[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It\u2019s a great dishwasher except. It has a great luck, it is super quiet, and washes the dishes well. I\u2019m not sure if all three rack dishwashers have this problem, but if we lower the middle rack, the sprayer below the middle rack hits the plates on the bottom and if we raise it many items that you try to put in that middle rack don\u2019t fit. This results in us having to put many of the halfway tall items on the bottom. I think we may take out the top rack to solve this problem since we don\u2019t use it much.

The good: The dishwasher is very stylish, matching our Cafe range. It is also very quiet, much quieter than our old Profile model. \n\nThe not as good: The door and the racks are rather flimsy. Pull the handle anywhere other than dead center and it twists and flexes. Pull the top rack out with more than a few dishes and the slides begin to flex down. Even more so when loaded. The racks themselves feel light and deflect with the slightest amount of pressure. Overall it has nicer aesthetics but feels a bit less quality than the 8 year old GE Profile it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great dishwasher, noise level is also great, dries very well. Awesome addition to our kitchen for sure. Love the lights inside the dishwasher so it’s not dark when we open to load and unload. The only thing that I don’t like is that it gets very hot on the outside when it’s in drying phase. That’s the one thing I’d ask the company to improve on, otherwise everything else is great. The middle rack doesn’t open and close smoothly for me not sure about everyone else experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the dishwasher is very appealing, love the solid handle and easy to read function panel. The top utensil rack is a nice addition for delicate items. The silverware wash feature is nice for getting those forks and spoons really clean. I feel like the dishes do not get dry enough on a standard normal wash of two hours without adding the extra dry drying feature for a three hour cycle. Overall happy with the product.

The silverware rack in the Cafe isn't modular like the older GE units and each compartment when used In Open position silverware arent easy to retrieve. The plastic flaps are sharp on hands. If you use the rack in a flap down or closed position many pieces don't fit through slots. Rack is too bulky and not adaptable. We use the rack from our old machine, it's great! The third rack is cute but takes up room for taller pots down below. Machine cleans as well as any other .

The dishwasher holds a lot of dishes and does a fantastic job of getting them cleaned. The washer is also very quiet when running allowing you to still be in the kitchen and the noise not be annoying. The controls are easy to use and provides lots of options allowing you to customize your cycle. Overall a great product. Would be five stars, but the fact the different handle colors cost extra is a negative, especially at the price charged.

It's a great dishwasher and cleans well. The very top rack has a tube that needs to slide into an opening at the back of the unit before you can close the door. It doesn't naturally line up well so you have to look and aim it into the fitting. Kind of a weird design; you have to watch for it and not force the door closed if it won't go. \r\n\r\nThe metal is flimsy and it was delivered with a small dent on the right side of the door.

That said, I am online today after using about 1 year to order a replacement bottom sprayer that one end melted. I don't know if this was a design flaw, or if a utensil prevented the sprayer from turning thus melting the tip. Otherwise, it cleans and dries the dishes quietly and spotless.

The third shelf is nice and having jets dedicated for items in it are great as are jets specifically for the silverware area. The spacing of the racks isn't quite right for some of our bowls or tupperware so there are some items wwe have a hard time finding a spot for. My biggest complaints are the craftsmanship isn't what I had hoped for. The edge of the silverware rack and bottom rack catch on the rubber trim when we slide the rack in and out. And one of the leveling screws for the feet stripped out while we were installing it so we have to prop it up on some shims. It would be nice if there were two sets of side screws on each side to keep it in place when mounted. The single side mounting screw is in a position where the feet can slip backwards if the racks are loaded with enough weight and it causes the whole unit to shift. So we periodically have to re-position it. If the floor leveling screws/plates were made of better quality and there were two locations on each side to screw into the wall to help keep it in place it would 4.5 or 5 stars.

GE Cafe dishwasher is very quiet, you barely know it is running. Cycle typically takes two hours, but cleans dishes nearly as well as hand washing. It does look nice, especially when paired with the rest of the GECafe suite we purchased (refrigerator, stove, drawer microwave, vent hood,& toaster oven) during our kitchen remodel.Racks are adjustable which helps when larger items are placed in the unit.

I don't love the buttons on the top of the door that control all the different wash modes - it's actually way easier and more setting on the SmartHQ app. I like the flexibility of the very top rack, with dedicated silverware washing zone and the moveable rack for tall or odd shaped items.

I totally love the very top rack. It is perfect for many things that are otherwise difficult to place. But I don't like the silverware rack placed on the lower right rack. It's difficult to reach without opening the door all the way and bending down. My last one had a silverware container in the front and that was much more accessible, since I load forks and spoons more than anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the look and style of Cafe. Have had a few issues with dishes not getting clean. Not sure if it is me or the dishwasher! Also have not been able to add the dishwasher to the GE app but no or b sure I would use it anyway. It has lots of features that I am slowly learning about like the bottle washer and the top shelf uses.

This Unit is replacing a similar top of the line Cafe Dishwasher that was new is 2015 and all I can say is we should have just fixed the old one as this one has less features, specifically there is no way to adjust the door to stay open, even when all the way down, it want to attempt to raise up and close. It cleans the dishes well and is low noise.

I've only had this appliance a month, the thing I like the most about it is it's very very quiet. Loading of dishes is easy. The third rack at the top is great for those longer handles on spoons and ladles. It seems to clean everything perfectly. It is also pretty beautiful in the matte white With the beautiful bronze handles

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is that I'd really like for the movable silverware tray, that goes in the top to be bigger! \nIt's quiet, my dishes always come out sparkling clean, it has so many options for loading, I just want more space in the tray that I can line up my forks and spoons in.

We recently purchased this dishwasher. It has adequate room for my dishes. I love the top pull out tray for larger utensils and knives. It is quiet when running. My only concern is that the dishes are not completely dry, even when using the normal heated dry setting.

Very quiet and love the app so I know when the cycle is done. Bottle jets are a nice touch. Still playing with settings to see what works best for stubborn food. Cycles are a little long but I can make it work. Overall happy with it!

I’ve been using my new GE Profile dishwasher for 2 weeks - it’s quiet, cleans well and is easy to chose settings. The only thing that could\nUse improvement is the racks they are not well designed

The dishwasher works well and I’m happy with it so far. Very quiet, efficient and actually dries dishes! Only negative I noticed is top rack seems a little flimsy so extra cautious pulling it out.

So far so good! The dishes come out clean and it is exceptionally quiet. The drying feature works great and the third row is convenient. We have it hooked up to WiFi and the app is useful.

The washer is very quiet when operating. It does a great job cleaning the dishes with minimal pre rinsing. The drain screen is easy to access and clean.
