I have been using this washer for a couple of months now. I bought it through Wayfair because it was a better price than what my local stores advertised and Wayfair offered a great no-interest financing deal. I love all the options on this washer - from water levels to extra rinses and spins, I am completely in charge of what this washer does and when it does it. All the options perform as promised - if you select "dirt" for the soil level, the washer really does work a bit harder to combat those stains. If you put bulky items in under the "bulky" option, the water level and spin speed accommodates it. I have nothing but good things to say about this washer. For the price and performance it cannot be beat. I was tired of having washers with few options and wasting water and energy on them. If you want more control over how your clothes are washed and what resources are necessary to get a variety of loads done, this is the perfect washer for you and your family. The delivery process was great too. We had a phone number listed wrong on our order because we had forgotten to update it. Wayfair customer service took care of it quickly. The delivery drivers should up on time and were great too. This was such a great experience and product. I will definitely have confidence in buying appliances and big items from Wayfair from this point forward.

Love not having an agitator - no more unwinding clothes from that center pole.
Love being able to add more water. High efficiency washers sometimes leave items not even that wet. This is a great option to override the default mode if a particular load needs it. Not very intuitive getting the "Deep Fill" to work - have been reading the manual and experimenting a bit to consistently get this to work for me. Could well be "operator error" but I feel like it should not be this difficult to figure out.
Huge capacity: for the first time ever, I've been able to easily wash queen-size mattress pad along with other items with room to spare. Really, it's cavernous.
Cycle choices are good.
It is very quiet; hard to tell it is on except when hearing the sounds of water filling the tub. No shaking/rattling.
This washer is way more efficient than any other washer I've used; loads are finishing a lot more quickly than I'm used to, which is terrific. Clothes come out clean so it's not skimping on actually cleaning them.
Summary: Washer has more than lived up to my expectations. Excellent capacity, features, functions, and performance.

So I have the version that has no agitator in the middle. It's huge you can wash a lot but it's easily out of balance if you're just washing a blanket or two there is no water level adjustment so it's all done electronically to me. It doesn't feel like it feels enough water into the system to thoroughly and accurately wash your clothes. I've had clothes come out What felt like had dry spots on it and for the money you spend on us there is no fabric softener dispenser. It has to be manual, which means you have to come back to your washer and adjust the right time to put fabric softener in, which is ridiculous in this day and age. In all honesty, I think you can find a much better washer for the money that probably cleans better. You just won't get the size. A normal clothes it's relatively quiet. I just wish it had water level adjustment or if it was automatic like it is if it was a little more accurate, reading the load and also had a fabric softener dispenser.

Machine is nice, good size basket for large loads. Plenty of setting for about anything you want to wash. I didn't think it spined the towels out enough. Guess I will try the extra spin cycle next time. Big reason I gave it 4 stars is the ridicules chime at the start and end of a cycle. I definitely wanted a signal when the washer is done so I can change to dryer. You can hardly hear the chime if you are standing next to it. Would not have bought if I had known. I miss the feature on my other washer giving me an estimate of how long the wash would take also.

I like this washer, but it is loud. It is in my basement and it still makes a lot of noise which is why I am giving it a 4 star. Everything else seems to work as described. It is a nice size, looks nice, has no agitator, has a locking lid, lots of different cleaning settings. There is a place to add softer, no place to add bleach. Recommends energy efficient laundry soap or if you are using pods, you put them in first. It is also energy star eligible for a $40 rebate until that program ends in September.

Nice looking washer with great features. Just purchased it so not too much info on how well it works. Have noticed two things that I have problems with. First load I was washing king size sheets so I choose bulky because of size nope when went to spin got out of balance opened lid sheets were balled up all on one side. Other thing is when installing washer used a level on the lid to level washer. Lid isn’t flat so level not accurate. Going to have to figure out how to accurately level the washer.

I like this HE washer better than my last one. This one allows you to put the detergent in the basin instead of a little drawer. It is also more user friendly with not locking the whole time in case you want to add something. The soak cycles are great. My only complaint is that the little sound when the cycle is over is too quiet and short. And there is no light illuminated when it is done. So if you don’t hear the tone, you may forget your load because there is no light on. Great washer

GE washer replaced 20 yr old Kenmore. I didn't want a smart washer so tried to find the most simple one with a fairly good reputation. Very large capacity as this doesn't have an agitator (didn't really plan on purchasing one like that) Water level is an issue, but you can work around it with a "deep fill" option. Washer is very loud though and has a whirring/churning sound when washing. Also, has too many washing options to chose from, and some don't allow the deep fill. This does allow you to open the lid after it unlocks to rinse your laundry cup out or add more clothes. That is one reason we purchased this option. It seems to clean well, and doesn't take hours to do. Just wish the machine wasn't so noisy since it's on our first floor off the kitchen and family room.

I like this washer. It can wash a lot at once. Has lots of different modes for different washing. I find the clothes are rung out really well so dry time is quicker. It's quiet and easy to use. My only issue and it's more of a pet peeve is that the washer does t start filling with the lid open so I cant rinse my detergent cup but ive gotten used to it.

Works great with lots of washing options. Has sensor for water height. So, you don't waste water. And nice tub size. Does take longer to run a normal wash cycle then my last waster, but still gets the job done. Thats a huge plus. Laundromat's are expensive and a hassle. Thankful I can wash at home and cost less in the long run

Works as it should. I’m not a fan of the HE water saving feature though the times I’ve used it it seemed like it washed the clothes sufficiently with the minimal amount of water. I just use the “Bulky Items” setting which fills the water level all the way and let it do it’s thing.

This GE exclusive model to Home Depot is...LOUD!! So loud, we thought something was wrong. The directions have a code to scan to listen to the normal washer sounds. I will likely not be using the Bulky (VERY LOUD) setting again either. However, clothes seem to come out of the wash softer than with our previous model, and the wash cycles are faster. There was also a scratch/dent (packing box had a tear) in the front bottom of the washer, but Home Depot gave us the option of returning it.
