[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this pan four years ago, part of a larger purchase of Calphalon stainless steel cookware. Like a lot of people riding out the pandemic from home, nearly all of our meals are home-cooked meals. Every kitchen tool has been put to the test. And this pan is our star performer. It's become pretty much the only pan we use. We use it for everything. \r\nYes, it has acquired some scratches, (most are about 3/4 inches or less in length and about the width of bristle or two on a toothbrush) I was a bit surprised at first, but they are inconsequential to its performance. Nothing sticks to this pan, inside and outside surfaces have retained zero residual stains ( we choose to hand wash it.) I wandered on to this site because we want to purchase another and I wasn't sure they still make them. In short, we love the pan and would recommend it to others.

I bought this pan six months ago to replace an older Calphalon pan that I had and was obsessed with. I had that one for 20 years. That one was heavier in weight and just felt like a better quality than this one. However, so far it’s been doing a pretty good job and it’s nonstick properties are terrific. However, I use it on a glass top electric stove, which I hate enough as it is lol but it came with my apartment! And on the flat glass top, the pan does not sit flush. It’s like the only part of the pan that actually touches the surface is the very, very absolute center. So the pan does not heat evenly as a result. I wish the bottom of the pan was not so curved. It doesn’t even look curved until you actually have it sitting on a flat surface and then you notice that it rocks. If it weren’t for this, I think I would actually really love this pan! So if you are using it on a gas stove, you’ll love it.

I recently had to replace an everyday pan I'd had for 20 years and chose the Calphalon 12” after doing quite a bit of research. It did not disappoint as it is the perfect size for using everyday and is actually nonstick. What I also appreciate is the weight which may seem unusual but heavy pans are a bit difficult to use all the time and this pan is a little lighter and easier to manipulate without sacrificing quality. I would definitely recommend the pan as I use it regularly.

Just moved to Florida and can't get nat gas here in neighborhood so stuck for the first time in my life cooking with an electric. My old cookware wasn't working well on the electric stove. The Calphalon seems to distribute the heat so much better on the flat glass burners. In the oven it cooks much better also. It definitely shortens the cooking time. Well made. Worth the price of the Signature model for me and will be buying some additional pots and pans from this line.

I have been a huge fan of the Calphalon Cookware for some time. I was disappointed that the Calphalon Unison line was discontinued but tried out the Signature line. A very nice replacement for the Unison indeed. Well made, heavy, and it has the domed glass lid in lieu of the flat - space saver lid that the Calphalon Select line has. The Calphalon cookware has been incredible so far and does everything it said. I would not hesitate to recommend this pan to anyone.

I'm very happy with the new signature line. I also bought the 8" and 10" fry pans. The nonstick coating seems to work very well. No scratches so far. I probably won't use metal utensils just to be on the safe side. The only thing I'd have preferred would be instead of a straight top on the 2 qt pan to have a lip that curved out for easier pouring. I'd also like to see the 3 qt sauté pan offered for individual sale. A 4 qt sauté pan would be nice also.

I bought my first Everyday Pan at least 30 years ago! It now looks tired and needed replacement. I checked around and found Walmart had the best price and would deliver the pan to me! It has so many uses besides eggs. Chicken breasts, pork tenderloin and fish. I usually cook over a medium heat with a bit of olive oil for flavor and nothing ever sticks. The fact the Everyday Pan comes with a cover is another plus in my home.

This is my favorite pan to use when cooking. It's soooo much easier to clean than most, and everything slides right off! This is definitely a must-have in my kitchen. I've bought 2 over the last 4 years and they last a very long time if taken care of properly - best nonstick pan ever!! And the perfect size for making one-pan meals or pastas!

This pan cleans up very easy as well no scrubbing to it. I would not use any aresol spray on it to cook though it will cause stuff to stick later down the road.

Exactly what I wanted to replace the same pan which I've had at least 20 years. The non stick coating is still intact but just starting to look a little less smooth. Love this pan. Also very nice lid which also fits my 12 inch lodge cast iron and my 12 inch Cuisinart classic.

Really Nice Pan! Great size 12". Lid is excellent quality. Very heavy pan & Lid. LOVE short handles! For whatever reason (older stove) the short handle near a burner got hot so it was hard to handle without a pot holder.

This is my 2nd purchase of a pan I’ve used nearly every day for 5 years. It’s close to perfect. Nonstick, dual handled, clear lid… just be sure to hand wash the pan itself for longevity.
