The 1st shipment was messed up by the courier, and when I contacted Oontz team, they were patient, understanding in their explanation and offered to redeliver or refund. Sherwin was the oontz correspondent. When the 2nd shipment arrived, it was timely but came in a courier bag only. A positive feedback I'd give is the speaker must at least be in a shock absorbent box or bubble wrapped since there are magnets in the speaker that would dislodge if banged or dropped. I hope mine will be ok to use for some time. Please see photo.

Good little speaker for the price, but weak bass. Connected easily to phone but only pairs with one device at a time. Charged quickly and maintained charge as promised. A good low volume background music type speaker, for desk, cubicle, or small room.

These are probably the best speakers you can get, for the price. They are loud and very clear, without any distortion. However, due to the small size, there isn't much bass (which is to be expected). Placement is key, so I suggest experimenting with it and find what works best for you (personally, I like corners).

this little speaker got dug The immortal speaker because it had been dropped a thousand times The front cover hit come off who knows what else has been through. and it kept living on I've had over about 5 years it finally died and only because it won't take a charge anymore. I'm definitely ordering another one.

Great Sound. I was happy to see this one on sale, I have N older model of the same speaker and now I can have one in each end of the house and listen to my podcasts as I'm doing housework going back and forth across the house.

has to be recharged, if it sits unused for 24 hours. besides that the battery doesnt hold a charge, its a decent speaker for under 30$.
