Good except for the clicking

The stove is nice and functional except for the clicking! For the first couple of months no problem, then the burner igniters started to continue to spark! Very annoying! They don't turn off. Wish I knew how to remedy the situation

I just received my stove and I cannot believe how professional the stove looks. It looks so fancy. I purchased the 6 burner stove and I love how it has all the different Size burners for different heat temperatures. I cannot wait to make meals for my family for years to come and feel like I am a professional cook on my professional stove.

First use was Christmas 2021. Two turkeys for overnight baking, woke up with raw turkeys. Element burned out 1st use. Cust serv did warranty repair, I had 20 guest and two raw turkeys. Wire racks don't fit correctly. Appears like they are on different levels when they are not. Oven burner makes a loud blowing noise sometimes when it lights and we turn it off fast. Don't know if it's dangerous, it's just scary. Usually lights correctly after turning it off and back on. Does not meet expectations.

I have an LS series 36” oven and have had the oven igniter, oven burner, and oven door hinges all need replaced within the first five years of use. Of course the manufacturer warranty covers only two years, so the manufacturer customer service is able to refuse any help. It’s a $2000 oven, it should outlive its warranty by at least 5x, but its component parts are all failing one by one.

Extremely difficult to stabilize because legs are not located at the four corners but instead toward the center. This causes the door to the oven to bounce when opened to remove the trays inside. It's unsafe. We hate it. My wife has burned her arm several times on the door. Now we hardly ever use it. Wish we had chosen a different brand for our new kitchen.

Don’t do it ! Buyer beware! This oven constantly goes out and there is yet another part I have to replace . Top of stove burners click! Be carefully because when the open is on the oven knobs get EXTREMELY hot and you WILL BURN YOURSELF BADLY!!!! Now I have to buy a new stove and this stove is only 5 years old

I bought the 36 inch stove in the first week of March. Tomorrow starts April and I have not been able to cook on the stove. It is leaking gas, Called out the gas company twice. They eventually capped the gas line so that the stove doesn't leak further. NXR does not want to take responsibility of the leak. They keep saying the stove was okay when it left their office. Their technician came out and found the gas line was leaking in two places. Still they don't want to fix it. I opened a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. After pushing NXR they decided that they will send a company next week to take back the stove. That will be 8-9 weks of waiting to cook because I don't have a stove. My other stove which lasted for 18 years without problems just went bad. TheNXR stove looks great but their customer service is horrible. They want to fault the customer rather than work with the customer. Will let you know if I ge my money refunded. I was really looking forward to cooking and baking with the range. It is very beautiful.
