I love putting in a load of laundry in the evening and programming the washer to have the load ready when I wake up. We use cheaper electricity and I have a reason to wake up on time! You MUST clean the vent before every wash, which I already was in the habit of doing. It is worth it because you no longer have to worry about a lint fire since the unit doesn’t have to be vented. I love putting in one load and not having to run down to change loads and put clothes in the dryer. I love the App because I can monitor when loads will be ready and plan my time accordingly. My only complaint is that I have to hold a bucket at an angle to drain the tiny hose when I clean the drain trap. The door/cover opens at an angle that doesn’t let you point the hose easily. We had to buy the base because I had to previously sit on the floor to drain the hose and my bucket always overflowed because it was angled too steeply. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to anyone who likes technology, energy efficiency, and less frequent trips to the laundry room.

Not only do I not have to worry about adding detergent or softener with every load thanks to the automatic dispensers that utilize AI to determine the correct amount, but also it saves time with having the dryer function built in. I'll never forget to move my clothes to dryer again! Not only does the washer aspect get my clothes clean in a quick time, but the dryer functionality gets them fully dry without having to redry multiple times. After the circle is complete, the door pops open to ensure no moisture get trapped inside as well. I also like the way that the smart things app lets you see exactly where I'm the cycle you are, and you can control it from the app. The machine also talks to my other Samsung devices and pops up a notification on my Samsung TV to let me know when the cycle is complete. The only downside is how heavy this machine is, however it is understandable since it takes the place of 2 machines in 1. 10 out of 10, definitely get this machine if you can!

My only reasons not for giving it 5 stars are as follows: 1) machine weight is 400 Lbs, it thus sticks out further than depth of traditional machines and you cannot easily move it due to weight; 2) it sits low to the floor meaning you have to bend very far down to do the wash and the base is extra expense which I didn’t think I wanted and still don’t because it will make the unit too tall; 3) drying is OK, not as fast as I’d expect but so glad I did not get ventless because that would be way worse; lastly I do not want all this darn automated nonsense I just want to wash and dry, the darn computer and talking to me is not necessary and probably is the bulk of the cost. I was looking for convenience and space and longevity now I am wondering if I have to worry about firmware upgrades and software updates! Ugh. G-D please last 30 years so I don’t have to buy a new one before retirement!

The dispensers for detergent and fabric softener is very convenient and last a long time so it’s great capacity. I decided to vent it because I had read that it dries more efficiently. I definitely agree that venting was a great option for me and I find that most of the time the clothes are completely dry. The only exception are those bulky things like bedding for a king bed that I’ll have to do 10 minutes longer. It’s energy efficient. It’s quiet and I love that the door pops open at the end of the cycle so that I can avoid getting mildew in the gaskets and other items. It’s really easy to empty the filter and I find it very convenient to pour into a dish and love the reminders on the unit to do it every so many cycles. It’s easy to use. It’s smart and I really do enjoy the convenience of having just one appliance that does washing and drying.

I will start off with the cons the product tho it’s 2 in one it is big and bulky, forget about moving it around. This product is super heavy. It pauses to “cool down” for a while. Clothes dryer needs to be adjusted to “more” to get clothes very dry. The pros of this product it is super quiet when washing and drying. The ultra capacity is nice for busy households. The capacity is great can fit more clothes than previous washer. I love the convenience of the washer/dryer duo saves time for busy on the go people. The lint catcher is very easy to clean has claws that catches lint. Modern looking and stylish. Lots of different options of cycles. The touch screen works very well and accurate. After cycle door opens up on its own. I would recommend this product to others. I love its a two in one so no moving clothes to dryer, saves me time. Clothes smell and feel so clean after wash/dry.

Love not having to add detergent every wash, but I’m still playing with the concentration settings to get it where I like it. Lent trap is a breeze to clear. Having a little trouble with extra vibration when on spin mode, but I also have it on a pedestal and have heard this is a common issue. Really like it being on the pedestal though and not having to bend over so far along with the extra storage. I think it’s worth it. This vented version is slightly larger than the ventless and does appear to be a bit more imposing especially on a pedestal so this should be kept in mind when purchasing. I loved the idea of this machine. I'm a dog groomer whose business is right behind my house. The thought of being able to put my towels in the washer dryer and come back the next morning and have them be ready to go for the next day was an awesome idea. However, I'm finding out the towels aren't quite dry. Very, very close to dry. But they just feel ever so slightly damp when I take them out of the dryer. Because I'm very busy and tired, I didn't want to have to come back out to my shop to throw towels in a dryer, but now i'm wishing I had got the vented one instead of the ventless, as I believe this may have helped get my towels completely dry!! Other than that, I love this machine. I love that I can fill it up with detergent and I don't have to do that all the time! The towels do come out very clean!

This W/D 2-in-1 combo was the best idea if you live in small apartment. Auto dispensing detergent AI generated laundry machine is very easy to use. It will sing a song for you when it’s done. When you put your dirty clothes in, it will automatically detects what is in your laundry machine so it will choose if it’s small loads or towels or bedding. It is also so great when your filter is clogged or dirty or let you know that it’s time for you to clean or it will tell you when the cycle will start for cleaning. It also says your condenser needs to be cleaned or require attention. I will let you know. The machine itself is very quiet. It would rarely make any noise. If you also want just a time dry, you can set that up on the screen you can do extra drying or dry or you can. You can set up anything it’s AI generated. It’s very easy to use.

I love the space saving, time saving features. I no longer have to touch wet clothes i only check to see how well it rings out, very well. \r\n I manage settings on my phone, very convenient. I checked the softener tray after a dozen washes thought it might get thick from the drying process it didn't. Truth is I have only done about a dozen washes thus far. I love all the features available. Online access to my favorite apps is a great feature. \r\nI have been hanging out clothes for over 5 decades I earned all the bells and whistles and Samsung has covered much ground with this unit. I was not expecting to provide a power cord for an electric appliance so far the only negative. Buying back time is most valuable at my age not carrying wet clothes is a time saver.

Great washer for 2-3 people and really nice for smaller non cotton loads. Space savings has been so much more useful then we could have thought. If you push the load size it takes an extra drying cycle and vibrates a bit, but balances its self out pretty quickly. After drying clothes come out feeling damp, but after a few moments they dry. On larger loads cotton items come out a bit wrinkly and need a 15 min drying cycle. All that being said we liked it enough to buy a second for our beach house. I would recommend it to anyone who has a small family.

The con is that it can take a long time for one wash compared to 2 unites you can start washing another at the same time your first load dries . After trying out several features I’ve learned what settings works best for my load for example at first my jeans would look like raisins the texture but with dry prep and wrinkle free it works well. I am still learning on how to keep my unit as clean as possible for example is you wait for the warning signs to clear out the drain it might just give you more trouble. I love my machine. I purchased it after my tower dryer stopped working. I have a small laundry area and wanted to maximize the space. I was worried as it said drying took longer than the vented version. Overall it takes about 3-4 hours for a regular load of clothes. This is similar to what my old unit was. I also don’t have to worry about switching the load and having to rewash. I am able to fit my king size bedding into 1 load which is so convenient compared to 2-3 loads because it has more room. If there are still a few damp spots it’s easy to use the dryer only cycle and I love being able to stop it after washing if I want to put my clothes on the line.

But this Samsung I washed and dried 10 oversized beach type towels in about 2 hours. Comforters take about the same wash and dry. Clothes are about 90 minutes full load. Only thing it can’t do good is wash pillows ( you have to take dry off and spine on low then again on medium then dry like normal lol fun day) but I did have 2 queen size pillows in together. Love the washer dryer would buy again. Hope this helps in choosing

I was worried about the overstuffing the machine so I changed the sizes of their laundry baskets. I have had zero issues achieving super clean clothes. The cycle times are fine, it’s so nice not having to remember to switch over laundry. The drying time is fine too, one time I had towels in with cotton shirts and the towels were still a little damp. No biggie, I pulled the shirts out and did a timed dry. My machine is the vented one, it hooked right up to my old vent and has worked perfectly.

I love the compactness, and the space it saves in my laundry room. The screen is very easy to use. I just wish that I had gone with the vented version, I really have no need for the ventless that I have. I've also found it very hard to get a replacement lint filter/ trap. \nIt's very hard to clean the heat exchanger as you cannot remove it. \nOther than that it is very efficient with my family's laundry.
