I called Roku was a problem where Netflix and Paramount plus went dark I couldn't make out the actors or the actresses and the screen just went dark overnight first call I made was received by a female and she liked to talk over you she asked me to explain the symptoms of what was happening so I proceeded to and she kept talking and talking about this the situation she wouldn't let me finish my discussion so she hung up on me so then I called back and get a perfectly sane gentleman that took time and listening to me and guided me through the steps I had to take and basically it was a matter of unplugging the TV for a good minute to minute and a half not similar to your 10 or 15 seconds to reboot and after he explained to me what was happening and how to resolve it in the future I was perfectly fine but he took the time to listen to me and then give me guidelines instead of talking over me while I was trying to explain and I believe he deserves a raise because of his integrity knowledge and patience

This new Roku TV is a substantial performance upgrade over my previous model. The interface remains the most intuitive on the market, and the vast selection of free content makes it a great value. Navigating through menus and switching between apps is noticeably faster and more responsive than my older hardware.\nHowever, there is a minor software issue that prevents a perfect score:\n• Intermittent Audio Bug: Occasionally, when first launching the YouTube app, the sound fails to initialize.\n• Current Status: This appears to be a known "handshake" issue in the latest 15.2.x firmware updates.\n• Workaround: Closing the channel and restarting it typically resolves the problem, but it is a recurring annoyance.\nOverall, I am very satisfied with the purchase. Once the software handshake bug is patched, it will be a 5-star experience.

I've been extremely happy with this onn. 70" 4K UHD Smart TV. For a 70-inch TV at this price, I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is. The picture is sharp and clear, the colors look great, and the huge screen makes movies, sports, and TV shows much more enjoyable.\n\nThe built-in VIZIO smart platform has also worked really well. Streaming apps are easy to get to, everything is simple to navigate, and I haven't had any issues with the TV being slow or difficult to use.\n\nThe size is obviously one of the biggest selling points. A 70-inch screen completely changes the experience, especially in a larger living room, and you're getting a lot of TV for the money.\n\nThere are certainly more expensive TVs with higher-end features, but for everyday watching and streaming, I think this is an excellent value. If you want a really big 4K smart TV without spending a fortune, I would definitely recommend this one. Very happy with my purchase!

I was in the market for a bigger TV to replace the aging 1080P Roku TV in my bedroom and discovered that Roku had finally started selling their own officially branded televisions.\r\n\r\nAfter reading about the Select series of their new televisions I decided that the price point and feature set were perfect for me and picked one up as soon as I could.\r\n\r\nAs with all Roku products the setup was extremely easy. It even automatically detected the devices that I plugged into the HDMI ports and named them accordingly. \r\n\r\nThe picture quality has been absolutely stunning and the sound has been more than adequate for my needs. \r\n\r\nAnother welcome feature is the very convenient lost remote finder which can be accessed from a menu by pressing the power button under the television while it is on. \r\n\r\nOverall, I have been very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone.

I have trusted the Roku brand for over 15 years and this TV hasn't let me down. Beautiful, clear picture, settings for any time of day, movie, or gameplay (has automatic gameplay-love that feature) Light as a feather, yet the sound is great. Has a voice clarifying setting that's really useful, as some dialog can be harder to hear than others. You could grab a soundbar, and everything to enhance your experience and again, I'll say, plenty of settings in sound too. More than ever. I love, love, LOVE that though it's big and lightweight, it still comes on the little leg stands and is so sturdy. It makes it an apartment dwellers dream, for those of us not allowed to mount because you can still put gaming stuff behind and under it without having an additional shelf. Plenty of hookups too. Great price point. Phenomenal buy.

I have a pair of wireless headphones that I used on my old Roku TV but I'm not sure how to set them up for this one. I'm not sure if there's a secret or a special way to do it but so far I have not been able to use them. what I am doing is I have a pair of wired earphones and I plug them into the remote. the only problem is that the batteries die out after a few days. I'm still trying to see if I'll be able to hook up my headphones or buy new headphones even to see if it'll work. I don't see anything on the TV that says something about Bluetooth so I'm still investigating it. all in all the TV is great looks great and all is well except for the hearing part.

I like the actual ROKU brand TVs. I have two. I like the simplicity of their home theater sys, with Roku speakers, and subwoofer. Great picture on TV. Great sound for a simple system, although, not like a high end home theater sys. Note* The Roku speakers and subwoofer connect ONLY to Roku brand TV.\nNow for the bad news- The TV I ordered from Walmart.com, was DOA after going through the Fed-X system. The box was beat up, TV, DOA. Fortunately, returnable to store, which is why I got lazy, and ordered it that way. Purchase at a store, so the TV doesn't have to go through Fed-X, or UPS system. They get some pretty rough handling that way.

I had a great experience with Roku when get my first tv it was a 32” i guess i was just buy it randomly i didn't know the brand by the time, the experience was so great using the Roku platform i upgraded with a new roku 55” 4k everything is great, Roku has the best price for the quality on the market for me Roku win this part, the only reason i give 4* to ruku it's because after i add a few app and download a few wallpaper on it, i notice a couple bug and the system slowing down a little bit wich is normal it wasn't bad at all just little bit, but me personally in 2026 i expect tv company to fix these type of problems on their os.

I've owned this TV for a few months. For being the least expensive "Select" series TV, I'm very happy with it so far. The picture quality is nice overall. Sharp with rich colors. Sound quality is great. I like the small remote with simple buttons and voice commands. I deducted one star for two reasons: 1) The picture setting menus have redundancies and are overly complex. It makes setting up the TV a difficult process. 2) There is no ambient light sensor to automatically adjust picture brightness like my previous 12 year old TV. I had to manually turn brightness way down for comfortable viewing.

This TV was purchased to replace "old faithful" our 23 yr old vizeo TV. This is turning out to be an excellent replacement unit with features we are currently learning to appreciate. We were able to cancel cable (you still need to maintain an internet provider) and get many more viewing options.\nThe TV picture quality is excellent and the audio is superior. Regarding the audio - my husband is blind, so TV watching is in the audible domain, and he immediately commented on the audio superior quality. \nI did add an indoor antenna as these are making a comeback. I was able to get 4 additional local channels, but I found this TV seemed to have obscure instructions regarding those channel set-ups. \nThis TV is very well priced

If you have never owned a Roku TV before, you should really give it a try. The TVs are very affordable, the picture is great, and best of all the Roku system is so user friendly that you will fall in love with it right away. The Roku platform allows you to add any app out there and installing is easy and customizing your home screen is just as easy. I have other TVs in my house such as Samsung, LG and Sharp and all of them come annoy me in some way or another. Most of them have very unfriendly operating systems, or you are not allowed to add certain apps like MLB.TV or Apple TV, due to some kind of licensing issue, but you don't have that problem with Roku, you can watch any streaming service you wish at the push of a button.

excellent picture quality & sound! easy to navigate! the only issue i have is the optical outputto my audio transmitter (for my bluettooth hearing aids) only runs at a set, constant volume leve & does not allow me to mute or adjust volume (apparently after some onlie research i found that optical output is a fixed volume, wish i knew before purchase!). the other issue is ive had to restart the tv system several times now because the streaming tv channels often lose the ability to show subtitles which has become annoying! otherwise im happy with my purchase....

Yes, this 55 inch Roku smart TV was bought for a neighbor of mine Marilyn Wesley who's paying me back she has good faith to do that. She loves the TV and she's very happy but one problem she don't know how to use the voice command to get it to Play by just talking to the TV. I talked to mine and it plays. I tried to tell her, but they do sell a remote control at Walmart separately that will make that easier on her cause I bought one for my TV, but I give the TV a plus all the way she just need a little guidance. I wish somebody would wish Eric From Angie would've showed her how to told her how to do that and she probably did come to think of it she probably just don't remember.

Our TCL/Roku 50" RV TV had a backlight failure, it would go black after a minute or so. There really wasn't any easy way to fix it, so we went to a local big box store and picked up the new one. They changed the mounting pattern and quite a few other things with this model, so I had to modify the mounting plate by drilling new holes. I had it up and running quickly, it has thinner borders than the old one, I like that. It's also about 10 pounds lighter, so far less stress on the mount! It seems to have a better and brighter picture too. For the price it was well worth it! I hope it can stand the rigors of RV travel, and the heat when the RV is in the driveway.

After having the TV for about a month. I can't say I would have any complaints. I like the fact that I dont have to have a separate Roku hooked up anymore. The sound and picture quality are great for the cost. I also like some of the features such as the "picture off" option. Its convenient when listening to music and you dont want to keep the display on. I also like the Roku remote and lastly, its a minor thing but I like the fact that the TV has metal legs instead of plastic.

I originally got this TV as a Christmas present back in 2020. Since then I have moved to college, back home from college, THREE apartments, and just recently moved into my first home. This TV has far outlasted any of its kind before it existed. To preference, I always have this TV on, In the almost six years that I have owned and cherished this tv I have used every video game system you can imagine, streamed every sight you can stream, and the quality is still holding up to this date. My other TV is only slightly bigger, brand new from a well know brand and the picture is not any different from this one.

We were using a Roku a lot anyway so it made sense to go with a Roku TV and it had very little neg feed back. Many times I turn the TV on to watch the local Over The Air channels for News and Weather. I do wish it would go to live local TV channels first with the option to go to Roku. I did move the Over The Air app to the top left so it's easy to get to. I like that guide comes on with the Over The Air channels right away. It's quick to boot up and navigate around vs the VISIO TV we had. I think the sound could be a little better if the speakers pointed outward but all the TV's are like that anymore.

If you enjoy watching movies or playing video games in a high definition then this TV is definitely the more 'inexpensive' option to go with. I was worried about ordering a tv online but in the end it works well and has good picture quality! The one downside is in my opinion an investment for a sound bar should be added with this purchase as the speakers are good for what they are, but not the best. Beside that factor I've had no issues so far!

I downgraded my rating primarily because of the remote. The top third is black buttons on a black background making it very hard to see in the dim light I use to watch TV. So I must feel the buttons to click the correct one, but there is not a great deal of difference between one button and another and the background, thus resulting in wrong buttons pushed. Then, too, the last TV I bought was before "smart" TVs and I am not impressed with the clutter on the home screen. I rarely use any of the multitude of options. What little I watch I watch through Roku where I know where to find the few things I watch. The rest is mostly wasted on me. The picture quality of the TV itself is great--I am very happy with it. But it seemed to take forever to find how use the remote to find what I wanted to do or watch with the absence of the kind of buttons I am used to. I guess I am just a grumpy old man.

Roku's software has long been our preference for TVs, primarily because it minimizes ads and is straightforward to use. We also like that Roku serves equally all the various streaming services. This Select Series TV is a great value. The picture quality is good, with blacks being quite even and deep. The sound quality is good too, though we mostly use our home theatre system. We have transitioned to only using Roku devices, including two smaller TCL TVs and a Roku Ultra. All work great. This was our first actual Roku branded TV and we would buy it again.

I had purchased a Samsung for the living room but after a year of my sight impaired husband having issues with the remote & home-screen I moved it to the patio after buying another Roku. Other that the sound being a bit tinny my husband is much happier with the remote and the home-screen is simple to navigate. The picture quality is very good. At some point we may get a sound bar.

I have the 50” Select 4K TV, for the price this is probably as good of a TV you can get. Relatively crisp image and strong colors, great sound, and fantastic interface. My gripe with this TV is when I stream YouTube TV 4K sports it defaults to an HDR mode which considerably downgrades the quality of the image relative to Standard feed (1080 HD). There's no way to turn off HDR, and changing the settings does not fix the problem. Whites look gray, colors are extremely faded, no contrast, and poor brightness/backlight. Streaming a video on demand (instead of live sports) in 4k was actually great quality because it doesn't switch into HDR mode. I am disappointed and hope they will add a way for us to turn off HDR or at least more options to adjust the image. \r\n\r\nBottom line: If your content does not need to use the “HDR” mode then don't think twice and get it.

great visual quality for the price but, as other reviews state, the sound quality is meh- it is weirdly muffled. i have it hooked up to external speakers, but i wouldnt recommend without a separate sound system. just sonething to know. the tv itself is good, easy to navigate, lots of apps, intuitive design.... the remote is small... smaller than a ceiling fan remote. can see it getting easily lost.

I purchased the Roku 50" TV for use in my home office and I'm very happy with the purchase. The remote is very easy to use and has a smooth movement. I replaced a Samsung 50" that was approximately 7 years old and still operating. I gave that TV to a needy friend. I was surprised how much weight had been removed in the ROKU. The picture and sound is far better than the Samsung. The price was too good to be true and setting up the TV was very simple. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I've never had a TV this big in my entire life. However, I have worked hard and I'm significantly older so I can't see as well. I really did need a bigger TV because I couldn't see it, but this one is fantastic! The last one I had always gave me problems. I just thought it was me. But no! This TV is fantastic. It actually does what I tell it to do when I press buttons. I can connect it to my phone and Alexa. It's amazing. I definitely recommend this to anyone but especially iPhone users.

Brighter colors, faster response times better resolution, all contribute to our choice. Roku has always had a broad range of streaming options which we use quite frequently \nWe did have an initial issue connecting our Roku soundbar with the new tv, but Roku worked with us on a software solution and now it sounds great!

I prefer the Roku operating system and earlier this year bought a Roku Pro 75 inch. I developed a need for a small flat screen in my audio room and bought this 43 inch to hang on a wall above a vintage stereo system. It has a bluetooth connection that allow me to connect to a bluetooth receiver on a vintage Marantz amplifier, no wires needed. It has a great picture, is quick to turn on and connect to the internet. This is a great addition, an excellent buy for the price.

This was a gift, the only complaint I have is that it was too small, and I have no control on that whatsoever…\nAs a gift however, I LOVE this TV! However, I was coming from the world of several years old 1080P, hence what a difference! I would have preferred 65 inches or larger… but that is my next Roku purchase.
