I do like this fridge. There is a ton of room. We did take one shelf out to accommodate pitchers and gallon jugs. So far our produce is lasting better. \r\n\r\nOur only disappointment so far is that we have not been able to secure the handle to the freezer. We are still waiting for someone to get back to us. The ice machine takes forever to make ice and is a bit slow. We never have a full box of ice. \r\n\r\nWe do like the water on the inside as it makes the fridge look clean.

My father in law does refrigerator repair and has nothing negative to say about Frigidaire. One thing that keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is the ice maker seems to take a long to time to make ice. I could be doing something wrong, but I don't see where there's an adjustment. Good fridge though, and my wife really likes it.

Having only had the fridge for a few weeks, 5-stars hasn't yet been earned. So far we're pleased with a working fridge. It's large - we keyed in on height and width but should have noted its depth as well. There is a TON of room inside.\r\nOnly issue - the right side fridge door is hanging slightly askew so there is an uneven space between the front doors from top to bottom.

The only thing that needs help is the speed of the icemaker which took 4 days to fill the ice tray and the fridge doors are not flush. The door on the right Sticks out about a half inch from the door on the right.

A much needed upgrade to the kitchen. We made the purchase and after a few weeks we realized the fridge was leaking from the water dispenser. We are currently working with the warranty and an assessment has been made. The repair is ti follow. Apparently this is a common issue and we hope to have our fridge back to great working order soon

Fridge is excellent, love all the features and has a great fridge layout. Only negative is that the in fridge water dispenser. The water that comes out of it is not very cold at all, room temp at most. I have the fridge set to 2 degrees Celsius but the water remains room temp . Aside from that, it's amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to remove part of the wall for the right door to open, there is zero clearance. The ice maker was excessively slow to fill. Frustrating options for shelf placement. But it is better than the side by side I had.

Happy overall, however, if you need to remove the fridge doors to get it into your house, it is nearly impossible apparently to get them to align again. One will always look higher/ lower from the front.

We decided to go with a fridge that had interior water and ice in the freezer. Not sorry!! It's the first time in 20 years that we haven't had exterior water/ice and love the full face of this fridge.

This fridge was included in my new home purchase. The fridge is great! My only complaint is the on/off button for the ice cube maker being in the freezer closer to the back.

My family is happy with the fridge. The ice maker is great bit took a few days to fill up but making lots of ice now. Good interior space. Lots of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our current in use Fridge failed us,we had to move all ogf our frozen and refrigerated food into coolers covered with bags of ice from the local convenience store. As such we had to move quickly to chose and receive a new one. I was a supporter of side by side models (They are all I've ever had). I was resistant to the freezer on bottom design. However of the choices we found while shopping for a new fridge, This had the largest Cubic feet and a great price. Once installed in our kitchen, I've found the design perfect for the amount of frozen and leftover food we generally have on hand. Everything is easily accessible and the controls are intuitive, with temperature info obvious every time your open the refrigerator doors. I admit I was wrong and give this design and this model my full recommendation!

We called first thing Monday morning and had it at the house by end of day. I cannot believe how thoughtfully this fridge has been designed and how perfectly it fits into our home. I spent time as a professional baker, and found the most perfect shelf for all of my six different types of butter in the bottom of the door. I have no idea this would make in my life. It’s quiet. Really thoughtfully designed. With more space than our old fridge, and fitting the same dimensions. Everything simply works here. I love not having extra handles to clean constantly and love the very elegant exterior. I can’t believe the difference it’s made! I wish there were a 10 star option.

Bought this August 27/24 came with a faulty freezer seal.

We bought this fridge in October and were thrilled with the product. We like its functionality, shelving versatility, and the internal water and ice maker are great. Installation and customer service from Fridgedaire as well as Home Depot have been an extreme disappointment that has cost us far too much money. \n\nIn short, the freezer handle design is awful to start with. Narrow brackets and hard to reach set screws pretty much ensure things will strip out. The guy who delivered our fridge not only did a terrible job by not removing any of the plastic under the brackets, he stripped the handle screws and after a few months the handle started falling off. \n\nOur trouble started here. Home Depot has been zero help, insisting they can’t do anything and that it falls on the manufacturer. After finally getting through the Fridgedaire phone tree a first time we were referred to a vendor who would come fix it with a numerical code for reference. Well, when we finally got a hold of them they informed us they only repair of it was purchased directly through them. Tried stopping into Home Depot again - zero help.\n\nWe’re busy so it took time to call back, when I did and finally got someone in the line to help we talked through the whole issue - a broken handle and stripped brackets and screws. I just want them to send someone to fix it. At this point he tells me that yes fridge is still under warranty but this actually falls under only the “faulty parts” warranty, which is six months not 12 months. The solution he said was to buy a new door assembly. Unreal. He assures me this is a complete assembly and fix for my problem. He’ll waive shipping and apply a 10% discount and it’ll cost $261. Fine, I’m just ready to be done with this. The charge came through for $310 while I’m on the phone with him -\nWhoops, he forgot to apply the discount! No problem he will issue a refund. \n\nAbout two weeks later the door shows up in an enormous box and guess what? No handle. And still no refund. \n\nI call back. I say I just want to return the door and get a full refund. I’ll figure out another solution. Ok she says,\nthey will mail me a return label. It should show up in the mail soon. Doesn’t explain why it can’t be emailed right now despite my asking. I waited weeks, the label never came. \n\nMy wife called, three different times to try to get help. She finally gets someone to understand. Sure thing, they’ll fix it, we just need to buy the door handle which for sure has everything we need. They charge another $60 dollars for the part. We wait. It arrived. No brackets, no hardware. We call back. Oh, we needed the hardware? Sure thing, thats another $50 dollars. But they’re out of stock. We request a refund and return labels again. They have not come.\n\nNeedless to say we are furious. Home Depot sent awful delivery drivers to set us up, left no guarantee on delivery or quality of set up. They did an an awful job.\nAnd Fridgedaire has taken us for a ride for extra hundreds of dollars. They have never once followed through on offers to refund us or given us the option to return anything. Yet the charges come through in seconds. \n\nWhile we like the size and capacity of the fridge, the seals are now seeming to cause condensation in the main fridge. And despite barely being used it’s telling us it’s time to order new air and water filters, which I’m guessing aren’t cheap.\n\nI am extremely disappointed with the atrocious customer service and quality of this product. This is the worst such experience I’ve ever had and I can’t see buying or recommending a Fridgedaire product again based upon knowing should you need help they do not have the capability to follow through.

Just got my refrigerator and would have given more stars except the inside drawer fronts were all warped and uneven, which is disappointing. I should be able to get them replaced by Frigidaire, so will update review with how they did. One thing I do like is the drawers themselves. The clear plastic is thick and sturdy, not flimsy and brittle like other brands. The wheel tracks are superior as well, covered and easy to get drawers in & out, also superior to previous refrigerators I've owned. The ice comes out in the lower freezer drawer, and my only complaint is that it takes a really long time to make ice. This may be a product problem because another reviewer mentioned it as well. I've had the refrigerator plugged in for two days and it's about 20% full. There doesn't seem to be a control for ice production so you'll have to live with it. The freezer has an upper drawer and lower compartment & is good sized. The water inside the left hand door is really nice, and tastes very good. Be sure to run 3 gallons out before you drink it, to ensure the filter & lines have flushed. It comes with an installation manual but no manual for general operation or troubleshooting.

It is bigger than our last fridge and we swapped the water dispenser and icemaker for inside versions per recommendation's from an appliance tech. I was a little concerned with reports of slow ice making, after the machine was on for 2 days it has completely fille the ice bin. Should work for our family of 5. Loving the extra room this ice fridge has and it fits nicely with our kitchen look. Time will tell our last Kenmore lasted a total of 6 years before the compressor went out.

We have had our new fridge about a month. It has a lot of space and fits large tall containers no problem in the adjustable door shelves. The freezer has plenty of room also, especially if you are not using the ice maker. Have not tried the water dispenser or ice maker yet, waiting to get a line ran to it. Large crispers for veggies and a large bottom drawer for meats and cheeses. Also has an alarm that sounds when there has been a power outage so you know to check your food, and a freezer boost button that lowers your fridge to -22 when you put new meet in it for 24 hours to freeze it quickly. Very happy so far with this product!

We no longer need our extra freezer at the house. This model is definitely quieter than our other model which is very nice also. Last, the indoor water dispenser is great because now our young pre-schoolers can’t make a water mess as they did with our previous front water dispenser fridge. We are truly satisfied!
