I was skeptical of cheap headphone ear pads from China because I bought some personally that weren't very good. But these ones really surprised me! Large, comfortable, material is firm and seems of high quality. There's even a silicone coating around the rim that secures the ear pads to the headphones, and as the result these attach much more firmly than the previous replacements I bought.

Welded joins and ring unlike the cheaper ones that pull apart I have purchased 2 and have 2 strong Whippets that pull a lot and I have tested it and it has handled a good long walk so far it feels and looks better than the nylon ones I had to throw away and haggle for refunds I recommend folks to pay a little more for a far superior hassle free purchase

I took an old Ever-Ready flashlight and drilled a hole in the bottom for the 1/4" Jack. Popped off the original On/Off Switch and enlarged the hole for the Volume pot. The piezo attached to the old flashlight lens, with the wires running through the bulb socket hole. The included knob fit the aesthetic perfectly. The whole "project" took less than 20 minutes- PRETTY COOL!

For what i wanted to use it for(as a link from collar to a seatbelt coupling) it is fantastic, hence the 5 star rating. I don't believe it would be strong enough for big dogs as the linkage us of fairly lightweight metal. It may be most suitable for jack Russell's or toy size breeds.

Nice set, pre wired for easy install. You kind of have to keep the volume maxed out to get a strong enough signal, but it is a piezo pickup after all. Nice clean signal on my cigar box guitar.

Not too pricey and it works. It is very treble-y (otherwise it would have been five stars), but that is the general experience I have had with this kind of pick up anyway. It is nice to have all of the hardware and the volume dial with it.
