Just bought this tote. It's worth every cent! Best tote I've ever had, and I've had and have more expensive ones!! It's just amazing! One of those few items you get these days and say yes! that's what I hoped it would be!! Very rare these days with all the pricey but poor quality pretentious stuff! Wow! Wow! I am happy!! My go to now! My favorite for everything, work, cafe, library, travel!! This is it!! Wow!! I got both the large and extra large and was planning to return the XL one, but forget that! I am keeping both!!! I wish they'd also make one between them!! The L is 22 inches long, and the XL 26, is suggest one of 24, not quite XL, but also a bit larger than the L. But really WOW!! This is the best tote I've ever had, and to think it's no where near the most expensive I have is just astounding! I have allsaints Jcrew etc! Nope! This is way better!! Quality is awesome, and the size is intuitive for me!! Love it!! I am finally really going to throw away the other crap!!

I have several, to coordinate with different outfits. I also have several sizes, but I LOVE the Super-sized They are perfect for "all the stuff" one needs to cart to the office, to the pool, for an overnight stay, for a plane flight carry-on, for dive trips, for a day out shopping, for classes on campus, with a picnic for a day at the park... I even have several for grocery shopping! I have purchased them as baby shower gifts - and filled them with necessities, and gifts for all my grandkids for their sports stuff. I really wish they would make a true teal, and bring back the blackberry/wine that matches the ladies swimwear! I would buy both in the super size AND a smaller one as well!

The bag is very beautiful in its own right, but it is different from the Lands' End cotton canvas bag which I purchased over 10 years ago and which is made of stiff, white canvas and is very roomy and light weight (although they are both the same size.) I use it for errands, and it is perfect for this purpose. The new style is made of soft cotton, and due to the extra fabric for partitions and the zippered closure it is much heavier, and it is now more like an every-day, use-for-work tote. I ultimately returned the new tote because the fabric is soft, and thus the bag does not stand up like my old canvas bag does.

This is my second medium canvas bag and I love them. They are sturdy, stand up on their own and have great pockets for organization. They are the perfect size for carrying my laptop, purse and water bottle to work. They ride in the car at my feet on long trips with my crochet project, a snack and all my essentials. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the new bag no longer has a pen and pencil pocket and I really miss it. That pocket was so helpful and the other pockets are really too deep for them. They are now hard to get out and I lost the pocket for my mini umbrella to my pen and pencils.

This is my second medium tote with long handles. I added the zip top this time, which I love. They made some updates though, that seem like attempts to cut costs. There are fewer inside pockets, and they shrank the key clip - it's less than half the size of the former one. This might not be an important feature for everyone, but I use it daily for my office and car keys. It's much harder to clip keys on since it's so small. \nOverall - Lands End's tote bags cannot be beat - they are extremely durable - my other one lasted for 4 years - I only am replacing it because it has gotten dirty.

The medium tote, zip top, with regular-length handles is the best tote ever. I’ve had mine for over a decade. The only problem with it is that the canvas is ivory and gets dirty. \n\nI would love this tote in a wider ranger of darker colors. You do offer black, but a black interior becomes a black hole. I’m just not a navy fan. The other colors are more youthful and “fun” than I would like. \n\nWould it be possible to offer a wider array of darker colors for this tote? I’d love forest green, dark brown, dark maroon, and colors of that sort. \n\nThank you for considering this request.

I am a fifth grade teacher and I bought this bag to be used as my school bag. It's perfect! I like that it's big enough to hold my lunch, umbrella, purse, papers and any other things that I want to take back and forth to school. It's not heavy. My favorite feature is the long handles. I think they'll be long enough to fit over my arm when I'm wearing a winter jacket. I love the key clip and all of the little pockets inside as well. \n\n\n\nThe only thing that I dislike about it is the light color. I wish that it came in darker colors. I'm a little concerned that it will stain.

I own 8 of these totes, and have owned at least 20 more over the years. They are awesome. However, the ones that had stylish prints were my favorites. They are sadly all gone. Now it's just white that shows all the dirt. Or ugly camo. Or sardine cans and tractors and lobsters. Or faddish itty bitty ones as charms. How weird and cliche and impractical. Lands' End, please get your merchant back on brand and bring the beautiful stylish classy prints - the flowers, the beachy prints, the paisleys, the awning stripes, the navy backgrounds so the dirt doesn't show. Please.

I'd been looking for a small tote bag with a zipper - I chose this because of the D-rings that allow you to add a strap to make it a crossbody (wish they gave an option to add the strap so fabric of strap would match the bag fabric). Material is much heavy then most tote bags. I did add embroidery to the bag but wish I hadn't - as where they sew on the embroidery made one of the inside pockets almost worthless. Wish they had more color options! Overall I'm happy with the little bag, will hold what I need for flights & tours, which is what I bought it for.

Yes I did just buy this a month ago it is very nice the straps are sturdy there's a lot of room I use it as my pocketbook tote bag he can fit a lot of stuff in it at first I thought it was a little bit too big but I thought I started using it going out to different stores I got comfortable with it and decide it was just the right size so I got the medium instead of the small and I'm kind of glad I got the medium because I think the small will be a little bit too little but other than that I am so happy with it in the picture is the actual size

I'm very happy with my purchase, this is a medium in mango w/regular handles. I kind of wish the font was a tad smaller but really, I got this because I wanted something snarky, and what's snarkier than the HARD NO being in your face. The lemon embroidery on the back is perfect and super nice. Canvas is solid quality - holds up pretty strong. I'm using it for work essentials now, eventually I am switching to groceries. Highly recommend, pockets are a plus. Shipped quickly even with all the hype on TikTok. I've ordered two more already.

I wanted this bag for carrying my bible and study books to church. I was worried that the bag would be too big but the size is perfect for what I need. I got the short handles and the zip top. The bag is sturdy and stands upright on its own. No falling over and everything pouring out onto the floor. I can also fit my phone, wallet, water bottle with plenty of room. I'm hoping to get years of use out of this quality item. Glad I went with the customization. It is just overall a 10 out of 10 for me.

I am so glad I made this purchase. This product was a great price, is so functional, and is already being put to great use! At first, I was a bit disappointed because the embroidery I chose in person doesn't match the color of my bag as much as I thought it would, but I have styled it in such a way that I am content with how it turned out. I bought the medium for my niece. Shes a hairdresser. The inside pockets are perfect for all her tools. I also bought the large for my sister. She is a professor and owns an onlibe bookstore business. The weight capacity is perfect for carrying books. I had them both monogramed. They turned out so nice and made of great quality, I ordered myself one too. I wanted the xl in purple but they only had the large in stock so I got the large. Great price! All of mine are zip top.

The bag is really nice, but because the side seams are just a single seam, the length when nothing is in it and it's laying flat, is longer than when you open the bag and put something in it. The 17" length of the medium becomes 14" when you're loading it. And incidentally, it's not quite 17" long flat, either. I measured a paper shopping bag I used over and over again last summer and I ordered the Lands End medium bag based on that. But the paper bag holds more because there are two side folds ("seams") instead of one. I recommend ordering the large if you want to put a substantial amount of clothes in it. I ordered the striped handle which is really nice and it doesn't come in large. Lands' End should make it in all sizes, I think it's nicer than the solid colored straps.

This large 5 pocket tote is my go-to gift to give especially for new babies. It's the perfect size and durable, yet not heavy. \nI have purchased DOZENS of these in the past couple of years. I recently noticed two small changes though! In my most recent purchase there was not a key clip inside and the zipper color did not match the fabric color on top like the previous ones had. Hope it was just a blip because I love gifting these to friends as a personalized gift.

I bought this bag about a month ago and it’s perfect. I debated about ordering short handles or long ones and decided on long, and I really love how it fits over my shoulder. It holds my 12 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch laptop perfectly, and has more than enough room for my small purse, sunglasses, water bottle, computer accessories. I also love the pockets on the inside that prevent a lot of rummaging around in the bottom to find something. I highly recommend this bag.

Purchased the medium size navy bag with a matching striped wristlet. The bag is very well made with a sturdy canvas. There are compartments inside to keep everything organized. My Apple plus fits nicely in one of the 5 internal compartments. There is an additional outside pocket. I chose the bag without the zipper because I hate fussing with them. From the secure top zipper that accommodates outward, to the perfect size that does not overwhelm my petite body to the handle drop that is short enough so that the bag stays well above the ground when held down and comfortably large enough to be carried as a shoulder bag. First rate materials. Thick, strong canvas, 100% cotton, feels very clean and sturdy. Per the labels, Oeko-Tex certified, but made in India. I really appreciate the zipper on top and the pockets inside. My previous tote bag had a small interior zip pocket where I kept my wallet, and I do miss that, but the existing interior pockets are helpful for keeping organized. It's the perfect size for carrying a binder.

Really great tote with lots of storage. On ONLY complaint is the structure of the bag overall. Nothing wrong with it necessarily but I would LOVE to see it have a little more sturdiness so it doesn't flop all over the ground when put down. But that's honestly more down to personal preference. The longer handles are the PERFECT length and the interior pockets are great. Perfect work or school tote!
