Upon receiving the tv the sheer enormity of the box in my living room made me think, is this tv going to be too big. \nOnce unpacking it was clear how secure the tv is in its robust packaging and that the tv was the perfect size for my room. \nIts slim profile allows it to fit well onto my raised stand making it look like it floats above the TV unit. \n\nThe ultra-thin bezel makes the screen appear almost borderless, will give it that “in the movie” type feel. \n\nUpon switching on the setup is intuitive and easy and the tv was up and running in less than 10 minutes. \nAll the smart apps are there like i expected and the magic remote is a dream to use. I have had an LG TV with a magic remote in the past and this new one has a way better feel and usability. \n\nThe first movie we watched was Mad Max: Furiosa and wow the colours and deep blacks blew me away and this was with out of the box settings. I had to calibrate my previous TV, but this one is awesome immediately. The only change i made was to turn the true motion off, but that is a personal preference. Other than that for me the picture is out of this world. \n\nSound quality is good, but like all TV's not as good as it is with a sound bar or speaker system. But it again is way better than my previous TV. \n\nThere are so many features and things to play with you could sit and play for hours. The phone app is also a\nGreat addition allowing me to control tv with my iPhone and also register warranty etc. \n\nGaming on my console is also fantastic on Game optimisation mode. Dolby vision colour, no lag. Full screen video. Tremendous. \n\nApple mirror is also seamless, you can get youtube on your phone, pick the video you want and then stream it to the tv, without even using tv remote. \n\nAll in all this is the best TV i have ever seen and it looks amazing in my living room. I cant wait to start watching all my 4K Blu-ray's again. Can't recommend this tv highly enough it is top spec.

The 65-inch LG C6 OLED is an outstanding TV, with perfect blacks, great brightness and overall amazing picture quality. If you are coming from an older TV, especially a non-OLED model, the difference is absolutely night and day.\n\nThe built-in speakers are surprisingly good, especially with AI Sound Pro turned on. The HDR performance, pixel brightness, picture modes and high refresh rate make this TV feel very premium. Built-in cloud gaming also works amazingly well, almost as if you are using a console. Using a PS5 with this TV is another level, with HDR making games look bright, colourful and very immersive.\n\nWebOS is also surprisingly good compared to other built-in TV operating systems I have used. The picture quality is stunning across everything, from live TV to Netflix, YouTube and Apple TV+.\n\nAssembly was straightforward with two people and a Phillips head screwdriver. The slimness of the TV really stands out, as the panel is incredibly thin. The stand also looks sleek, luxurious and sits at a great height.\n\nThe built-in OLED care features and automatic pixel cleaning are great to have and give extra peace of mind for long-term use. The only thing I wish this TV had was a gigabit Ethernet port, as streaming apps and cloud gaming could benefit from faster wired speeds, although I understand most OLED TVs still use standard Ethernet ports.\n\nOverall, this TV is a true all-rounder. If you are considering it, I would definitely recommend going ahead with the purchase.

One word describes this purchase, WOW! I've had older LG tv's in the past but this is on another level, from the design to the Web OS platform on the tv, everything is simple and easy to get you going. Unboxing process has been improved since previous gens of the OLED range with a new eco friendly packaging being added, removing was once again really easy and mounting the TV took minutes. Set up can be done on the TV itself or with a smart phone using the LG app - again took minutes to get up and running and content was on within 5 minutes. Out of the box settings are pretty accurate but always can be adjusted to suit the user, which I have done for different sources. Gaming is again fantastic and all next gen consoles working flawlessly in UHD, with Dolby Vision and buttery smooth input lag thanks to the in built game mode coming to the party! Software update was run on the tv to ensure everything was up to date from out the box, again simple to do and very user friendly. Overall, a very happy purchase from me, big thumbs up from me and my partner - we had our first movie night Friday night and was blown away - the picture in dolby vision was incredible and blows our local cinema out the window. We'll be looking forward to more movie nights and the upcoming football season starting, along with the rest of the sporting calendar. Anyone on the fence about making the switch to OLED, don't even hesitate, get involved and get ordering - you won't look back!

First impressions were that the packaging of this LG TV has been well thought out. Being able to remove the box leaving the tv in place to avoid having to try and pull the tv out of the box, which always feels a little precarious, is a great idea. Setup is extremely simple - literally plug and play. Settings out of the box were also surprisingly good. I like to spend time adjusting the picture settings to achieve the ideal picture for the space the TV occupies, but for someone who doesn't want to have to do that, using the Expert preset resulted in a pretty good picture right off the bat. Picture quality is excellent and the OLED technology results in perfect blacks and contrast that blows any LED TV out of the water. HDR content looks amazing and for me was one of the most impressive things about the TV and it really shows off the benefits of OLED technology. The LG C series has always stood out as an impressive TV for gaming and that hasn't changed. Extremely low input lag combined with variable refresh rate, Dolby Vision gaming, FreeSync Premium Pro and more means that it stands out as one of the best options if you're considering the TV for gaming use. Overall it's difficult to fault this TV. I'm extremely happy with the LG C4 TV. It's an excellent all-rounder that packs an amazing punch when it comes to picture quality and gaming support. I'd highly recommend to anyone considering one.

While the Samsung is undeniably bright and punchy, the C5 wins out by a mile when it comes to overall cinematic quality, processing, and everyday usability.\nThe upscaling on the LG C5 is phenomenal, taking lower-resolution streams and making them look incredibly sharp and natural. What really sealed the deal for me, though, is the inclusion of Dolby Vision. Movies and shows look stunning with rich, infinite blacks and beautiful shadow detail in dark scenes, whereas I felt the Samsung's contrast in similar environments could look a bit washed out.\nIf you are a gamer, the C5 is an absolute dream. There was a sharp intake of breath when the TV was delivered, its big! We was initially nervous about handling it and fitting on the wall - we needn't have been, it was super easy and not as heavy as anticipated - truly plug and play. Thought had also gone into the positions of the sockets in the rear, and the side for the HDI cables etc.... Easily accessible. Very minimum setup, plugged the TV in and updated the system and the apps. Time from unpacking disconnecting original TV to being sat down with the new TV fully setup watching our fantastic early Christmas present no more than 1.5 hours. The sound is superb, we found the sound better on the TV than our soundbar, the interface on the home screen is intuitive and easy to use, picture quality exceptional. \nThe big USP's for me was; \nPlug & Play \nUser friendly home screen and interface \nSound quality \nPicture quality \nSockets on side of TV in addition to the rear

I recently purchased the LG C4 65-inch OLED, and I have to say, the image quality is second to none. The size is perfect, and the thinness of the panel makes it look sleek and premium. Everything about the design and display is top-notch.\n\nI was lucky to get it with a free soundbar offer, which was a great bonus. While the soundbar itself delivers fantastic audio, I ended up placing it behind the TV on a shelf because the provided bracket makes it stick out a bit too much for my liking.\n\nNow, onto the downsides—my only real complaint is WebOS. It's not the most intuitive to work with, and navigation can be a bit frustrating at times. Also, Alexa and LG's voice activation have very limited functionality, and more often than not, they simply don't work as expected.\n\nThat being said, I'm really happy with the purchase, and I'm hoping for a headache-free experience for the next 4–5 years. LG has done an amazing job with the panel and sound, and despite the minor software issues, it's a fantastic TV overall!\n\nWould I recommend it? Absolutely—just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve with WebOS.

The picture is stellar, video gaming performance is absolutely S-Tier, it has a sprawling feature-set and there are enough options to truly tailor it any viewers preferences. The deep blacks and vivid colors are there as always, but the increased brightness really benefits use in a sunny room. We've got a handful of gamers in this house, so we love that it can take full advantage of the PS5 running at 120FPS. The WebOS smart platform has been updated as well and is easily one of the best smart TV OSs available. In our household, this TV is mainly for watching TV or playing games, and in that regard the sound quality is good enough. However, if you look to sound to help immerse yourself in movies, you'll likely need some auxiliary sound solutions, because the built in speakers are just OK, average. Also, why no HDR10+ support? All-in-all, it's an excellent mid-range OLED TV.

Less than a week owning the TV. The image is excellent. The webOS is all a little new yet but this is my first new TV for over a decade.\r\n\r\nInstallation problems: despite connecting TV to the Web with WiFi and wired, the TV failed to find its User License Agreements - a common problem after checking forums - meaning many webOS services were restricted. Updated the TV, no joy. Attempted connecting to mobile hot-spot, nope.\r\nAnyway, they appeared magically overnight after leaving the TV connected to the WiFi. If you're hear presenter with the same problem, just sleep on it 🙂.\r\n\r\nThe other issue currently is the mobile app won't connect to the TV, despite the TV recognising its attempts (TV dutifully shows me a connection code on screen when the mobile apps loaded, but the mobile app is blissfully unaware). This still hasn't worked, something about the TV only working on a 2ghz wireless signal I read, but I won't be losing any sleep over it - which is what fixed the other issue!\r\n\r\nSort it out LG.\r\n\r\nPictures lovely though!\r\nOn to week two...

When it comes to OLED I prefer LG due to HDR and Dolby Vision support. The C4 has an excellent picture right out of the box. When it comes to personal prefer there are a bunch of options to taylor it to suit your needs. What I like to see in a picture may not be what you like. As I said, right out of the box it will be an awesome experience for many people. Deep blacks and vibrant colors are what you will get with the C4. The sound is ok and will get you by if you don't have room or money to invest in a surround sound system. If you are looking for a great OLED that won't set you back too much you can't go wrong with the C4.

Excellent brightness, colours and customisation. Always shocked by the clarity and brilliance of a OLED panel.\nThe remote controller is my main concern. It has a few unnecessary buttons and the middle scroll wheel doesn't function beside activating the pointer feature, which could be remapped to one of the other buttons, freeing up the scroll wheel for the many menu options that could use it. The menu UI is a bit big and intrusive, sometimes slow to operate. \nI got this TV for a discounted price but I would happily pay full price for this. If you want beautiful picture accuracy for films and games, this is 100% the best tv for you. \nAlso, little tip, If you really want to test this TV, find a high quality version of The Revenant, that movie is a technically perfect tech demo.

Extremely happy with the picture and size. Opted for the 77" even though numerous sites/calculators suggested i needed bigger for my viewing distance. Wrong. This is perfect size for the room. I dont want to be swiveling my head to watch tv. I lived with a 60" in the same room for 20 years.\n\nColors are fantastic. Brightness is perfect and I'm in a 2 story family room with a wall of windows (sunlight is not directly on the screen though, just ambient room light. The screen does have a little more screen reflection when off than the previous tv, but that was an lcd. \n\nWish the os has an annoying bug if you use an avr for the hdmi sound, instead of the tvs built in speakers. This setting gets randomly reset to the tv speakers for no obvious reason. Multiple forums have posted about this. They just released a sw update a day ago, so we'll see if this has been resolved. Even so, this doesn't affect you 99% of the time. And if it happens, it just a couple clicks to rest back. That issue aside, I really love this tv

The colors on this TV are amazing — from the darkest, crispest black to the vivid bright colors. We are gamers and this has made all of the difference in not only detail but speed. The Dolby Gaming Vision is really amazing; it feels like the inputs are instantaneous. It’s also as thin as my finger but packs SO MUCH tech into one package. We’ve had it for about two months and no problems at all; the remote is responsive; it was very easy to set up our consoles and our streaming services. Between the 4K picture, the range of color, and the sound of the speakers, this has really just absolutely changed our home theater experience.

Our GX lasted 5 years before the processor showed signs of failure. Looked at the G5 this time, but hubby didn't want to run the risk of replacing another expensive tv too soon. We took a trip to NYC & the sales guy at the store was fabulous on key features of this tv versus the GX (way more insightful than Aussie sales pitches), so once we got home, saw that LG had too good a deal to refuse. 83" for the same price as a 77". An upgrade from our 65", & we're loving it already. Very easy to install ourselves (wall mounted). Would love to see an option for an extended warranty on these tv's (the only time we'd consider an extended warranty due to the large cost). But definitely worth it! Thanks LG!

Bought this OLED 48" |LG C$ based on reviews and am happy to confirm the reviews appear so far to be accurate. The Television look good, was relatively easy to assemble, may want to watch a You Tube 'how to' prior to unboxing and most importantly the picture is good. I have had TVs before that I bought all to quickly without reviewing based on price and have been disappointed with the picture, not so with this LG c4 48" OLED. The picture is sharp, crisp and the movement on screen clean without distortion that you often get with other makes/models. All in all, happy I paid the extra for the higher specification and would recommend to others looking for a 48" screen size TV.

The viewing angle is also very friendly, can view from multiple angles. I highly recommend this TV due to the picture quality and the very sharp image as well as the dark blacks which are outstanding. For a home theater experience I will be adding on a subwoofer and soundbar though. I am not a huge fan of the clunky remote. But it is nice to have one touch/press buttons for most used apps directly on the remote. I have it mounted on my wall and that definitely took some time given the size and weight of the TV but it looks perfect up on the wall and makes our experience 10x better than my previous older TV. The colors really pop and are vibrant.

I've used LG tv's 📺 for sometime now (nano led) but decided to upgrade to the latest tech….. wow 🤩 I am not disappointed!! Previously this would be out of my price point, but as prices gradually gone down ( was on offer on LG website) I decided to dip my toes in. I am utterly amazed by the picture quality, it really was seeing 👀 is believing experience, pictures are out of this world, crisp, sharp and beautiful, the sound was better than I thought even though I did not know where it was coming from!! I definitely highly recommend this tv, you cannot go wrong for your first step to OLED, thank you LG for making this affordable tv 👍🏻

The TV is excellent quality for the price, and a better TV than the C5 model due to fast response time for gaming and no issue with crushed blacks in HDR. Even though it doesn't get as bright as the C5, it can still get plenty bright to the point where I have to turn down the OLED brightness level.\n\nThe instructions on installation are terrible, since they are just obscure images with no specific details.\n\nWe wall-mounted the TV into three studs. Be sure to get help with lifting it since it's awkward to carry. Two strong people or maybe even a third in the middle for support/balance.\n\nOverall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I bought my 55”oled evo tv 2 weeks ago.The picture\r\nis so much far superior than anything else I have had or\r\nwhat I saw in the shops.The picture is so sharp and the\r\ncolours are brilliant.The remote control is a good size\r\nand easy to use with great features, compared with others I'd seen.Navigating the menu is great and has all the apps\r\nthat I need.Even though the tv was a bit more than I wanted to pay it is well worth the extra money paid.\r\nI wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to anyone\r\nlooking for a tv.

Had this TV for a few weeks now and am happy with the purchase. \nThe screen is distinctly bright even in the bright living room. Unbeatable OLED with stunning blacks and contrast. \nWatching movies is cinematic and playing HD games is really immersive.\nThe remote is controller is handy with an easy layout but missing a mute button (need to hold down - the volume button to mute). \nThe voice recognition is very accurate on these models so easy to search for anything on YouTube if you hate typing.\nI would recommend this TV.

Excellent product, picture quality is at a different level of enjoyment for me, compared to my previous Sony Bravia. No hesitation in recommending this item for your next investment. User friendly menu, when setting up the various applications - but I do confess my son did the joined up writing for “amplifier” and all other ancillaries. But it just oozes quality of an evenings to viewing, even the test on the screen is much more sharper. So overall it's certainly worth more than the permitted “5 star review”

There are however some wild colorful sparkles that have recently been appearing after I turn the TV off. This has been going on for the last few months periodically. This TV is about 2 years old. Great service from LG with a nice hefty discount and trade in for my previous LG curved 3D OLED.\nFantastic picture compared to the early version which suffered from terrible burn in and I trust these newer models aren't quite so badly affected.\n\nJust a shame LG gave up on 3D simply because either people don't like wearing glasses (but have no issues posing with shades while driving) or they don't understand that 3D is fixed stereoscopic, and not like that 3D chess in Star Wars.

It's straight forward to set up and the only minor niggle is it can be sluggish to populate the TV guide sections, I have connected it directly to my router to try and speed things up but to no avail. Apart from that minor inconvenience I am delighted with the TV in all other aspects.

I had an 65” LG E6 OLED from ten years ago, which was excellent but its power supply recently failed. After discovering its age, it was clearly better to replace than repair and the new C6 is a fantastic upgrade! Stunning clarity and deep blacks (as always for true OLED) plus support for all the latest standards and a revamped OS. I'm really impressed with the improvements made over the ten years and super happy I stepped up from 65” to 77” while paying less than last time!

I am very happy with the superb picture quality of the LG OLED 65 C6 TV that we recently purchased. However, there are a few things that are quite different from my previous TV which was a Sony. Having only previously owned Sony TVs, I found that the LG was not as easy and user friendly to set up from new. It is also a bit of an issue that there is only one optical connector at the back of the TV. As I have a soundbar and Sennheiser hearing assisted headphones that both use optical connection, I am having to constantly change the cables at the back of the TV to either headphones or soundbar depending on who is also listening to the TV. However, overall, the picture quality is a huge improvement on our previous TV.
