There isn't much to say here other than its Microsoft. Windows 11 doesn't seem to have the same issues that 10 did on launch so far but we will see. So far its smooth and a nice upgrade from 10, although they have moved a few items and rearranged the UI again.

Retail version of windows 11 home for a new build. This is a very good value for the money.

Follow the directions, and it's easy to use for those with decent computer literacy.

Cannot be used to upgrade from Win 10; rather need to do a fresh install and retrieve personal data later on. Not comparable with older peripheral devices such as antiquated NAS due to tighter network security setting.

Not much to say about Windows. The USB install method is by far the easiest and quickest O/S install I've done to date. \r\n11 cleans some things up from past versions, but adds new annoyances.

So far for the price, is a scam. The only positive, if it is so, may be its security?????\nThis OS is a data miner, NOT allowing the buyer a local account, disgusting practices. I am more inclined to learn Linux for the next Microsoft hostage upgrade, and hope to stop using this data miner app.

Windows has good application support (mostly for older apps) but it's not intuitive like Mac.

Disappointed that the software doesn't work on my Dell inspiron 7000. It booted fine on my new hard drive let me put the key in then it said the inspiron was not compatible. I had to tell the computer to boot from the dvd player and it started the installation with no problems. It just failed the compatible check. No muss no fuss. I ended up not needing it for the computer I purchased it for because newer computers seem to remember their OEM product key when the OS is reinstalled, but I used this for a spare I had sitting around with random parts running linux because I was too cheap to properly set it up, and it worked just fine. Just make a Win 11 USB stick and type in the code and you're all set. A side note (and this also applies to WIN 10 in my case) is if you keep getting errors, format your installation USB stick to NTFS instead of FAT32. Somehow that seems to fix it for me. Read More

It's a new windows OS, if you want it then it's worth it. I bought a copy and within an hour or so I was emailed a windows key that I could use for my windows installation. I used to rufus to write win 11 to a USB drive and installed a fresh copy. When it came time for the key I used the one I was emailed and it worked perfectly. There are also instructions and download links in the email if you want to do it a different way.

Worked perfectly, no issue whatsoever.\n\nNote: The URLs in the e-mail didn't work at the time, but I didn't need them either. It worked fine to just go to the Windows settings and to paste in the key where it wants you to. In my case, I upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 PRO using this key.
