I'm holding back a couple stars, and I'll explain why. My wife and I picked this up from HD and had an employee help us lift it into the truck vertically. I know not to lay a refrigerator over if you plan to use it soon. So we were deliberately careful, and strapped it safely in that vertical position against my truck bed tool box. We hauled it to our place and removed carefully, and found the unit in perfect condition with great packaging. There were no dents, dings or any marks on the (fake) stainless finish. All good. \n\nSo we moved it into is new home, powered it on and let it do its thing. I also have always kept a pair of remote temp sensors in my old fridge/ freezer, so I installed those into this unit. Upon initial start up, we used the freezer dial at the mid point setting, and the fridge digital pad at level 3 of 5. The freezer got cold pretty quickly, like in a couple hours it was getting ice crystals on the walls. The fridge section was proving to be very slow to cool down. I even ran out to my shed fridge and grabbed a bunch of bottled water and beer to put in, in an attempt to help the unit. A day later it seemed to struggle to get under the mud 40's in the fridge, while the freezer easily hit sub zero tennis that first night. Hmm. Odd. So, I knocked the control to level 4 inside the fridge and gave it another day. Now we were hanging around 40 -42 degrees, still no good per the CDC for food storage. CDC recommends 38 degrees at the highest, 35 would sure feel more safe. So we left for a week and came back to no changes. I bumped it to the maximum cooling #5 setting that next weekend, I have floated 38-39 degrees per my digital sensors i have installed. Drinking bottled water out of it, it's not that crisp cold you expect, rather it's.... cool. I'm leaning on it as hard as I can with cooling level 5 and really seeing the highest edge of what's considered safe for human food storage. I'm not overly impressed with that, I would expect the digital adjustments to allow me to get to the edge of freezing and find a comfortable setting around 34-36 degrees. I'm not sure how to handle this issue, but... I did pay HD $139 for the add on 5 year All State warranty. \n\nThe looks, and the layout of the unit are great. The 2 crisper drawers have simple to use slide bars to adjust humidity, the glass shelving is easy to clean, easy to see through and let's the LED lighting really get to all areas. The size is perfect for our needs, and in sale for just under $600 makes it a great bargain. Assuming it can keep food cool enough to not kill us. The shelving is also adjustable for height in the fridge, so it's design allows you some flexibility. \n\nSo while we love the stainless look, the size, the value and the ability to modify the shelving positions, there is animosity over is lack of cooling ability even in this fall weather. What will it be like in 95 degree summer weather?

Dealing with Home Depot customer service was atrocious. No one in appliance dept, didn't offer install just drop ship. Fridge looses temp when door is open, plus when you close fridge door, freezer door pops open! Got to keep an eye in that. I'm getting childproof locks to keep doors closed!! Freezer is very small, limited shelves. But as a 2nd fridge it's acceptable.

Bought this fridge a week ago. Sounds like I live on a farm. The fridge makes weird noises like a cow or kid or rooster is stuck in it. It’s constantly making sounds. I would have never bought it knowing this. Spend the extra $$ and get a quiet fridge. Pretty disappointed.

For the price this refrigerator is awesome! I love it. I highly recommend this if you need a quick fridge or more of a back up. I ended up placing this one in my garage for extra things that come in handy. There will be plenty of drinks and extra meat to store at times. \r\n\r\nThe biggest features have to be that the fridge was easy to assemble the handles. I didn't like the hex wrench that it came with because its super small and started to bend after a while. However I made it work. I've had it for about two weeks now and is running great. I like the simplicity of the fridge with the inside control panel inside. Nothing complicated. \r\n\r\nNo complaints here. It met my expectations because I needed something solid but not too pricey for my garage. Plugs in easy and doesn't make much noise as well.

Got this in Nov and placed in garage due to description and reviews. Worked well for a month but in late Dec. the refrigerator was at a freezing temp and food in this section was freezing (I’m in Maryland). Contacted the service email that was in other reviews and got a ticket for warranty repair but was cancelled the day before visit and the reason was that the product is not supported in a garage. Thinking of returning it - the description is not accurate - anyone considering should be aware!

Let me start off by saying Home Depot was excellent with assisting me through this process. They went above and beyond. But the actual vendor themselves l wouldn’t recommend for anyone to purchase from them. One, they box up a damaged refrigerator and sold it then turned a blind eye. When I received my refrigerator the box was actually in perfect condition upon arrival. However after unboxing the fridge and inspecting it there were several obvious damages on the outside and inside of the fridge. I immediately contacted the vendor via phone. At the time l was offered $50 in compensation for the damages and advised the drawers couldn’t be replaced. I politely declined due to spending a total of $660 ( the item plus delivery) and asked for the situation to be elevated. That led to countless emails advising what they can’t do. Eventually l was told l can get the drawers but will not be compensated. The vendor tried to blame Home Depot which all they did was receive the item and then had it shipped to me for an additional cost. I contacted Home Depot at their local store and online, everyone was extremely helpful and l am very satisfied with their customer service. But as far as Vissani, I am just now getting my new drawers delivered a month later and still no compensation. I will be contacting the Business Better Bureau on this vendor!

Our 18 month old GE refrigerator's compressor (660r) locked up with a 3 week repair time(!).\r\n\r\nPurchased this fridge 2 weeks ago as a rescue unit. Picked it up in the box and brought it home. No assembly required save for removing the packing/padding material.\r\nPut it in the garage, leveled it and plugged it in. Adjusted the controls a couple of times and it keeps fridge area at 38F degrees and freezer at -1F. I have not noticed any unusual noises coming from the unit. It did come with a hinge to change door swing direction, a small ice cube tray and a 6 place egg holder. The one thing I did notice is there is no lower panel on the back covering the compressor, wiring, etc. Not a bother to me and makes cleaning easier. Overall, very pleased with the unit at this point.

When the fridge was delivered the upper left corner has a big dent. I hope they are going to give me some kind of credit back or send out a new one with no damage. About two yeaes ago I bought a washer and dryer. Both had some scratches and dents on them. I never call to let them know nor did I wrote a review. I didn’t want to go through the trouble simce the delivery guy already put it together. Perhaps this is what these company are counting on that customer like me don’t want to go through the trouble. I feel that Home Depot is selling lots of damage products. Not to mention everytime I go there I spent over 10 minutes just to find someone to tell me that they will find someone in that department to help me. I’m very unsatisfied with Home Depot this is unacceptable. Not to mention the inconvinence they are causing me.

Great garage ready refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised by the great space, don’t let the cubic feet scare you off if you are looking for primarily a beverage refrigerator and need something to fit into a smaller space. I went to the store to view it first. Only request would be to have WIFI ready so you know if you accidentally left the door open. Delivery was excellent also!
