I had some problems downloading the program when it arrived but I emailed customer support right away and they responded quickly and helped me with the problems.

This Microsoft office 2016 DOES work on Microsoft 11. You just have to download it on 64 bit system instead of 32. It will change to 64 bit and work great.

Decent price for product. Quick and easy to download and install. Even with updates it only took a few minutes for app to be ready for use.

For every who works now on laptop definitely need and Microsoft give best, I strongly advice to install and refer to friends and families.

For some reason my laptop didn't have office on, so wanted it just for general use! Came very quickly and works perfectly!

Would rather load a Microsoft Office CD directly into my new computer. I don't have enough trust in my internet to load every 0 and 1 that Office intends. A CD is much faster also..

I upgraded my 2011 G560 laptop running Office XP to a 2023 G14 and required a current Office Suite. Primarily needed a word processor and spreadsheet for daily use, with the occasional PowerPoint option. First tried the freeware LibeOffice suite, although it was adequate for reading my existing MS .doc's and smaller MS .xls spreadsheets, it could not handle my larger spreadsheets with multiple worksheets that have complex formulas and extensive formatting. It would fail with "not responding" errors when trying to save those spreadsheets. That left me with two options, the subscription-based MS Office 365, or this one-time purchase MS Office 2021 Home & Student. Not a fan of subscription models with annual fees, so Office 2021 was my only choice. After purchasing online, I received a MS Digital Download email with a web link and code to install on my new laptop. Installation was quick and setup was very easy. Reads, updates, and saves all of my existing MS Office files without issues. Still getting acclimated with the current program version layouts and their updated features. My only negative is the price, but for my use, it is still a more cost-effective solution vs. paying an annual subscription fee.

I am a long term user of Microsoft office. In this case Office 2021. It is good enough for most people like me who use it for home or teaching work. Microsoft is pushing hard to switch it to Microsoft 365 which I don’t need. Microsoft is becoming notorious in pushing their sales and service ppl to sell Microsoft 365. It is not right. Most people will be annoyed and I am too. The major downside of buying a program like this one is that you cannot upgrade or get any technical help. Please be aware that there will be no customer service after the sale.

It’s the go to package for a good reason: pretty much glitch free, versatile & polished, but Microsoft’s licensing protocols can make for a troublesome install. In my case installing on a device with a 365 trial license resulted in an hour on the phone to the support line. An unwelcome diversion but the support was efficient & helpful.

after approximately 50 emails I never got this loaded in June I tried to return but it was digital so nothing to return, I sent back the free thumb drive and they credited my money back. now two months later they took the money again, have spent almost 5 hours and almost 100 emails, still not loaded

There were a few issues installing MS Office but Elite Enterprise Software helped me sort out the problems. It appears that the operating system of My Mac had become corrupted, once I re-loaded it I was able to move forward. There were a few more issues but the staff at Elite Enterprise Software gave me helpful information, usually by return, even late at night. MS office is up and fullt=y running.

Nothing to really review it is the typical Office, hasn't been updated since 2021 but works well, I like it much better then this new google doc situation, that is too finicky to me so I prefer to pay for this to use word and excel. Read More
