can use the included Type C cable to charge and play is perfect plus with the charging base, you can charge the controller while watching tv or when your away! With the built in battery, there is no need to have extra batteries lying around and the carry/charging case is ideal and helps protect your investment when traveling or when you're not playing. its a amazing control when its new and working the only thing ive come to realize after buying more than one of these ive found out that almost every single one of these controllers WILL get stick drift on either one or both joysticks no matter what so anyone who buys needs to get a warranty because you will be needed a new joystick.

The quality is good, but I use these controllers for thousands of gameplay hours and they wear out faster than the standard, cheaper controllers. The feel of the product is far superior and I am willing to pay extra for the better experience despite it failing sooner.\n\nI understand if folks aren't willing to spend this much for a controller that will only last 600 hours, but to me the better experience is worth the extra money.\n\nThis is my 4th elite series 2 controller and I would continue to recommend them to people who can afford it.

I use this to game on my Rog Zephyrus laptop and it works flawlessly. The laptop recognized the controller and connected right away and there is no real noticable latency during gameplay (i play story rich games like Assassin's Creed, RD2 and so on). I havnt played Battlefield or COD yet and will update if i run into problems. For anyone wondering, this comes the case, charging stand and accessories.

I've had this controller for a few weeks now and it has been a amazing controller to have. I would highly recommend this Xbox controller. If you see it on sale online I would recommend you pick it up. It is a very comfortable controller. Fits well in the hands, very comfortable for long-term play.

My sons love this controller. They say their gaming ability has been majorly amplified with this controller. They can't imagine going back to the regular controller. Get the extended warranty tho. After a year of the controller, it stopped charging.

This product is JUST the controller, no paddles or charging case like some reviews show in pictures. It says it comes with the thumb stick adjustment tool, mine did not. I thought for the price I was paying (even on sale) I'd be getting the whole kit or at least the back paddles!
