This fireplace is wonderful and adds such a cozy aesthetic to my office space. I ordered the Chico Oak color, and as others have mentioned, it is darker than the photos illustrate on the site (I knew that from reading reviews), but I\u2019m okay with that and actually prefer it as such. The box mine arrived in was pretty marred, but the item itself was undamaged and went together fairly easily. Extra bonus was that I caught this on sale, but even at normal price, I\u2019d say that the value for the money is worth it. IMO, the Terrence Electric Fireplace looks better than most of the other options available on Wayfair, and the mantle provides a lot of room for you to decorate as you please. I chose to use the logs instead of the crystals (which I repurposed for another project), and I love that you can run it with or without heat. It sits across from my desk, keeps the area warm, and I couldn\u2019t be more pleased! If you\u2019re on the fences about this one, I\u2019d say go for it - you won\u2019t regret it.

I really love this fireplace. It did come damaged in the same place everyone else seems to be having the same issue with. It’s the back two corners of the bottom piece. Like everyone else, I’m keeping it bc no one but me knows it’s there. Plus I got this for 80 off so for what I paid I am 1000 pleased. I knocked off one star bc I really think the manufacturer needs to address this issue with the packing on this one piece. Everything else was padded extremely well. It’s just a beautiful piece and I’m so happy with it. If you’re on the fence about getting it, do it! I wouldn’t pay full price just bc I love a good deal but it’s absolutely beautiful!

I simply adore this purchase!!! I purchased it during Black Friday and got it at a good price. The instructions were pretty clear so it was fairly easy to put together. Took about 2 hours with help (it was 2 of us). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the fireplace/heat unit isn’t stable. Adding brackets to the back (inside) to keep it in place will resolve the issue.More

I love my new fireplace! The shipping was very quick and mine came without any damage. I bought the Fairfax oak color. In the picture it looked more gray, but it is actually more of a white wash color. I attached pictures against my gray wall for reference. Perfect for a farmhouse style. I live in IL and we have had some chilly nights. I turn the fireplace on as soon as I get up and it warms the living room up by 5 degrees. Just enough to take the chill out. It took my husband about an hour to put together. I love the ambience and it really transformed the space.

Beautiful! It’s bigger than I thought it would be and the color is lovely. The only thing I would change is make the actual fireplace have adjustable heat settings, but it doesn’t even need that. And it did take a good bit of time for my husband to put it together but it didn’t seem complicated. Just tedious.

Always wanted a house with a fireplace and since it hasn’t happened yet, decided to make the most of it and get an electric one. I loved the look of this one and am very happy with what it looks like now that I have it set up. Wasn’t too hard to assemble, and I’m happy with it in the space. I picked Fairfax Oak because it was actually a lighter color than Sergeant Oak even though it doesn’t look like it on the websites photos - so keep an eye on that when ordering!

This fire place is a good budget piece. The quality isn’t great. On the one I received the top has some bubbles in the laminate strip on the front. I have had it for a while now and the electric heater and faux fire still work. It does look nice though.

Item is represented true to color as in Wayfair picture. The size is great for our apartment and the heater works well. \nThe only downside is the flame is not adjustable. But, I was able to lower the intensity by putting the black tray for the stones in and placing logs on top of that. \nWe are happy with the fireplace. Especially for the price!\nIt makes this gloomy weather a little more tolerable, creating some coziness.

So, I really wanted a gas fireplace and real fire. But... due to complications with an old house, it became cost-prohibitive. So I started researching electric fireplaces, and while it isn't fooling anyone that it's a real fire, it does add a cozy ambience and it heats the den nicely. We have shiplap in our kitchen and this complements it very well. I put it together myself and it was no problem.
