Great Customer Service and Product

Excellent customer service (they were responsible when I said I did not receive the package). Good product quality (my monitor is working well connecting to the PC with the cable from the provider). The only thing I wish is if the price is a bit high (this is the one cable that I spent the most money by far), but in general will definitely recommend it.

I found it incredibly difficult to find an appropriate cable hook up for my out of date company equipment. Went to Best Buy multiple times to return products ordered online, couldn't find anything in store, that weren't the right fit or were off by just a little bit.
