Needed a new office chair. Got this one on sale and free delivery to my work place. Took half hour to put together. Could've been quicker if I didn't mess up and had a partner. Easy to put together even tho other reviews said otherwise. The one mistake I made was completely my own fault. Have recommended to other co workers.

Love the chair, but it was a bit of a pain to assemble, even with a 2nd person. Attaching everything to the bottom of the seat took some patience and effort line up.

Just perfect. I had my old computer chair forever and the material was starting to rip and fall off. I looked at the options Staples had and found this chair would be great for my needs. I love the back with its air flow and the seat cushion is thick and soft. While it is not as wide as my old chair it fits. It came all in one box with clear instructions and pictures on how to put together. I loved that the screws where in little pouches and labeled. It was easy to find the right ones when I was ready for them. I had a hard time putting the handles onto the seat but finally got the holes lined up and the screws went in nicely. I would Definitely Recommend.

It took two strong guys and me, a determined 73 year young female to put the final screws in. The arms and seat do not line up easily. And then they say I'll have to tighten the screws at least once a month.\n\nThe chair itself is okay, pretty comfortable, big seat.

Nice and comfortable! The arms are great because they fold back! Only necessary change or issue are the wheels. They don't roll easy with anyone sitting on the chair. Very difficult.

So I used AI to help me decide if this was a better deal between two different chairs and AI was correct. This was the better deal and the chair is very comfortable for my Teen. Easy store pick up. Great Holiday special. Seems durable enough but lightweight. You could also use arms or leave them off.rolls nicely…no complaints.

Very stiff and not comfortable. Hard to set the chair to lean back easily. Swivel works fine. Lumbar is okay but not great. It's made well and assembly was easy.

Looks as shown. Assembly is easy just follow the directions carefully or the screws won't line up. The chair is firm and simple with no frills. The seat cushion is very firm. The backrest can either lock in an upright position or fully recline there's no in-between setting. If you're looking for an affordable chair on a tight budget it's worth it.

Excellent value for the money with all the important features for someone who doing extemnsive desk work. Some challenges in securing seat to back in assembly while manageable. Potentially rate higher in terms of value except still new in use.

I was in need of a simple but comfortable office chair and happened to see this one displayed and on sale at Staples on my way out from making another purchase. It's basic, no frills, won't fly me to the moon but not interested in going there anyway. Adjustable in height only but nice comfortable seat and good back support. Gets the job done!

We were looking to replace a very comfortable leather chair, but after seeing how expensive they were, we opened our perimeters. Most of the chaors were at least $99/each, and not comfortable. Though this was in a box and no model was available, we bought it 'site unsat'. So glad we did. This is really a great deal, as I pa8d $59.00.

Awesome chair for the price. Very comfortable, not oversized, and fairly easy to assemble. Very satisfied with the purchase. For these reasons, we bought a second one for our office.

With so many loose parts in the kit, assembly looks difficult, but follow the simple instructions and it's ready to use in minutes! It has a solid look to it and moves on the floor smoothly. Very comfortable to work in at the desk. Pleased with it.

great chair for the money....I needed a chair for my craft room desk and didn't want faux leather but still wanted a cushioned seat. This chair is perfect! enough back support too.

This chair is EXTREMELY difficult to assemble. Instructions don't work and holes don't line up! After 4 hours and two grown men forcing the arms to line up, it was FINALLY assembled. If you get that far, it is comfortable and very usable!

This chair is very comfortable.\n\nAssembly is not great though. We've put 2 together and both had an issue with the arms going on the chair back. They don't have the pieces cut properly to fit together.

I am so in love with this Cartwright Ergonomic fabric swivel task chair. I didn't realize how nice a chair cold feel sitting in it for 8-10 hours a day. This chair is very sturdy and provides great support. I can't believe this chair only cost us $60. GREAT value no doubt. Thank you so very much.

I couldn't put the chair together because the seat brackets were manufactured wrong preventing the screws from being attached. I had to return the unit for a full refund.
