The range is really nice and I like it, however it is difficult to simmer a pot because the smallest burner puts out 9,000 btu's making it challenging to control a simmer.

I brought this range 2 months ago and I love the oven, broiler and the stove top. However, I would like to buy another oven rack and I have emailed the manufacturer 3 times with no response. They are based in Europe I believe and they do not have a customer service number to call from the US. While it works great I'm very concerned about the lack of customer support.
