I've installed a few tilting, pivoting wall mounts, and, when you need those features, they're great. But in my current application, a simple, strong and low profile mount was called for, and this Kanto mount nailed it. It about as low-profile as you can get, so you will want to do all your connections BEFORE you hang the TV. But if you forget, and need to get back there, just pull the release cords and lift the TV off. You would think there is no adjustment to this thing, but that would be wrong. The TV will slide left or right a few inches to help you get centered, and there is a pair of jack screws accessible with a long screw driver from above the TV to help you get level. All in all, a simple but solid product that perfectly meets my needs, with a couple of nice adjustment features to help you get a refined, professional looking installation.

This TV mount worked well with my new Sony 85" Bravia. It is sturdy and well made, and easy to install. Also love how slim it is to the wall. Just know that an 85" TV is pushing the limits of this mount so check weight limits. The size of our TV had us using the furthest mounting holes so there was no adjustment left for up and down (other than the small leveling adjustment screws) so triple check your mounting location compared to where the mounts fall on your TV before you drill in the wall. I also love the magnetic strings to unlock the unit as we needed to remove, re-drill holes, and lower the mounts after initial install (and there is no room to get your hands behind the unit once installed). You will need to connect your cables prior to locking in TV so get a helper. Also, with a large TV the provided screwdriver is too short to reach the leveling adjustment screws so I needed to patch/connect together several drill driver extensions to reach.

Strong mount with lots of movement. Installation is relatively simple if you have tools and any DIY experience.\n\nA couple of notes:\n1) examine closely the specs for the size of your tv and how far this mount pulls away from the wall. It will affect how far you can turn the tv. I should have gotten the larger model in order to turn a 50” monitor perpendicular to the wall it’s mounted to.\n2) the bracket that’s mounted to the wall is not wide enough to mount on studs 24” on center. I had to affix a plywood panel wide enough to span the stud distance, then mount the bracket to the plywood.\n\nI’ve got a heavy older plasma screen mounted to this bracket, and it handles the weight fine.

This mount had the versatility I was looking for, and it allows me to pull the tv way out from the wall and pan it toward my stationary bike for working out. I would usually be nervous pulling a 65lbs TV 2 feet out from the wall, but I'm not worried about this mount failing at all. You can't even tell there is any load on it. \r\n \r\n \r\nAlso the included hardware kit is very complete, so it should be able to accommodate any TV (assuming the VESA mount size in within the range for this mount).

I have installed 3 of these for 75 televisions in conference and break rooms and they work great. I was a little skeptical about the lack of size for the back mount (most are a large rectangle), but they have performed well when mounting them to non-reinforced walls with metal studs using 1/4 strap toggles. The parts are all nicely laid out in a single box. The mount is very low-profile, tilts and it is easy to remove the television if needed.

It works fine and is not expensive. Only issue is it is not very wide. So when hanging a large (82") TV, there is barely any room to slide the TV when the top part of the vertical (attached to the TV) strut bars is over the horizontal rail (attached to the wall). The mount I removed (which was for a smaller TV) was much wider, so it would have been easier to hang a TV if the horizontal rail was longer/wider. So it works for huge TVs and is inexpensive but is a little harder to hang given how small the rail is. Also, given how small it is, it is more critical to get it centered to where you want to hang the TV, which may not be where studs are centered. How centered the horizontal rail is not that important if it is wider. If I were doing it again, I would have probably gone with a more expensive wider one to me more flexible.

If you need a mount that will support a big TV, and be able to easily access cables as well as move it around to change the angle this is for you. It has a nice smooth motion and doesn't take much effort to push back in against the wall. Have bought 2 of these for the company I work for and will get them every time I have a big enough project for TV or Display Boards.

This works great to mount my Sony XJ85 55. I will probably buy a larger tv and this will work for it as well. The process to put it together was complex, so i hired someone to do it for me. Dunno how easy it is to put together but once it is done it works well. The tilt down angle is not so much, but the side action is great!

I thought a black mount would be an eyesore so I am very happy to have found a white one. It’s also a good one. I purchased two. One for my bedroom and the other for my living room. The handyman that mounted my wall gave it great compliments. Apparently it’s a very sophisticated wall mount. I love that it’s full motion.

It can be difficult to find a single stud wall mount for larger flat screens. This one is excellent! Really good quality, the way the parts are packaged makes it easy to find what you need, and clear instructions with a template makes mounting easy. Mounted a 65 Vizio without any issue. Highly recommend.

This mount is well made, sturdy and includes plenty of screws, spacers and wall mounts to facilitate just about any wall mounting situation. I used the spacers to bring the body of my 55" TV about an inch off the wall to make it easier to connect the HDMI and antenna cables. Great quality at a low price.

I've used many wall mounts in the past and when I dug an older TV out of storage I was skeptical that any of the newer ones I've seen would hold it. This surprised me. It's better built than any I've used before and is holding the TV perfectly. I'll be buying this one again.

This is the fourth kanto mount I've installed, and the largest so far. Despite it being a large mount, it installed so easily. The cable management is highly effective, and my 65 tv has absolutely zero droop at full extension, just as it claims.

the PMX 700 is a good TV mount. it mounts easily to a wall and is maneuverable to be situated at many angles. if you're looking for a strong television mount this is the one you need. I find it to be all that is described to me.
