[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Proctor Silex 18 Quart Roaster Oven is a great tool! The roaster oven is sleek and very light weight. The gauge has a variety of heat settings from 125° to 450°. The inside lifts out easily, which made the oven super easy to clean after using it. I also love the metal rack that comes with it. The roaster oven came in handy when I was hosting a football party at my house. I needed my normal oven for other dishes and I was able to cook hot sausages, peppers and onions in the roaster oven. This freed up my oven, which I really appreciated, and allowed me to cook all of the dishes in time for the guests. The sausages, peppers and onions cooked perfectly in the roaster oven. After they were finished cooking, I cranked the dial down to the minimum heat setting and the meal was able to stay in the roaster oven to keep warm until serving. I can’t wait to use this roaster oven to cook other types of meat and I want to try potatoes in it as well. If you’re hosting and need a makeshift oven, then buy this roaster oven. It will not disappoint you during your special event!

The roaster is large in size at 18qt and can fit a whole turkey! I love how easy it is to use by simply plugging in and choosing the temperature. The roasting pan has handles and lifts, which makes it easy to remove. This roaster is a great value and is a high quality product. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

I do Alot of cooking, and most of the time I have several different foods that need to go in the oven at the same time, but on different temperatures. I can do so many different things in this roaster, whether it's roasting, steaming, baking, etc. I think all the meat I have cooked in here turns out even better than in the oven. This roaster oven has changed the game! I made the most flavorful and juicy turkey and some delicious baked potatoes. The heat is evenly distributed and its easy to use. This was worth every penny . I cooked both a pork roast ( Pernil ) and Thanksgiving Turkey on the same day and both were absolute perfection ! My friends abs family raved about his juicy they were . It's a time saver and saves you from heat exhaustion from your oven on all day ! I recommend .

This item isn’t holding up near as well as the previous roasters we used. This roaster will probably need replaced after 1 year or less of use. It’s used once a week. The temperature settings along with logo will wipe off when you try to clean it \r\nWill buy a different brand next time
