Units purchased Lok and Couffer are beautiful no concerns with workmanship.. one small mishap with the drawer knobs were addressed in a timely manner. However, I would like to add that the struggle was in the education of both managers and CSRs that we dealt with due to a system issue that occurred with our first order.... Noone could provide a straight answer on resolution and it took many hours and many phone calls with the end result being canceling and reordering. It would have been helpful for everyone to know that if two units are ordered on the same day and one is on back order, that they would both not ship until the full order could be filled. This was not discovered until the cancelation of the first order one month later.... wayfair, please take time to educate your staff as many attempted to assist and were just as shocked as we were due to the multiple issues we experienced.More
