I give this five stars for cleaning performance. This machine cleans better than any other dishwasher I've ever had. But I hate the racks so much I'm deducting two stars! The tines are very close--fortunately, I don't have thick or rimmed dishes. If you do, steer clear. Plus, the tines are positioned in a way that makes it really hard to fit bowls or pots or food storage containers any way other than fully face down. On the bottom rack especially, they either don't fit at all where I want them, or they tilt up, so water would pool inside. In all of my other dishwashers, I've been able to angle these pieces. It's a huge waste of space. It's also really hard to fit in my skillet, which in every other machine I've had I could position on its sides in several locations. And my glasses flop over unless they are tightly packed. On the plus side: I like the two silverware racks--I can remove one or reposition them, which I often need to do because of the design of the rest of the racks. Do Europeans drink from glasses that are really different from Americans'? Are our dishes and pots and containers that different? I am mystified by the design of these racks and curse them every time I load my dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diswasher is very quiet, and we particularly enjoy the smart features such as the delay start, which allows us to run a cycle at night when our energy costs are lowest. The outer design is modern and fits well with our kitchen. Maybe because there are only two racks, this model does feel like it has a smaller capacity, as the utensil/silverware holder takes up a substantial amount of space on the bottom rack. The top rack also lacks sufficient height for our wine glasses to fit, which is a bummer. Overall, we took away one star just for the space issues; otherwise we enjoy this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best feature of this dishwasher is the silence. You barely hear it running. I'm not crazy about the silverware caddy, but it's not too bad. Connecting the dishwasher to the Internet is silly and unnecessary. I haven't figured out if you can skip a heated dry setting which is an option I would like. If this dishwasher lasts 15 years or more, it will be worth it (I actually expect 20 years). We will see. The last dishwasher only lasted 9 years; far too short. The core reason I purchased a Bosch is the reputation. This is the first Bosch home applicance product I have purchased.

Extremely quiet is its best feature.\r\n\r\n2nd, the bad. Doesn't fit our standard dishwasher opening. This is our 4th dishwasher in 26 years and the 1st to be too tall to be able to fully level / plumb before it hit the front opening. Hard to explain on here but this unit is very flat on the bottom and has the ability to adjust upwards (3 points) to correct level/plumb but it has zero ability to adjust downward beyond factory size because the flat bottom hits the floor. Like I said hard to explain and yes our dishwasher opening is "standard".\r\nRubber trim strips on side leave a very unfinished look. Dish racks are ok at best. The layout is better than average but the slides are anything but smooth and easy to move. I actually expected the top rack to fall off the guides its so shaky.\r\nThere is not any indication the cycle has completed other than the chime. A simple "clean" "finished" "completed" light would be nice and was expected.

Cleans very well! We don't have to rinse before dish washing. Very Quite! We can talk and run the dishwasher at the same time. The notification that the Jet Dry is out is useful, never had that. Our only complaint is the basket organization. Everything is too close. There is no place to fit Corelle Everyday cereal bowels. Tall plastic glasses have to go on the bottom. We still haven't found a way to wash dinner dishes and the pots and pans that created the dinner at the same time, causing multiple loads! It is QUITE and it is CLEAN... is it worth the extra detergent / Jet Dry? We did not return it.

There is a lot to like with this Bosch. Very quiet when it runs, lots of different ways to stack dishes, holds quite a bit. There a couple of things that I have noticed. For example, when you fill the rinse holder, the liquid runs out of the bottom. Not sure what to do with that. The other thing is where to put the silverware holder. It will fit a couple of different ways but I have noticed that after the wash and dry, the underneath part of the plastic handle is wet. And when you take out the silverware holder, it tends to drip water on some of the clean and dry dishes. Not horrible, but a puzzler.

The Bosch dishwasher is quiet. However, I am older and find that it has difficult instructions. It took reading the manual carefully to start. The manual did not come with the dishwasher so I had to download it from my computer. I like to manually start the dishwasher and do not want to put it on an app on my phone which the manual keeps suggesting I do. It has quite a bit of moisture inside the machine after the wash and rinse cycle are complete which is annoying. I manually wipe some of the inside of the machine. It washes well and the dishes seem to be very clean so that pleases me.

So far, however, I have been a little disappointed.\r\n\r\nPros:\r\n--Super quiet! Love this aspect after having dishwashers that I could only run at night because of the noise.\r\n--Cleans the dishes well. No complaints there.\r\n\r\nCons:\r\n--Does not dry the dishes. Even with "extra dry" turned on, they are completely wet when we open the dishwasher.\r\n--The dishwasher stays oddly humid throughout the day, even hours after the last cycle has been run and it was completely open to put away the clean dishes.\r\n--There is also a mild smell paired with the humidity even though I do not see lingering food residue.\r\n--The utensil holders have weird spacers that are not uniform, so you never know if a utensil will fit in the space or not until you try to put it in. And the utensil holders as a whole do not stay attached to the side of the rack. The hooks are not sufficient.\r\n--The racks themselves have weird spacing and angles to the coated wires. Is there a diagram somewhere that shows how to load this particular dishwasher efficiently?\r\n--Finally, there is no tactile response when the "buttons" are pushed. Maybe it's because there are no actual buttons and no lines to mark where one function ends and another begins. And there is a delay between pushing the spot and a light or sound registering. I'm constantly questioning, "Did I push in the right spot? Did I push it at all?"\r\n\r\nHonestly I would like to return it, but it would be such a hassle to do so.

We recently installed this dishwasher and overall it’s been a really nice upgrade for our kitchen. The biggest thing I noticed right away is how quiet it is. You can barely hear it running, and the dishes have been coming out very clean even when the rack is pretty full. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is so complicated, even to figure out how to start it. I've never had to read a manual for a dish washer before. I don't like having to figure out what level to set my rinse agent. It is washing better now but i have to put the powder in the bottom of the machine or it doesn't dissolve. \r\nI like that it is all metal interior and that there is a special level for silverware as well as the basket. It seems to be a quality machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch 100 is very quiet and cleans well but it is diffcult to load. The silverware basket is a rectangular cube shape and does fit any place very conveniently. I was used to one that was long and not so wide and it sat along one edge of the rack while the Bosch one takes up too much room. The Bosch also does not fully dry the dishes even if "Extra Dry" is selected. My 17 year old Kitchen Aid held more dishes and was easier to load.

I really want to love this dishwasher, but we started having issues almost immediately. It just won't dry plastic at all. Not even a little. There are puddles on most of them when you pull the racks out, and that water usually splashes onto everything else in the dishwasher. I shouldn't have to dry 80% of my dishes by hand when something costs this much. On the upside, I've contacted Bosch customer support and they're sending someone out to see if it's something they can fix. But the service rep did tell me that plastics often don't dry well because they "sweat" during the drying process. If that's a known issue, they definitely need to add that to the product information. I have a toddler, so we have a decent amount of plastic cups and plates right now even though I prefer glass and ceramic stuff for everything else. This is massively inconvenient. Our old dishwasher dried them just fine. (Though it wasn't cleaning anything very well anymore.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our over 15 year old Bosch with this model. We expected it to be at least as quiet as the previous one but it is much louder. It does clean well. However, we chose the less expensive model knowing we were giving up the third rack and the ability to adjust the shelves. I'm still having trouble figuring out the best way to load it. I do wish we had those features but it wasn't worth the extra cost in our mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace another dishwasher that had leaked and caused the kitchen floor to deteriorate while we were renting. We've since bought the house and fixed the floor for now, and I got this dishwasher put into place. As a washer, it does everything it says it can do. A constant problem is getting it to close properly. The install was carefully done by the licensed contractor who fixed the floor. The area was leveled and adjusted to fit the washer. From the installation, however, the door has problems closing, and after pulling my hair out trying to get the door to close, I've resorted to adjusting the length of a shower curtain rod and wedging the rod gently under the right side of the door handle. It has washed perfectly ever since, with no issues. \r\nSO. BOSCH. PLEASE ADJUST THE DESIGN OF THIS WASHER AND PROBABLY OTHER WASHERS TO BE MANUALLY LATCHED SHUT. Thank you.

Chosen for price and Bosch reputation. Not as many features and slightly noisier than previous dishwasher but okay. Have run it every other day for a month. I miss the 3rd rack for utensils but like having room for taller items on the top rack. Noticed some cleaning issues that might be due to 2 plastic items discovered a few days ago that must have been overlooked by the installer? They were dislodged when removing the filter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like t,he dishwasher. Seems to clean the dishes pretty good. You can hook it up to wi-fi, which is good, but I don't use it that much. I really which they would change the way the tines on the basket are. You can not get the dishes to sit right, they are too close together and at a odd angle. Other than that, it is a nice dishwasher, love the stainless on the inside.

The only thing I do not like is that the bottom rack wheels come off tracks easily and then it takes a few tries to put them back in the right position.\r\nThe app is OK, I wish remote starting feature was more intuitive to use.

(whirlpool) I also heard horror stories how much long and noiser the newer machines are. Not so! However, I am stumped on how to get the machine started. I have pressed my fingers all around the controls and nothing seems to make a difference! This is why I only gave it a 4 star rating.

I traded in a Maytag for this, and it's a great dishwasher, but I was slightly disappointed. I thought I was getting an upgrade, but the peices just seemed a little "cheaper", and the inside feels quite a bit smaller.. but it is still a great dishwasher. I love that there is an app, and it's very quiet. The dishes come out clean, and where it shines is how dry they are when the cycle finishes.

Great dishwasher I have a previous one that was made by Bosch but branded as kenmore I purchased it secondhand at a yard sale 14 years ago and it’s still going at my grandmother’s house so I would expect this one to be just as good The controls are pretty much the same easy to use, and they are also known for their durability and efficiency, but also most importantly for it being quiet

After a short learning curve, it is quite satisfactory with one exception, no drain button. Maybe it\u2019s on the WiFi app. There is no way I am dealing with apps for appliances, so I will live without it. The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job.

Very quiet, cleans very well! Only about a month in, so we'll see if it keeps it up with no issues. My only complaint would be the bottom rack layout, it's hard to fit bigger pots and pans the way I used to do but hopefully it just takes getting used to doing on this one. Aside from that, it's been really easy to use so far and does a great job. Can barely hear it running.

The ability to operate from the Bosch app is a plus.. We use the "delay" start quite a bit. I do wish that this model offered the "extra quiet" feature.. That would make it 5 stars..

Would get a 5 star review except for the heavy handed way Bosch handles forcing you to use the app simply to delay the wash cycle or utilize additional cycle options. Don't force app functions on your customers, Bosch, make them optional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch is so quiet I only hear it during certain parts of the cycle. It even seems to be cleaning residue left from my old dishwasher. I've had some issues with the drying cycle being inconsistent. However, I haven't done much to resolve it either. This tends to happen mostly on the top shelf.

I've been putting bowls on the back first level and even though they are very close together, they all come out clean. I don't particularly like the magnetic closure of the door, and having to yank it open.
